Sent from my iPhone I was hesitant when I booked this hotel because it is an older property, but we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were fairly updated, clean and comfortable. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the restaurant waiters and the bartender were friendly & professional. Our family was there over Thanksgiving and ate at the hotel restaurant buffet which was fantastic! The location is minutes from Universal and has a shuttle as well as being surrounded by restaurants within walking distance. This hotel was a great value and we will definitely be back next time around.

You get what you pay for. We needed a hotel just to be able to sleep and shower since we arrived at 9p and left 12 hours later. Check in was good, nice employee. Room was dingy. We had a lovely baby cockroach in the bathroom walking around. I have a video but it seems I can only upload photos to the review. In the morning, the cleaning service was already knocking on our door at like 8:30 asking when we are leaving so they can clean. I thought that was rude. If check out ends at 11a, then wait to bother people. Well you shouldn’t bother people period. It really sucks how they scam you with the photos by photoshopping them. I probably will NEVER return.

Rosen hotels are the best example of a clean and budget friendly hotel.we have stayed at all of them in Orlando and each time we get the exact same experience, which is an extremely clean room, well maintain exterior and the late checkout is one of those small details that just make us love Rosen hotels that much more. There are no resort fees unlike the other 90% of hotels in Orlando charge. The only difference with this location is do not get one facing the highway because it is extremely loud all through the night of cars in motorcycles getting on the highway but other than that another great day with Rosen

It's not a five-star hotel but it has clean rooms overall they are nice. The shower was almost impossible to turn on which appears to be an issue and at least two rooms. The other negative was that it really was pretty loud since it's so close to i-4. The location is perfect and the shuttles were great.
