This was the best all-inclusive resort my wife and I have ever been to nestled in such a luscious tropical area of Saint Lucia! The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff was terrific to ensure you were comfortable and relaxed. The food and drinks were healthy and delicious, with different themes each day representing a variety of options.
There are many physical activities that you can attend, ranging from water sports to fitness classes. Make sure to read the daily schedule to plan your agenda accordingly as not all options are available daily. Lastly, be aware it takes about 1.5 hours (without traffic) from the airport, so make the most out of your stay. My wife and I hope to visit again in the future!

We had a wonderful time at BodyHoliday. The beach was beautiful, the food was delicious, there were lots of fun activities to do, the staff was kind and accommodating, and the massages were so lovely.
After one day, my husband was saying that this was his favorite vacation ever!

Sooooo many included activities that change everyday, amazing facials and massages, beautiful beaches. Hands downy all time favourite resort and I’ve been to countless resorts. You won’t regret it. I can’t stop talking about how amazing my time was. The staff is amazing, you’ll love getting a class from my favourite yogi Maya or a personal training session from
Felix. They have so many incredible professionals teaching things they’re so passionate about, you can’t go wrong.

The resort has lots of exercise classes, water sports activities , free booze cruise, & spa treatments. So for the price it’s reasonable. However you get what you pay for..food quality is ok, mixed drinks are subpar (wine/beer basically fine) rooms feel outdated and treatments have a “fast food” in and out feel to them. If you have any concerns, the response from management may be limited.. ie I sent a note (by request) to the GM to clarify a situation she was made aware of but received no response. So not sure how complaints in general would be handled. Overall, it was basically an Ok stay.

One of the best holidays I've had in awhile.
The food and service was fantastic as well as the activities. I feel very rejuvenated. The rooms are clean but no wow factor.
We will definitely be returning.
