My stay here at Co Co Key Resort (Orlando) was a satisfactory stay. The location is accessible to EVERYTHING! You could walk off of the property and go find something to do. The room was comfortable- the only down side is the pull out couch 🛋️. The couch mattress was old and you could feel all the bars and the frame under the bed. The service was a 9/10 because of the wait for the extra face clothes, towels, and the irritation of the front desk- other than that the room stayed clean and freshened up. That was greatly appreciated. The water park was a timeeeee, the kids were kept busy and that was a plus. They had the foam and karaoke for the kids and a mini bar for the adults. We were from out of town and overall the stay was great- I will def recommend for a stay.

While the rooms are a bit outdated, the tower room has a microwave and a good size space for a family. The fridge is almost too cold, but better than some “drink fridges”. The water park is great, and kept the family busy. The hotel staff is amazingly kind and helpful, and our housekeeping was great! (Ana Maria-Marievin)They went above and beyond to bring us items needed and even left our kids stuffies and blankets in a cute design. they made sure to come back in the afternoon since we were in the room at their first round.

Stayed here for two weeks and thought it was just brilliant. Great family place with the swimming park and amusements onsite also starbucks bar and restraunt too. Staff all very friendly and our room was just what we needed, microwave kettle and fridge. Thanks to Marierin & Ana Maria our room was cleaned perfectly too x Free itrolley day tickets to any of our shopping destinations or just up and down International drive and free bus to the Universal Parks, Epic, was a nice touch. Will definately be coming back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Blown Away by Our Stay August 2025! From start to finish, the experience was incredible! Our first visit a few years ago was rough, to say the least — but not this time. Staff members we met went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. I’m happy to say that Coco Key is making real improvements and ensuring this fun family establishment is keeping up as fast as they can with property/room improvements and it’s wonderful to see. A huge thank-you to Mr. Frank Dolley, the General Manager, for personally making sure our room was clean, comfortable, and that our stay was nothing short of excellent. His genuine care truly set the tone for our trip. Another big thank-you to David C., the Reservations Coordinator — he was absolutely amazing and so kind to our family! He checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. That level of hospitality meant so much to our little family. Angela, the front desk supervisor, was professional and kind. When my son accidentally left his tablet behind, she immediately went to retrieve it and held it safely for us until we could return to pick it up. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was such a highlight! Sandra absolutely made our mornings with her warm smile, fun energy, and the way she interacted with the kids — she truly created a happy start to each day. I absolutely recommend their breakfast — the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious! Valen was also so attentive and kind; we couldn’t have asked for better service. Raquel at the cabana rental area made things easy and pleasant from start to finish. Ana at the bar was fantastic — even when things were busy, she made eye contact to acknowledge guests and provided excellent, quick service. Chris at the Caloosa Grill was also incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and was on top of his customer service. A good attitude alone goes a long way! Anna, at the gift store near Starbucks, was a ray of sunshine — warm, welcoming, and helpful every time we stopped by. Orlando, who was working the slide tower, was great with kids and showed so much patience — truly appreciated! Overall, our family was completely blown away by the kindness, professionalism, and genuine care from everyone we met. This trip was everything we hoped for and more. In life all we are left with are memories. I’m truly grateful to Mr. Dolley and his whole team for helping us make magical moments with our children while at there hotel/water park. We can’t wait to come back — thank you to the entire Coco Key team for an incredible experience!

I stayed at a hotel that had an amazing water park, and it was definitely my favorite part of the trip. The slides and pools were so much fun, and I spent hours there enjoying the water. The hotel’s service was great too—the staff were really friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a nice view, which made the whole stay even better. It was the perfect place to relax and have fun!
