The room is pretty standard, but it is phenomenally cleaned. We had clean towels and tidy up every day. The service though is what makes this place. Our daughter tripped at the breakfast buffet, and they had their on hand medic check her elbow without asking. If you are looking for a pleasant and thoughtful way to kick off your morning on a trip or a vacation, this is the place to do it. We are Disney people through and through, but my kids are begging to go back to cocokey asap!

Booking with a discount through a 3rd party is tricky. So, you will not get the best rooms just okay. The place is set up in a nice water park, swimming pool, and hot tub. The location is close to everything you need. You will need your own body wash, towels, bedding, and extra pillows. The staff were nice except for one you will know as soon as you encounter her. Breakfast was good except last day had a special kid mom was afraid to control what he did. He used his hands to pick up peaches from buffet style eating and was standing up at the table eating. He would walk fast bumping hard on the back of seats. We left as he was getting a little bit much.

An overall great experience. My husband and I went with our five year old for two nights, checked out on Black Friday. Picked this hotel specifically because of the water park and the arcade, and they did not disappoint!
The rooms were clean, even if they are a bit outdated BUT the cost of the stay is very reasonable considering that. I requested a microwave and one was in the room upon our arrival. The bed was comfy and we were able to watch the Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade and football on the room TV.
The front desk staff were polite. The lifeguards and line attendants for the water slides were AMAZING. Young adults working during a holiday with wonderful attitudes, our kid loved them all. On Thanksgiving Day, around 6 pm, our five year old wanted ice cream (she had seen a photo of it on the hotel website and was one of the things she really wanted during the stay). We went into the restaurant area where the ice cream is, and the young man told us we needed to ask the bartender. The bartender was unfortunately quite rude in the way she explained to us the restaurant was closed early, even though they're advertised open until 10. Mind you, she's taking food orders at the bar, and the ice cream is large tubs you just take the lid off of to scoop. The young man inside saw our sad kid and asked the manager to come out. The manager was VERY kind and scooped the ice cream and sprinkles for the kiddo.
The water park was just perfect, especially the warm kiddie pool and the other heated pool at the park. The main pool is also heated, large, and open until 10! I will say - you should be allowed to take towels to the locker room, how else are you supposed to dry off after rinsing the chlorine off?
I loved that you can text with the staff with quick questions. I scheduled to check out at noon instead of 11, via text. Between 1045 am and noon on check-out day, we were inundated with staff coming in the room while we were bringing things back and forth to the car, asking us when we were checking out (two separate times), asking if the microwave was still in the room. No one was impolite, it was just odd.
The location is very near the interstate, restaurants, and stores. Very convenient. Again, overall it was wonderful and we'll definitely be back.

It was good for a cheap standard motel type hotel however it’s not for adults. We had to change rooms due to the noise level by the pool for music at 8am but Julissa helped us in doing this and changing our room where we couldn’t hear anything. Rooms were cleaned daily and facilities are good for families. Staff are friendly and location is good for nearby restaurants and universal studios.

This was a relaxing stay. My kids enjoyed the water park , pool , jacuzzi , and especially the arcade area. The workers are all so nice and welcoming and the employees in the breakfast area were so attentive and on point, especially Sandra. She made sure we were all taken care of and always had a smile on her face . Thank you for everything.
