Staff at the front desk were very nice. They let you store your luggage if you arrive early but the room is old. It seems like it’s been renovated. There’s rust in the bathrooms and there was bugs in the room. Wouldn’t book again esp for the price we paid.

Fantastic location, 5 minute walk to icon park if that. Lots of restaurants and bars around. I - drive trolley just outside. Rooms clean, has everything you need. Can be a bit noisy especially if families shout instead of talking to each other, but thats no fault of the hotel by any means as they do have a policy to be respectful after a certain time at night. Would stay here again.

If you just need a bed this place is fine. But the bed was stained, towel will never get replaced unless you ask every day, and the room was not very clean upon our arrival. Thankfully the shuttles are reliable and when it was not they paid for our uber. The front desk manager is also very kind and understanding!

Not a good stay - from a UK guest. Do not take your children to this hotel. We have stayed at this hotel five times over the last 7 years, also recommending it to family & friends but we will never return after our last visit. Guests shouting and swearing across the resort all throughout the night until 4am, guests sitting outside their rooms smoking drugs - security not interested. One night we came back to our room and someone had vomited at the top of the stairs, it took 10 hours for it to be cleaned after reporting it twice and several guests slipping on it. Rooms are generally filthy, gaps under front door of the room so you can hear traffic and people walking past the room at all hours - sounds like the door has been left wide open. Bath was cracked at the bottom so you would cut your skin on it if you sat in it and water leaked right through the bottom. Sink was cracked, shower floods the bathroom after 2 mins. Pro’s - - Unbeatable location at the centre of I-Drive. - we’ve always had a positive and fast check-in experience. - low cost (but you still expect a safe, clean resort). - our towels were changed almost daily and the bed was made daily by housekeeping. Bedding was clean and unmarked. Con’s - - Resort has rapidly declined over the years. - did not sleep properly for the two weeks we stayed here as it is so noisy. - did not feel safe, guests smoking drugs and shouting/swearing all night until 4am - felt like we were staying in a hostel. - noisy air con unit which was ineffective. - rooms are in disrepair. - rooms need deep cleaning.

I recently stayed here the rooms are spacious and clean. The pool and food was great. The front desk staff were great, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Everything was great until I met with the night security guard. She was so rude with a attitude there's ways to approach and talk to guests. She ruined my night she needs to learn how to speak to others correctly. Everything was good except her.
