We had a fantastic stay here. We had full access to everything we needed around us really easy to drive to the parks and back and also they had a shuttle service which did have slightly strange timings to and from the parks but we didn’t use them so I couldn’t tell you much more. But anyway the rooms were nice pretty basic but were fine. Only thing that would have been helpful was somewhere to hang anything as we had wet clothes at one point and there wasn’t anywhere to really hang anything to help dry it. The pool was nice it had towels you could use and we were here in November and the place was very very quiet. The hotel had a couple places that were in walking distance like a couple restaurants and this was great for the evenings not having to always drive somewhere. We were also here for thanksgiving and they had a great buffet you could pay to go to but it was really a very fun experience.

The hotel is in a good location. The rooms were reasonably comfortable and had everything required but would benefit from a decor upgrade as the decor feels
dated. Some of the staff in the reception were lacking in customer service skills. This hotel also offered free parking and a free shuttle service to the Disney parks (see extra notes re shuttle service).

Staff very professional and very friendly. Handy for both Universal and Disney parks , quite central for both. Approx 20 dollars maximum for taxi one way, Lyft is a popular app for taxis. Rooms clean. Dark deco/ units but does the job. Plenty storage space in rooms. Beds clean and comfy. Lovely swim pool and loungers with a large storage area full of clean towels at pool. Bar expensive, recommend buying own from supermarket. Shops, bars, places to eat close by. We paid extra for breakfast , and fabulous selection, lovely, well worth paying the extra. The hotel also does evening meals at reasonable price. Designer shops over road and some are cheap but need taxi to get there as about 3 to 4 rows of fast traffic.

Great location. These rooms were last renovated in the mid-70s, so if you were planning to visit a museum while in Orlando, just stay here instead. We did not find any bugs in the room, and we were on the 1st floor. The beds appear to be full twins, not even queen-sized for the double rooms. The carpet is so dark, so it was hard to tell if it was over six years old or not. We were so disappointed, we left a day early and abandoned the room the next morning. On the bright side, the front desk staff are very well trained and polite.

This hotel has always been fantastic. I’ve stayed with this hotel 3 times in the last 2 years and I am always pleased. The last trip in October 2024, Hurricane Milton threatened our vacation so we went home a day sooner than planned, but the staff was so accommodating helping us check out a day early.
We will continue to book our rooms at this location, as well as their sister hotel close by (Rosen Inn Closest to Universal)
