Excellent stay with Coco Key. Rooms were clean and freshly made beds everyday, staff are amazing and super accommodating. Has everything you need on site, shop, bar restaurant, laundry. The pool is open till 10 for hotel guests and the water park shuts as dusk. Water park is excellent and my two boys 10 and 8, absolutely had the time of their lives. Had a special holiday, made that bit more special by staying here. Highly recommend to families.

Been here a few other times. We switched rooms after our first night due to a small issue but it was taken cared of appropriately by front management which we were absolutely pleased with. During your stay the room does get a daily light clean like trash and fresh towels (any extras/requests there is a number to text to) and if you do not want the housekeepers than simply place the Do Not Disturb sign outside your door. Cleanliness in the bathroom like sink and shower is great, no mold/mildew present. I do agree with other guests that have left a review based on the bathroom… there does need to be proper ventilation. It would be costly but more elevators would be a great addition to the Resort. So forth the rest; I highly recommend there to be a microwave in all rooms for any guests that like to bring back leftovers. I urge the floors in all rooms to be scrubbed by a CRB machine or an I-Mop. Our socks and feet went instantly black. Otherwise, I would recommend incoming guests to bring slippers. Water resort overall is great for all kids! Safety is top priority for sure. The location honestly was perfect for my family as it was less than 20 minutes for Disney Parks and surrounding parks same goes with restaurants and shopping centers.

We are currently staying at Coco Key resort. Can’t recommend Mo on the front desk enough - he is very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is a great location on International drive and ideal for families. The buffet breakfast is great value with kids up to 12 years are able to eat free with each full paying adult. We would highly recommend

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Although there was a small issue, they did their best to fix it. They consistently checked on us to ensure that our stay was going well. We appreciated the text message we received from the staff during our stay. We didn't have to leave the hotel, there was a water park, food, and small shops all available at the hotel.

The plus of this hotel, the water park if you have kids. The Minus, the water park if your room overlooks it! We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and were kept awake all night by a DJ Friday night, then loud guests on Saturday. Make sure you request a room away from water park. Also not sure how tight security is, people up and partying all night. Rooms were not the cleanest, but were ok. Staff by the water park was very nice. don’t try to check in any earlier than 4 or you will be charged $35. We were an hour early and were forced to pay the fee. $13 for a draft beer at the bar by the water park. Plan to bring your own into your room if you want to save money. And plenty of food options down the road, I would skip buying the food on property. Overall likely won’t stay again. This was luckily a short stay on the tail end of a vacation at a much nicer resort, just needed a couple days before flying home from Orlando. Next time we will just stay at the nicer resort our entire stay!
