My boyfriend and I had an incredible time at Sandals Regency La Toc. It was our first time in St. Lucia and at a Sandals resort and we were blown away! From the airport pickup to check-in, the service was top-notch. Our room had a walkout right to the pool, which made reserving seats super convenient.
The staff were amazing! Always friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to be there. We were especially impressed by how involved the managers (even the general manager!) were. That kind of attention and care is rare.
The food was so good with lots of variety, and they always asked about allergies or dietary needs, which was really thoughtful. The bars were awesome too — the drinks were strong (not watered down!) and the bartenders were super fun and happy to make whatever you wanted.
We’re already planning to come back to St. Lucia and stay at Regency La Toc again!

Have been to several Sandals resorts, and La Toc is now my #1 favorite!! Excellent service during our weeks' stay, great food in all the restaurants we visited. The staff was always on-point whenever we called or stopped by. Was constantly greeted by staff members as they passed by us, very warm and friendly group of people.
A special shout out to the Phippine chefs and wait staff at Soy sushi restaurant!!! They prepared an amazing meal with a great presentation, and even stepped out of the kitchen to check on our happiness with the beautiful plates they prepared for us. Great group of guys!!
Will definitely be returning to La Toc very soon!

From the moment we arrived in St. Lucia, Sandals Regency La Toc delivered a flawless luxury experience. The airport shuttle was seamless, setting the stage for an unforgettable stay. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the attentive staff who sang a cheerful welcome song for us. Shortly thereafter, we were greeted by the hotel manager Jason Lynch, whose hands-on approach and genuine hospitality truly elevated our entire visit. His personal attention made us feel valued and ensured that every detail was perfect from start to finish.
The resort's dining and drink offerings are nothing short of five-star. Each restaurant provided a unique and exceptional culinary experience, with gourmet dishes, fresh ingredients, and beautifully crafted cocktails. Our favorite restaurants were Armando's and Soy and my go to cocktail was a Pink Panther. Whether we were enjoying a romantic beachfront dinner or sipping drinks by the pool, the service was always impeccable—friendly, prompt, and professional.
The resort itself is a tropical paradise. The pools are beautifully maintained and inviting, perfect for relaxing under the sun, while the crystal-clear beach offers stunning views and a serene atmosphere. Sandals Regency La Toc exceeded every expectation, and we can't wait to return for another unforgettable escape.

We went here to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Every staff member, and I mean everyone, that we encountered, the entire weekend, acknowledged us, said hi or smiled. You don't get that anywhere else. Also, all the food we had was great.
But the part of our stay at Sandals La Toc was our Butler's - Skylar, Shanna and Sam. They were so attentive, always available and overall just great people. If we come back, we will ask for them. They deserve a lot of praise. I'm sure they treat everyone that way.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our current stay at a Sandals Resort left us so disappointed that I feel compelled to share our experience. I was going to wait until our honeymoon was over but last night was the final straw. We chose Sandals based on its reputation for luxury, all-inclusive service, and attention to detail, but what we encountered was far from the high standards we expected.
From the moment we arrived, the quality and service were underwhelming. The Italian restaurant “ Armando’s” was such a horrible experience. Not only did we have to wait over an hour for our meal but the table on the terrace where we were seated had cockroaches crawling around on the rock next to us.
One of our biggest complaints was the room service, which was not only unbelievably slow but also of poor quality—despite being a key feature of the Club Level package we paid extra for. We got consistently hassled every day by the women who worked at the spa. They would walk around the pool and try selling you spa packages everyday.
I’m only on day 4 of my stay and I can say I’m counting down the days until I’m able to go home. This was my first time staying at a sandals and I can tell you that you that it will be my last. We spent over 8 thousand for our 9 night stay so I expected quality but all we got was frustration.

Wonderful resort!! We spent 5 days at Calabash Cove for our honeymoon. We stayed in a pool walk-out room and it was so quiet and wonderful to be able to just walk out to the pool. The staff was wonderful and helpful, and gave great suggestions of things to do around the island! The front desk was able to schedule transportation for us; you can't walk anywhere from the resort so you'll always be at least a 15 minute drive from things. However, the resort has a lot to do! Kayaks, paddle boards, anchored floating things in the ocean to relax on, pool, spa, boat rides, etc. the food was also delicious. it felt like most of the guests at the resort we're also recently married couples like us! They even have a library full of books to borrow!
Can't recommend calabash cove enough for a nice, relaxing week!

Our stay at Calabash Cove Resort has been nothing short of amazing! 🌴 From the breathtaking views from our cottage to the delicious food and fabulous spa treatments, every detail is top notch. What truly sets this resort apart is the incredible staff. Christian, Donna, Joaquin, Milan, and Michael made us feel so welcome, and the management team—Rohan, Keir, Cools and Konrad—went above and beyond to ensure our experience was amazing. We truly appreciated the Mgmt cocktail hour.
This is truly a 5-star resort, and we can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a relaxing, romantic, and luxurious getaway!

We had arrived from a LONG day of traveling and we were greeted with a smile and a wet towel. When checking in Karen heard us talking about how hungry we were and they grabbed us some plaintain chips and beer, very sweet. She walked us to our room down quite a few stairs which is completely fine (I only mention stairs if you prefer elevators and no stairs). I’m a travel agent and had mentioned it was our anniversary so when we got in the room they had decorated with balloons and a bottle of champagne. Again, very sweet. Our view was amazing and this place has very many great views. We were able to splurge on a swim up suite which was well worth it. We had room 101 one which as someone else had mentioned that sometimes in the morning it can be loud because it must be below the kitchen. Dinner was disappointing, bland, but my banana flambé for dessert made up for it. One of the best desserts I’ve ever had! First night much like the rest we slept like babies. It’s a very quiet resort. We went in late June so not their busiest time anyway. My husband loved how quiet and peaceful it was. We met a few younger couples there on their honeymoon not just older couples.
Breakfast took a while the first day but not the rest of the stay. Not uncommon as we learned eating other places.
We had the pleasure of meeting Kevin at the front desk/concierge who has a big smile and personality. Most of the time the staff can make or break you, they’re making it for this place! Jachiome (pronounced Jaoquin) at the bar is easy on the eyes and great to talk to! Ladies he’s single haha
Small private beach was heavenly and no need to fight for a cabana! There are 3 down there. There’s also kayaks, paddle boards and these little floaters you can hang out in. They keep the beach clean.
Only negatives was the toilet would run constantly so we flushed it taking the back cover off lol The bathroom floor was always wet too but not sure where the water was coming from, it wasn’t the toilet. The loud kitchen banging in the morning and the food was mediocre. For us, these are small things because nothing is perfect. We had a great time and thank you again to the staff!

We loved visiting Calabash Cove. It's in a more busy area of the island, but once you turn off the highway, it's like you're on your own little island. The beach was perfect, the pool view was amazing, and the food was great. Get a spa treatment while you're there- the spa sampler was beyond worth every penny.

Reply:: I just wanted to reply back to the comment from the resort. I’m not sure what you mean by us having the do not disturb sign up for long periods of time because that’s absolutely untrue. We received service every single day that we were there, they came in cleaned the room every single day & restocked the refrigerator. But that doesn’t have anything to do with the AC leaking in the room or the tiles falling off in the pool, but I’m glad to hear that y’all have fixed the problem since we stayed two weeks ago
We receive five star service absolutely no complaints. Everybody was so kind and welcoming. We would most definitely stay here again. The food and drinks daily was delicious. We had the all exclusive and stayed in the cottage with private pool & outdoor shower , that was definitely a huge bonus and very much recommend recommended everyone was exceptional. Sophia and Teddy just happened to stand out the most, and we love them!!
The only thing I would suggest is there should definitely be a few upgrades made. We stayed in cottage three which is directly aligned with the gazebo so there’s absolutely no privacy if they’re having a private dinner or someone’s out there taking pictures or having a massage, that happened three of the times we were there so that was a little uncomfortable and then the small blue tiles inside the pool were falling off, also the AC in the room leaked pretty much the whole time we were there.

We recently stayed at Sandals Halcyon Beach Resort in St. Lucia to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and it was truly the best time of our lives. The staff was amazing—so welcoming, friendly, and accommodating.
One waiter, Aaron, stood out to us. He served us dinner right on the beach and went above and beyond to make the evening unforgettable. We also want to recognize Nigel, the landscaper. Every morning, right on time, we saw him out on the grounds raking leaves, tidying up, and making the gardens look absolutely superb. His hard work kept the resort looking like paradise.
We can’t forget to mention the resort manager, who made our stay extra special. He worked with the chef to have a private dinner prepared just for us and truly went out of his way to make our anniversary unforgettable.
We are so grateful for the incredible service and hospitality. Thank you, Sandals Halcyon, for making our milestone celebration so special!

My husband and I had an amazing time at Sandals Halcyon Beach. The room was comfortable. The staff was excellent. The food great. The pools were great. The beach was absolutely fantastic.
We made a list of staff members who helped make our stay top notch: (Francine, Kayla, Shaquille, Darnell, and Kareem) but I know we missed a lot of people. Sometimes we were just too busy having a good time to remember to write down names.

My husband and I had the best week at Sandals Halcyon Beach. It is absolutely beautiful, fun, and the staff is amazing. The staff got to know us by name and provided excellent personalized service. Chris at the Iris bar knew our preferred drinks and came to find us on the upper level and brought us more drinks before we went down to order them. Shaquille at the Iris bar also provided top notch service. Everyone at the club Sandals lounge was wonderful. They had fun activities during the wine tasting and martini tasting. Angie was hilarious and made the activities so fun! The resort has activities you can participate in or do your own thing. We really enjoyed all the activities and games. We are already looking forward to our next trip!

Our honeymoon at Sandals Halcyon Beach was absolutely amazing! The service was beyond exceptional—everyone went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was always spotless, the fridge was fully stocked, and the dinners were delicious every night. We especially loved the convenience of room service and not having to worry about anything with the all-inclusive setup.
We enjoyed a relaxing couples massage, sailed on the Hobie Cats, and even did a catamaran snorkeling excursion that the staff scheduled for us—it was a blast! Every staff member we met was warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in getting to know us. It made the whole experience feel personal and unforgettable. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Zoëtry Saint Lucia is absolutely beautiful — the scenery is stunning, with lush greenery and ocean views that feel like a dream. I arrived at Zoetry on April 15th 2025 to celebrate my birthday. Check in was at 3pm but we got there a little earlier. We were served some cold lemongrass towels to help with the heat and welcome drinks which ofcourse we did the rum punch. Our room wasn't quite ready however we were constantly being checked on whilst we waited. For the life of me I've forgotten the names but I think it was Vornette who took us to the room. She was really nice. Told us about the different restaurants. Gave us a tour of the room and told us to reach out if anything. We were also given a keycard for the door and QR code to use for room service purposes. Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Really impressed with this place and the service it provides. Will definitely be returning.

We chose Zoëtry Saint Lucia for our honeymoon, hoping for an intimate, special experience. While there were a few lovely touches, unfortunately the overall stay left us underwhelmed and wishing for more consistency.
From the moment we arrived, the chilled towels and welcome drinks were thoughtful and set a nice tone. The pool with a swim-up bar was a highlight, and the sunset cruise was a must-do — easily one of the most memorable moments of our trip. Our massages were excellent, though we found them to be very expensive. We also appreciated the honeymoon gesture of a plate with two chocolates and “Happy Honeymoon” written on it, even if it felt a bit minimal.
Where the resort fell short was in consistency and attention to detail. Service was very hit or miss. On some occasions, standout staff members like Keanu, Allison, and Andre made dining enjoyable and memorable. On others, we were left waiting over an hour for breakfast only to have our server ask what we had ordered. A reminder for future guests: order when you’re not hungry so that by the time food arrives, you will be.
Cleanliness and upkeep were also lacking for a property of this standard. The black restaurant place mats sometimes had food or stains left on them — we learned to be cautious about placing silverware directly on them. At Coco Café, an old croissant summed up the lack of freshness we noticed. Worse, one of our salads came with a large piece of plastic wrap in it. While staff acknowledged it, there was no compensation or real attempt to make it right.
Activities didn’t always deliver on expectations either. The “cooking class” turned out to be more of a cooking demonstration without any interactive element, which was disappointing. Housekeeping was inconsistent too — despite leaving our room by 10am, we had to request service in the afternoon when it hadn’t been touched.
Overall, the resort seems to live by a “less is more” philosophy, which could work beautifully if the few offerings were done with excellence. Unfortunately, we didn’t feel that was the case. For a honeymoon, we wanted something more polished and special. While there were some bright spots, ultimately we wouldn’t book here again.

From the moment I got there, I was greeted with kindness. The Concierge was awesome. Our waiters Maggie and Ronnie were spectacular. They made the experience so worth it. My mom, sister, and I will definitely visit again.
The hotel seems to be a more quiet couple haven. Lots of patrons were reading. The swim up bar was a first time experience for me and I loved it. As a local, I would advocate for the day pass (and a promotion for Maggie and Ronnie). I wish it came with a place we could keep our stuff and a better road condition to get to the hotel but the experience nullifies that.
Love Love Love Zoetry. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

We spent our honeymoon at Cap Maison and absolutely loved it. The Junior Suite was perfect—panoramic views, peaceful atmosphere, and a massive porch where we spent hours soaking it all in. The resort is gorgeous with Mediterranean architecture, lush gardens, and a quiet, relaxing pool area. The private beach and The Naked Fisherman bar were highlights, as was the small but excellent spa (my wife went three times!).
Service was mostly great, though a few staff interactions felt off. A bigger issue: housekeeping left our door unlocked more than once, which was concerning. Also had a strange experience being asked to stop smoking in a cigar-approved area, which felt inconsistent.
Bring strong bug spray—the bugs were intense by week’s end. But the food and wine? Incredible. Every meal impressed, and the staff behind the restaurants were warm, passionate, and top-tier.
Despite a few hiccups, Cap Maison made for an unforgettable honeymoon, and we’d happily return.

Just finished a 4 night stay here. Let me start off by saying the rooms, grounds, and amenities were incredible. The landscape design and chirping tree frogs at night were magical. The food at the restaurants was some of the best I’ve had anywhere in the world.
The only complaint I had is the staff. We stayed in the rooftop villa suite #50. Every morning and night we walked past the front desk staff and they wouldn’t even look up from their computers. If we said hi we’d get a hello out of them. Otherwise we were ignored. For a 5 star resort with these prices it was disappointing.

Came here for my brothers wedding ceremony. It was absolutely beautiful. The service was amazing. Every hotel service staff representative was courteous and polite and super helpful and accommodating.
The food was delicious as well. Cocktail hour was wonderful. Nothing tasted awful and I'm a very picky eater, everything was well seasoned and well presented. A favorite was the mango chicken finger foods prior to the reception dinner and drinks.
The over the water wedding ceremony was very intimate and beautiful. I only have one suggestion and that would be for for them to have some sort of sign to tell jet skiers not to ride by when the ceremony is in progress....thankfully my brothers ceremony had no incidents or loud noises but I can only imagine if they had interrupted whew. The grounds are well kept, very scenic and beautiful picturesque.

We just returned from our honeymoon at Sandals Grande St. Lucian, and it truly exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with champagne, warm smiles, and a level of service that made us feel like royalty. Staying in a **Club Level room** was an amazing choice — the personalized check-in, concierge service, and extra touches made our experience so special.
Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had an incredible view of the turquoise water. Every detail felt romantic and thoughtful, from the turn-down service to the fully stocked bar. The property itself is stunning — white sandy beaches, crystal-clear water, and gorgeous sunsets every evening.
The **Club Sandals team** went above and beyond for us, arranging dinner reservations, excursions, and even surprising us with special honeymoon touches. Dining was exceptional — we loved the variety of restaurants and never had a bad meal. The **Italian and seafood options were our favorites**, and breakfast by the beach was magical.
We spent most of our days relaxing by the pool or beach, and the vibe was perfect: lively when we wanted fun, but plenty of quiet spots when we wanted privacy. The entertainment at night was fantastic, and we felt completely safe and well taken care of the entire time.

Absolutely beautiful resort and the most wonderful staff. Everyone from the bartenders to the room cleaners beautiful people. The food is even better I hear people complain about all inclusive but the food here is amazing every restaurant. Certain parts of the resort needs to be updated but they were remodeling part of the hotel so I’m sure it’s going to be even better. Had a great time would definitely go back there. Best vacation experience we have had. This is the second Sandals resort we visited. The staff was always very friendly and attentive. Spa service was spectacular. I did the exfoliating scrub and massage the last day there and it was a great way to finish off the vacation. Loved the swim-up bar. The food was delicious at all of the restaurants. The only restaurant we didn't visit was Bombay. Great singing at the beginning of the vacation to welcome us to the resort and great singing at the end as a send-off. All around great vacation. We don't get to take vacations every year. When we do get a vacation we like to make the most of it and we feel like we made the most of it here between the resort itself and the excursions that we took.

We loved our vacation here! Fabulous service, wonderful food, party and quiet pools to choose from and a larger than usual beach for a Caribbean resort. Ocean views are amazing. Really enjoyed all the excursion options and a few staff members in particular were outstanding. Nyah for fitness. Especially her water aerobics class. If I had a chance to hire a personal fitness coach she would be my first choice. Then Jay, who tended a few bars. So welcoming! Lastly, the Sandals photographer who was on our catamaran in the way to Chocolate Hotel was fantastic. I wish I remembered his name. Take this trip. You won’t regret it.

I spent a Fabulous 5 nights there. The suite of rooms was spacious and clean with room service every day. The beach was small but really well kept. The staff were friendly and very professional. American style breakfast was included and there was always a good selection but the Caribbean style food was separate and I thought this was bizarre and would have liked to have had a wider selection. After all we were in the Caribbean.

Our trip was scheduled for The Royalton in St Lucia and we quickly left and went to The Landings. Everyone there was so polite, friendly, and helpful. We have a son with a ton of food allergies and they were so accommodating and even made him a meal to pick up the morning we left so he would have something to eat on our trip back to the US. The beach is beautiful, the wind sailing was one of our favorite (free for guests) activities. The rooms were so clean and if you needed anything they got it for you. The food was good too and not hard to make a reservation at their hotel restaurants at all. Would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a laid back, clean, beautiful, relaxing, family vacation!

Had a great week long stay here. Had a beachfront 2 bedroom suite w/plunge pool (hot tub). Beautiful room and view of the bay. Bay is gorgeous, with hills on the left and right. Pigeon island park is within walking distance (15 min), and is a beautiful place to walk and hike. Resort has 3 restaurants, 2 beachfront bar and grills and 1 Asian restaurant which you have to make reservations for. They are all outside seating except for the Asian place which has both indoor and outdoor. A couple of times it got a bit hot, but generally it was ok. If there was one negative I can find it is with the high prices for food - $26 hamburgers and $70 buffets, but since you are already splurging for your dream vacation its just part of the package, I guess :-). Water at the beach is bathtub still, and they have a swimming area roped off. They have several excursions - we took one by Nick's boat charters, great day trip to the Pitons and snorkeling. They also have a pickleball court that we had no trouble making reservations for, played a couple of days at 7pm after the sun went down (6:30pm, since it pretty far south). Gorgeous sunsets visible with a short walk down the beach. They had a butler assigned to us, with a dedicated cell phone, that we could ask with questions or to make reservations, which was helpful.

Our family just returned from the best vacation we've ever taken. We stayed in a 3BR villa on the beach with a plunge pool. The room was amazing with more than enough space for a family of five. The view was beautiful. The plunge pool was a great adder and gave us a place to relax at the end of each day.
We also had the best butler service! Kalan, Ophelia, and Gregg were like part of our family on this trip. They were always quick to respond and offered more help than we would ever expect. Part of this trip was celebrating my wife beating breast cancer. Our butlers went above and beyond to make this a special trip for her.
I'm already looking forward to my next St. Lucia trip and have no question about where I'll be staying.

Stayed here for our honeymoon and the view and experience was unbeatable. The pool in the room was super clutch, the staff goes above and beyond to help you and feels like they read your mind with your needs before you even ask. Food at the restaurant was great as well. You will not like the open air rooms if you're picky when it comes to bugs. Netting around the bed, fans, mosquito coil, bug spray all helps make things just fine, well worth it to wake up to that view every morning.

The location is great as the hotel assists with providing transportation to any excursions. The view is amazing and very hard to beat it! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Hot tub and pool is clean and in-room pool is a plus! Dasheene restaurant food is good too. Nice hiking trail and game room. We loved the hammocks. Would definitely stay here again and recommend for couples.

Dasheene restaurant review. We went here for my birthday dinner and this was the best decision we could've made. The property was beautiful as we walked in, the views were absolutely stunning, the view that would take your breath away. The staff customer service was exceptional, top notch. The food was pretty good, I really enjoyed the grill shrimp risotto appetizer more than my main course meal also the the coconut cheesecake dessert. I cut the cake before I took the picture so don't mind it.

A Truly Memorable Stay at Ladera Resort
We had an amazing experience at Ladera Resort! The customer service was exceptional — everyone we encountered was so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that make you feel like you’re in a dream.
The open-air room concept is really unique and added so much to the experience — waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. While the open setting means you might have to deal with a few mosquitoes, they do provide mosquito nets, which was very thoughtful and effective.
We also dined at the on-site restaurant, Dasheene. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I do wish there were more vegetarian options, but what they did have was still very good.
Overall, Ladera is a perfect escape for anyone looking for great service, incredible views, and a unique stay. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing honeymoon at Serenity!!! The staff is absolutely amazing and so attentive (Shout out to our butler McGregor) the food was SO good, our room was gorgeous, and we were able to relax and wind down but also had fun activities to go to, like rum tasting, punch + paint, and a sushi making class!! We celebrated our 25th anniversary at Serenity and we highly recommend this resort! The staff were all wonderful, very welcoming and they knew everyone’s names! Daniel the butler was very helpful and took care of everything. It was great to have the choice of the resort pool with the bar and to spend time in your private villa pool. We just completed a week long stay at Serenity. It was truly amazing. The room was 10/10, the plunge pool was fun, clean, and refreshing. The room was comfortable and lovely design and layout.
The food was SO good! We enjoyed the morning smoothies. The dinners were just, WOW! Like eating at delicious and fancy restaurant every night.
The pool and the pool side seats and umbrellas were perfection.
Our excursions and drivers were great. They took us all over the island and shared a lot about life on the island.
Finally, the service was out of this world! They didn’t let us lift a finger. Lee made us the most delicious drinks. Sabby and Nella waited on us for so many meals and they were a pure joy. I wish we could be real life friends! We also adored Ali, what a sweetheart!
I thought the reviews sounded too good to be true but they are! Thank you Serenity for true Serenity! Each day we stayed, the worries of the world melted away further into the distance.
