This hotel is dated! The beds are so comfy, love the fridge, microwave and coffee machine. 2 large pools. The grounds are immaculate. Everywhere is clean and tidy. Ive stayed here 4 times. Never had a problem. If they update this hotel, the price will go up. Fantastic location, next door to McDonalds. My 1 and only complaint, the net curtains always look yellow.

We stayed here for 3weeks in September. The room was spacious and very clean. It was cleaned every day and fresh towels supplied. Big shout out to the cleaning staff! There is a bar and a shop in the reception area. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. Great location for bars and restaurants. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I would suggest upper floors.

Our receptionist Wilson was not helpful at all, we asked for a quiet room with a nice view. First he gave us a room in the second floor without informing us the there were no elevators. When I went back to ask him if we could have help with our luggage he instead gave us a room in the building that has the elevator facing the parking lot and the road traffic. He made us wait in total one hour between we first came in for the checkin and the moment we were finally able to enter the room. This quite honestly has been the worst experience I’ve had i a hotel in the last 5 years travelling 6 continents. Next tine make sure to disclose that there are no elevator, and giving a noisy room to a guest that specifically asks for a quiet room is pretty ironic.

A nice clean budget hotel with amenities to make the stay pleasant. The hotel itself is dated but they keep it all clean and in order. There's plenty of staff to help with that. Security is on site 24/7 which makes it feel extra safe. The rooms are basic but have decent sized beds that are comfy. In the rooms there's a large fridge, so if you wanted to save money on breakfast there's plenty of room for food from local shops. There's also a shop in the hotel, which has plenty of drinks and snacks. The pools are clean and tidy, and they have plenty of sunbeds for chill days. A big tick for the hotel is the location. It's close to Universal and offers a free shuttle service to it (book the day before going to the park) and there's an I-Trolly stop right outside of it to take you either way up or down International Drive. It's a great option when considering a trip to Orlando.

We booked this hotel in early June for a five-night stay in September, with free parking clearly indicated. When we arrived, the receptionist asked us to pay $10 per day to park our vehicle. Despite our explanations that we had booked because parking was advertised as free, she simply replied, “I know, but that has changed, so will you be paying in cash or by card?”, adding that this new pricing policy had been in effect since early August, well after we made our reservation. Working in tourism myself, I find this practice unacceptable: reservations made before a change in conditions should obviously retain the benefits initially included. We shouldn't have given in and paid the extra charge, but we were too tired to argue after a long journey. As a result, we do not recommend this establishment, which lacks transparency and consideration for its customers.
