My recent stay at Jade Mountain in St. Lucia was nothing short of extraordinary, and the exceptional service provided by Tony, the concierge, truly elevated the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, Tony went above and beyond to ensure our visit was seamless and unforgettable.
He greeted us warmly with a genuine smile and immediately made us feel at home. Tony’s knowledge of the resort and the island was incredible—he seemed to anticipate our needs before we even expressed them. Whether it was arranging breathtaking excursions, recommending the perfect dining options, or coordinating a sunset celebration, Tony’s attention to detail was impeccable.
What impressed me most was his ability to make every interaction personal and meaningful. He remembered our preferences, checked in with us daily, and went out of his way to create magical moments, like surprising us with a private candlelit dinner overlooking the Pitons.
Tony is the embodiment of world-class service. His professionalism, warmth, and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable asset to Jade Mountain. Because of him, this was not just a vacation—it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Thank you, Tony, for making our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

Jade Mountain is a must for any couple looking for the ultimate luxury getaway!!! My husband and I came here 13 years ago for our honeymoon and this time to celebrate my birthday and their level of service did not disappoint. The food and drink was bar none, the beaches and activities were out of this world and you cannot beat the view from your room. Everyone who works there from the Major Domo to the gentleman (Daniel?) that showed us how to paddle board were very accommodating. Shout out to the manager Nadia who went out of her way to make our stay extra special. We will definitely be back!!!

Anyone who is thinking about coming to Jade Mountain should read this. The road to get here for the last 1½miles or so is a wreck, and I was told that it's because the beaches are open access to all that come. The road is kept like that to keep the beach population to a minimum. Plan on climbing a ton of stairs. The butlers do say to call them, and they will come get you. The place is well staffed, and everyone is exceptionally hospitable. The food is good, better than most places in the Caribbean. The beaches are beautiful, but be aware that the black sand is dangerously hot. Beach service is excellent. The resort is well taken care of but slightly dated. The rooms are large and open on one end with no windows or netting. Birds routinely fly in and out. There are no Tv's or AC. It's steady high 80's during the day with low 80's at night. There is a mosquito net surrounding the bed that is adequate. The wifi is sufficient. We did not go on any excursions other than the other beach on the property. The snorkeling is good on site. Overall, it was a very nice place.

My husband and I visited Jade Mountain for our 10 year anniversary. This was the most amazing vacation ever. The location was unlike anything we had ever experienced. The room was literally nestled in the side of a mountain with only three walls, the fourth just opened to the beauty of St. Lucia. There are no words that could ever give it justice. The service was the best we have ever experienced. Unequaled. It felt so genuine and heart felt. They made you feel not only welcomed but truly like family. Like they were happy to see us and I truly feel that they were 😉 This is absolutely a bucket list trip. We can’t wait to take our family back with us.
Oh!! One last thing that was also unexpected and cannot go without mention. THE TALENT!! If I figure out how to upload video and I can still find the videos I took… I will upload them here. The talent at the resort was the absolute best singers I have ever heard. We were completely blown away. It’s amazing how you listen to famous recording artists then go to a tiny island resort and listen to singers that have you in tears and complete awe. Thank you to everyone who made this such an amazing experience for us. It has been many years and we have been many places since…. and we are still talking about all of you 🥰

We love to go there for cocktails. The Celestrial Terrace is to die for with the view of the Pitons. You have to call and book ahead of time and be approved, so book early. The service from the entire team is great, but 1 particular person stands out. Parker, you truly know what service is all about. A must do in St. Lucia. One of the best highlights of our trip every time we go.
