We recently stayed here with our kids as a budget-friendly option before heading to Disney, and it was a fantastic choice to save some money without sacrificing quality. Surprisingly, the hotel was very clean and nicely maintained—everything felt fresh and well-cared for. They also have pool that runs 24 hours a day with a hot tub. The staff was always smiley and incredibly accommodating, making our family feel right at home. We'd definitely stay again! I'm not sure how they manage to keep it this nice at such a low price, but it's a gem. Highly recommended.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times in about 5 years, the rooms definitely need refurbishing, the hotel is under construction so hopefully it’s more curb appealing. Shower was permanently on, you couldn’t it on for a bath, refrigerator barely cooled anything, okay water pressure. Accurate comments on breakfast but that didn’t bother me. Room needed to be cleaned better. They do have baby beds so that was a huge plus.

Stayed here for 5 nights this week. I chose this hotel because I stayed here years ago and it was great for the money. This time around the beds were highly uncomfortable. The bed pillows were small square sized like a couch pillow basically. Overall for the price it’s a decent place but I couldn’t sleep comfortably at all the entire time I stayed. The breakfast was okay. Eggs, sausage patties, Mickey waffles, oranges, a couple different cereals, toast, yogurt & juice. Would have liked a variety of fruit and bagels, muffins, etc. Pool is a decent size and was clean. Staff was very friendly and nice. They are doing a renovation on the lobby area, hopefully they will also do the rooms. The hallways were not cleaned especially by the room elevators. It didn’t looks like they took a vacuum to the hallways or sweep the elevator area at all the entire time I was there.

Just had a 7night stay here, after reading mixed reviews I was very happy on arrival, greeted with pleasant, polite staff, clean room, breakfast was basic but hit the spot before heading out for a day in the parks. I chose this hotel as a budget choice before heading to a villa. We will definitely stay again. Thanks for a lovely stay.

First room was dirty, smelled like wet dog. Was moved to a second room that had dried soap and hair stuck to the bottom of the tub. Mattress was old and lumpy, like someone sat in it for weeks and never moved. We barely slept! Checked out early. Declined to be moved to a third room. Front desk apologized and said “normally we move you again”. Please note: hotel allows dogs. Another guest walked by with three pit bulls. Do not recommend!
