This is the absolute worst hotel experience I've ever had. Myself, my daughter, and grandkids checked in on June 23 for an 8 night stay (dance competition). We ended up leaving the next morning. I paid for one night but that one night was horrible. The room was so dirty our feet were black. There was hair in the bathtub. The sheets were wet with mildew. The air conditioning unit filter was filthy. We had a family suite with bunk beds and there were feces smeared on them. I cannot believe Wyndham attached their name to this place, which is now closed, as of today.

I stayed at this hotel because they were hosting a dancing event for a weekend. Our bathtub looked like it was falling apart. Our AC unit would not go below 74 degrees. Staff were very rude, especially at the pretend "Starbucks" coffee shop that they have. Many Water fountains were broken. ALL ice machines were broken. By the pool , there was limited time to receive free water out of a barrel. Then you were told very rudely that if you wanted water you needed to purchase a bottle of water. The pool was cloudy green with ducks floating in it with duck feces in it. The AC did not work in the dance event rooms , nor were we allowed to bring The bottled water that we had to purchase into the dance rooms at night. There weren't even fans to circulate the air in these dancing events. The beds were supposed to be double size. Those were actually full size beds. The public bathrooms never had toilet paper, paper towels and always seemed dirty. There was no hand soap but there was a bottle of baby Johnson and Johnson soap that you got to use for your hands. I constantly seen staff sitting around on their phones instead of working, especially at night. I would never stay or dance at this hotel EVER AGAIN!

I think for the amount of money spent it was not worth it. The location was great. The service was great, but the room was missing the door that covers to the refrigerator. Missing lamps to the desk we have multiple rooms and the one that we reserved was not kept did love the pool area and the volleyball area, but do be careful because there is alligators and snakes, but there are signs that inform you of that by the lake. Great view from the 8th floor overlooking the pool area.

According to my friends I was lucky and had a "good" room. Fortunately there were no problems in my room. However, when I arrived one of the two double doors into the lobby was broken. This should have clued me in to the state of maintenance of the building. There are three elevators in the side I was on, and when I arrived only one was working. During my stay I never saw or heard more than two working. I also went looking for ice one evening. I went to the ice machines on my floor plus the one above and the one below. None of them had a working ice machine. I was there for an event in the conference area and was shocked to find there were drips in various areas with buckets around. Worse, when it rained trash cans were put out in additional areas and a ceiling tile had falling down in one of the hallways.

Absolute worst hotel experience ever!!! The manager on duty was obviously tired of the complaints and couldn’t be bothered to hear mine. I specifically requested a room with a tub and was given a walk in shower. I had to wait over 20 minutes for a bellman and of course felt obligated to tip again. My new room had a lamp with no knob to turn it on, and the safe did not work. They sent maintenance to the wrong room, and then did not bother to let me know the safe could only use certain numbers. The convention hall had mold in multiple spaces and the temperature only was ever too hot or too cold. None of the doors were unlocked and people had to be let into the buildings and rooms. The soap dispensers were not refilled the entire weekend, and the handicapped stall toilet did not flush at all. One guest did not have a working ac, another had roaches on her pillow!! This place is being torn down in two weeks, but should have been torn down a long time ago!!!
