Staff very professional and very friendly. Handy for both Universal and Disney parks , quite central for both. Approx 20 dollars maximum for taxi one way, Lyft is a popular app for taxis. Rooms clean. Dark deco/ units but does the job. Plenty storage space in rooms. Beds clean and comfy. Lovely swim pool and loungers with a large storage area full of clean towels at pool. Bar expensive, recommend buying own from supermarket. Shops, bars, places to eat close by. We paid extra for breakfast , and fabulous selection, lovely, well worth paying the extra. The hotel also does evening meals at reasonable price. Designer shops over road and some are cheap but need taxi to get there as about 3 to 4 rows of fast traffic.

It is really a very clean and nice hotel. If you are looking for an affordable but clean and quality hotel, you should definitely choose it. The only problem was that although we chose a room with a Queen size bed, the bed size was like full size, but everything else was great. I will definitely choose it again!!

The hotel is in a good location. The rooms were reasonably comfortable and had everything required but would benefit from a decor upgrade as the decor feels dated. Some of the staff in the reception were lacking in customer service skills. This hotel also offered free parking and a free shuttle service to the Disney parks (see extra notes re shuttle service).

My sister Karen and I always choose to stay at the Rosen once or twice a year to get together. It's just a couple minutes from Disney Springs and a halfway mark from where we live. We've spent several getaways over the past few years as we watched the hotel make a transformation. It's not perfect but it's on the way to being a beautiful hotel. The rooms have all been remodeled and the beds are awesome! But what's most Awesome is the staff! The Rosen employees have a special way of making you feel welcome. It's the Rosen Way!! On our visit we had the opportunity of getting to spend time visiting Scott the Night time Manger on Duty. Wow!! We had a concern and he spent the time to listen and take notes. The Rosen company is lucky to have him as an employee! We will be back in December for more fun. Great value ! Great Hotel !

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!! This hotel is NOT clean and has ants/bugs in multiple rooms. Woke up first morning to a bug crawling across counter. Then that evening when we returned from the park there were ants on the desk/counter top. Moved to another room that was NOT clean and had sticky stuff on the desk. were moved to another room which too was dirty had broken doors and mildew on the floors in the bathroom. The next evening moved to another room and it had ants on the desk area and a bug on each bed. Finally moved to the last room and all seemed good until waking up the next morning to find bugs in the sink. If I could give a -10 star I would. I did speak to a manager but they would not give a full refund. There were also ants in the rooms of the ones we were traveling with. After reading some of the other comments it seems there have been ants/bugs before. This is a real issue. Below are just a few of the pics we took. Thank you for your response. However, I would like to address a concern that seems to extend beyond my case. I have come across multiple reviews from other customers who have reported similar issues in recent months, and it appears that the responses given in those cases are quite similar to yours. This raises a concern about whether the problem I faced is part of a larger pattern that requires more attention. I would appreciate any further clarification on this matter and any steps that are being taken to address these concerns comprehensively.
