I loved the experience. Nice place. My kids loved it. The pools are heated which is good especially for the colder months. Good is mid, not really a fan of it. But over all it was a great experience. Would recommend and go again. They have a lot to do. The arcade is nice as well.

Absolutely horrible. We get there early so our five kids can play thinking. OK well we’re gonna have to wait for a room at least until one because I’m sure the room isn’t ready and we don’t wanna waste a whole day. Turns out check in Is it until 4 PM. They said that they do have our room ready but it’s $45 to check in early even though our room is ready? What !?? So we paid that they give us the room key we walk into a room that is occupied in people are sleeping! How scary !! So immediately go to the front desk and tell them about the situation they offer to give me my early check-in fee back and then they provided me with another room mind you I haven’t for a month in info and I had a stroller with me the entire time I was talking to the front desk they put me in a building where there is no elevators!!! At this point, I’m over it. The kids upstairs put my things away. Make a few trips up and down the stairs and take the kids to the waterpark. Finally, I’m able to go back to the front desk. Tell them this is so inconvenient. I have a baby I have strollers. I need a building with an elevator. That’s when they tell me only building six has elevators. I said well I want that room when that room is ready. They didn’t call me till 330 that that room was ready. We’ve been there since 10 o’clock. The water was freezing cold it was disgusting. We couldn’t get housekeeping to give us blankets or any soap for the shower and I look at my bank account and they have overcharged me an extra $200. I’ve been calling since I checked out. No one will answer absolutely mortified but this place.

It's a neutral hotel. They have good pools, but it smells like weed near the 7--- rooms (because thats were people smoke weed, which the hotel says they don't allow which may be true but they don't enforce it so it doesn't work). Also, many parts of the hotel don't have wi-fi coverage, and we had to stay in the weed-smelling area to get wi-fi, unfortunately. Also, they have a really noisy party every day in the hotel, but I didn't hear it from the room I stayed in. Don't know from other rooms... but it is near lots of places, so that's a plus.

My experience was overall a good one. I had an issue back in August when I came here for my daughter's birthday. They advised me to check in after 4pm so upon checking around 10pm, they gave my room away. At no cost to me, they put me in the Courtyard Marriott
about 25 mins away. So not the greatest experience but Mo I believe he might be the manager tried his best to rectify the situation. So, I decided to try this place again for my birthday and bring my daughter back. I told Fidelia at check in about my previous experience and she provided such excellent customer service, went above and beyond for me. I then saw Mo and reminded him of my previous experience and he was very nice and had a really great positive energy about him. The bartender was very sweet and the workers in the restaurant were really nice. My only complaint was that my room definitely had mold/mildew in it because my allergies were so bad when I was in the room. I had to go to their vending machine at 1:30am to get benadryl because it was that bad. I had a pool side room so if you're highly allergic to mold/mildew, I would suggest not booking a room near the pool. All my belongings smelled of mold/mildew when I came home, it was that strong. It was especially bad when the AC was on. Although I couldn't visibly see mold/mildew, the particles were 100 percent in the air. Other than that, my daughter and I had a great time. I will be returning again but will get a different room next time. Thank you to everyone who made us have a great experience!

I’m giving this resort five stars because for what I paid I am more than impressed with the results. I paid 157 for two nights… And this resort has two poles and an on-site waterpark. That is included with the nightly rate (I had two queen size beds). The resort also featured a arcade… Two restaurants, a pool bar, and a food truck. Everything was so easily accessible… And this resort is close to everything. If you do not want to eat on the resort, there are so many restaurants on the same street, You can GrubHub or DoorDash food for a little weight, and we were about 11 minutes from Universal Studios. There are other activities nearby like mini golf, the movie theater, and a really big indoor arcade. Could not say more about this resort and its location!
