Stayed here for one week in October, it's a nice basic hotel, rooms are a bit dated and dark (could do with brighter lighting) good sized fridge In room and microwave. housekeeping came every day. We were on the ground floor right in front of the pool which was a bit noisy but great for the kids. We had carry out food from the zebra lounge and the portions were huge (good value) breakfast in the morning had a decent selection and staff were friendly. My only complaint We had a late flight and asked if we could extend our check out time to 12pm which they said was fine and we could do it at any time just needed to go to reception with ID, forgot all about it and went down the morning of checkout to ask and they said it wasn't possible. So not really any time, but we just had to wait In reception for an extra hour instead.

I went here when I evacuated from Hurricane Milton. The price was amazing!!! The room was clean, fridge had water leak. At one point, only one of the three elevators was working. So, I waited almost 45 mins to be able to get on an elevator that didn’t have other dogs. It’s nice that they allow pets at this hotel. Front desk staff, a lady in her 50s, foreigner, she was great!! Hotel in great location. I would stay again.

Great location near many amenities. However, this is really a minimal no frills motel where customer service really means that no one cares about anything. When you line up at reception, 3/4 of the people at their desks are fiddling on their cell phones or doing nothing. Customer service is non-existent. 3 times I went to guest services - once to pick up mail (which is a joke because they charge $10/small package and have no idea where your mail is and no tracking system) and twice for baggage, and there was no one there each time. Multiple people passed by before I would ask someone to call someone to help. As pictured, they keep the bell purposely far away so no one can get a hold of them. If you expect anyone to actually take your luggage or help you with it, no such thing. They take you to the luggage room and expect you to lift everything on their shelves yourself. Similarly, there’s about 4 staff people in front of the hotel and none will lift a finger to help with luggage, say hi, or open the door. The rooms are very old and somewhat dilapidated. The rooms were not clean, there was a blood stain on a pillow and grit on the countertops. I would not stay here again, there are many hotels to choose from and this isn’t the quality I’ve come to expect these days in a world of Hilton’s and Marriotts. Also keep in mind there are buildings A to F and if you’re going to the Conference Center, F is the closest building.

At check in our original room booking was only set for one night, but the front desk staffer updated that issue and we had a fantastic room right near the pool. The grounds are well taken care of, and the amenities of the hotel are awesome. Convivence store, bar, eating areas, game room, and plenty of parking. Breakfast buffet was alright, and the Zebra bar food was really good. Our room was enough for us as we were out exploring the area most of the time, but always very clean. The AC worked great, the water pressure was good, and the beds were comfortable. The pool and area were always clean with plenty of towels. One thing about the pool. It may say it opens at 9am, but you will not be in the morning sun if you get there by 9:05. Too many people get there and put towels on chairs to reserve them, only to leave and come back later or hold them for people who come to the pool later. This happened three days in a row that we went to the pool. Otherwise, it is a great pool area. Security was visible and all the staff that I encountered were very friendly. If we ever return to the area, we would definitely stay here again.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. 1. Noise - The room is right next to Interstate-4, and there are no sound barriers, so I can't sleep comfortably all night because of the noise. 2. Broken heater - The heater was broken, so it didn't heat the room. It was just noisy and didn't work, so I told the front desk, and they barely fixed it. The problem is that this kind of thing should be checked and fixed in advance rather than customers requesting it. There was another guest who said that the heater didn't work, not me. 3. Poor service - I exchanged the door key because it didn't work, but when I asked for it to be repaired again, they replaced the battery and gave me a weird QR paper card to use. I was so tired after staying for 5 nights and got a cold. So my trip was horrible. I recommend you all never book this hotel.
