The staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating to our needs. My daughter celebrated her birthday while we were there and the restaurant staff they made her birthday feel so special, they had decorated a special table with a Birthday Banner and tea lights shaped like a crown (they knew probably that she was our little princess), and though I believe they do this for other guests, just the thought that they put into it made this whole experience even better. Me and my wife have been coming to bay gardens hotel over the years due to Covid we didn’t come for a few years. We visited in May 2025 and the welcome and experience we had was exceptional. The staff always welcoming and welcomed us back with a warm embrace. Nothing was to much for them to do for us. If you’ve never visited Bay gardens hotel try and make it onto your bucket list of places to visit. St Lucia is PARADISE. 😀😀 Also exceptional Maureen in the restaurant was adorable. She made a point of remembering my first name when I came down to breakfast the following morning which was touching 😀

I actually stayed at the Bay Gardens Inn. Comfortable rooms although they could use a bit of maintenance (bit of paint here and there). Great location. Phenomenal staff. The stay includes access to all of the Bay Gardens property amenities like the water park etc. Overall great value for money.

The customer service at this hotel was very poor. Giving two stars instead of one because many of the workers were very nice and the facilities, food, and location weren't so bad. The rooms and furniture around the hotel and resort were a little dated, but decent. The real problem is very few of the staff members were helpful at all, with a complete inability to answer any questions we had. Many times there was nobody at the towel station or we were told no towels or no open chairs at the beach, and when we asked when lunch started at 1:10 pm, they told us it started at 12:30 pm but they were running late so it wasn't ready and couldn't give us a time that it would start. The menus apparently didn't have everything you could order as we saw people with different food, and some staff said you needed reservations for dinner and some didn't and we never actually had to make one which was weird since we were told the first night that we would need to. With the all-inclusive package, staff were contradictory and sometimes made you still sign a bill and others acted confused when I asked if we needed to. The food itself was pretty good, but the service was extremely slow. The same was true for the bartenders at both the resort and hotel in general. They were nice, but sometimes you got the wrong drink, or it would take super long. The place was just very confusing and inconsistent all around with the shuttle between properties sometimes being early or up to 20 minutes late. It seems like they could benefit from just more training and consistency because I think the workers were nice. For an all-inclusive experience that costs a lot of money, we expected much better and more professional service. Overall we had a great time in Saint Lucia, but the experience here and level of service really didn't match up to the beauty of the island and other people we met for taxis services and excursions.

We’ve just done 5 nights through BA holidays at Coco Palm - we had a superb time. In the heart of Rodney Bay with the beach a 5 minute walk away and the Marina 25 minutes walk, the mall / shops literally a stones throw. We had a swim up room which was huge, really comfortable, well maintained and clean. What really stood out here was the friendliness of the staff and the food. We were all inclusive and said from the start that we’d go out maybe 2/3 of the evenings. There was no point as the food was so good, varied menu and decent service. Decent breakfast too. The pool area is a decent size - we had no issues finding beds both in the sun / shade. All in all a very positive stay and we will return again. Big shout out to Rakeem and Bryan at the bar.

Amazing place with a welcoming atmosphere and incredibly friendly, helpful staff. A truly enjoyable experience overall. The room was a bit dated, which is why I took off one star, but it didn’t take away from how great the stay was.

This hotel is paradise on earth. I cannot overstate what a wonderful experience we had during a 10 day stay at Coco Palm Resort. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone. Reception staff are welcoming , friendly and courteous. Serving staff are wonderful. Bar staff are great and cleaning staff are efficient and responsive. The food served in the restaurant is exceptional. Tasty, wholesome and plentiful. The pool area is fabulous. Great area to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The gym is air conditioned and kitted out with a range of fitness equipment. The rooms on offer include swim ups, garden rooms , garden view rooms and pool view rooms. The location of the hotel is superb for access to the local beaches and also the local town. They are literally a short walk away. I cannot recommend this resort more highly. Superb, relaxing and welcoming.

My husband Allan and I spent 15 nights at Coco Palm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort itself might not have a 5 star rating, but the people working here should. When we first arrived, we were greeted by Vincent (Duty Manager) who was quick to make us feel welcome. Check in was effortless, with no surprises. The front desk employees were sweet, greeting us every morning and throughout the day. Special mention to Carleen, who was always so busy, but took time out to help you with whatever you needed. The hotel, grounds, pool and rooms were spotless thanks to the caretakers. Our chamber maid Yasmin was very accommodating and efficient. The buffet breakfast surprised us with its quality and diversity. We had several meals in the open air dining, which we very much enjoyed. The dining room and bar staff were spot on! My wife and I stayed at the Harbor Club (Hilton Curio Collection) in Saint Lucia for our 20th wedding anniversary, and I can confidently say this was the pinnacle of all our Hilton experiences—even surpassing our stays at high-end Conrads and other premium Hilton properties. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Every aspect of the stay—from the exquisite food, serene pools, luxurious spa, efficient transportation, to the immaculate housekeeping—was world-class. A special thank you to the phenomenal staff who made our stay unforgettable: Donna Lansiquot at the spa – a true professional who set the tone for relaxation. Candia in housekeeping – kept everything pristine and always greeted us warmly. MacGarvey & Kwasi – who took care of us poolside with great food and drinks. Seriux, Jewell, and Aliyah from concierge – always helpful and thoughtful in planning our experiences. Givane – our amazing waitress at the rooftop restaurant. Darwain, our driver – courteous, punctual, and friendly. We left with full hearts and lasting memories. I highly recommend Harbor Club to anyone looking for an unforgettable, luxurious Caribbean experience. Five stars aren't enough!

The staff members at this hotel were incredible - so friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived for our wedding. The pool and swim-up bar were amazing, and the staff member who took care of us while we rented out all the cabanas was outstanding. They made sure we had everything we needed to make our special day perfect. Beyond the great service and amenities, the overall beauty of the hotel and the whole country is truly 5-star worthy. We feel so lucky to have celebrated our wedding here and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

I’m gonna miss this place, my first time in st Lucia but certainly not the last. I had a really great time here.. what an amazing hotel, what an amazing staff.. so many people contributed to our wonderful experience I can’t thank them enough.. where do I begin?? The bartender at the pool Nahum thanks my brother, McGarvey and Kwesi who worked at the pool side, Enda, Rosemary,Alice, Marcellus,Shernicka, nicole, Meyer,Jolie, Tye, Shakira, Cindy and Kermelyn at the restaurant. John and Shane at the front lobby, Ali at concierge, Everlive at the bar. And last but not least Lise who cleaned our room.. there were so many others but these are the few people that I remember. I was too tired to make it out for Friday night street party, I’ll be back in the future at this same hotel and hopefully this same staff will be here to greet me upon my return thanks again for a memorable vacation

Had a very relaxing and enjoyable 3 nights at Harbour Club. The staff were above and beyond great people. Our room was excellent and made use of our swim out terrace and would highly recommend. I was disappointed that there was no shuttle to the beach as I had read on their website there was a daily shuttle. There was a good selection of eateries at the hotel.

I feel that reviews are subject to the type of person. I prefer to stay at a Ritz Carlton or the Viceroy property. The people at the front desk are very nice. The beach is nice and clean. The water park was fun. The cost of the water park was included in the hotel fees. The actual property is bad. Out dated. Needs major repair. Bathroom toilet seat was broken. I was hoping the cleaning lady would notice the issue. Did not. Had to step up into a shower. Not comfortable. The restaurants breakfast buffet was gross. Missing food. Lacked people. There was no service at the beach. No one coming around which you typically see at a resort. The gym was outdated. Some people who did stay at the property were older.

Absolutely the Worst Customer Service I’ve Ever Experienced I travel every two weeks and stay in different hotels across various countries and regions. I’ve seen it all—or so I thought. But I have never experienced something as unprofessional and frustrating as this. I booked a stay at this property and needed to make a change to the dates. I attempted to do so within 24 hours of booking—well within a reasonable time frame. I called multiple times, at different hours, over several days. Not once did anyone answer the phone. No callbacks, no email responses, no communication whatsoever. Completely unacceptable. I even made a fair offer regarding the reservation to try to resolve things amicably—still nothing. The complete lack of interest in helping guests is truly shocking. For a business in the hospitality industry, this is beyond disappointing. If you value your time, your money, and your sanity—stay far away from this place. Terrible service. Nonexistent communication. Easily the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

My husband and I stayed here and the service was HORRIBLE!!!! I have a lot of dietary restrictions and the restaurant staff treated my husband and me terrible. For all the money we spent for this place, we didn’t deserve to be treated that way. Every time I went to the restaurant, I had to request that they made changes to the dish and they would roll their eyes and give us an attitude. We even went to buy pancakes, so they could make gluten free pancakes and it still pissed them off, making rude comments like my husband “ was security” because he kept watching them to make sure they do it right because they would let it burn. I stopped eating at the restaurant and chose to go to the downtown to eat where they treated me better and could accommodate me. They have horrible customer service, lack of empathy and no sense of urgency. I’d say that the managers were great- they tried to make up for the lack of customer service but this review is to ensure that future customers with dietary restrictions can hopefully have. A better experience and management take the correct actions to hire staff that genuinely wants to be there. The staff looked miserable every single day. Even other people staying there at the time noticed how nasty they were. They were very nice and everyone in the front desk and the one who helps you plan for the excursions. The housekeeping is awful too. They wouldn’t go to your room everyday even if you requested it. Trying to get a towel took them like two days. It was just a disaster. The biggest perk of this hotel is the beach, which is amazing!! Also it’s close to the downtown ( maybe like 15-20 min walk) and there’s also a shuttle you can take.

Fantastic family vacation location! Seriously. Kids Club with various activities and you can drop older kids off and pick them up for lunch or after afternoon activities. Amazing views and Splash Island water obstacle course was a blast! We did all-inclusive and kids ate free. Good, but slow (Island style) service. Rooms are a bit dated, but do the job. Don’t expect the Ritz, but it is an amazing, relaxed vibe and incredible views. We absolutely loved Bay Gardens Beach and St. Lucia. Definitely recommend!

I loved this hotel. This is everything I was looking for- barefoot all the time, in a bathing suit all the time, lots of privacy. The beach is beautiful and well maintained, the pool is great. Anyone with reviews that you have to walk to the bar to get a drink is very very lazy. It’s extremely close to the bar. And never waited more than 2 minutes to order a drink, I’ve waited much longer to get a drink delivered at other hotels. The gym was much better than we had anticipated and it was never in use. Our room was perfect. We had a one bedroom suite with kitchen and two bathrooms and balcony. It was clean and fully stocked and the balcony view was great. Our friends had rooms in the side of the hotel looking at the construction which was not so great. To me, I think it’s nice there’s different price points at the hotel for rooms. That made our group trip affordable. Two things in these other reviews are true and are why I knocked a star off: 1) there’s not enough food at this hotel. Meals are served at odd intervals and there are no snacks anywhere in between. You have to leave the hotel. For example, from 11-1 on Sunday there was no food anywhere. We did not do the all inclusive so we weren’t mad, just inconvenienced. We did eat at the hotel one night and found it delicious but very slow. 2) a lot of people use this hotel who are not staying at the hotel. This means that getting a chair on the beach or the pool can be challenging. For us, this didn’t bother us much as we got up early and dropped a towel on the chair. However, it was a consideration when waking so I can understand the frustration of some that access is inequitable. All in all would definitely go back

We spent 5 days. Overall pleasant but it lacked the premium for the money we spent. also, there may be better options in St Lucia. They missed our travel plans and thought we would leave in 2 days, then locked us out at the stroke of the hour on check out day. Said known system glitch. Felt somewhat unwelcome. The apartment is nice with kitchen and all that you need to cook and eat. The staff are friendly. Overall, good but could have been better. I felt the wholesome experience lacked a cherry to top. There was nothing that made us feel special about the stay.

This resort is absolutely beautiful. The people are amazing. This is definitely a laid back vibe, not really a party atmosphere. The room was a 2 bedroom villa and probably the nicest we have stayed at. I was hoping for bigger pools with a swim up bar. There are only 3 restaurants, I was hoping for more. They serve the same food everyday which gets old, I wish they would mix it up. We ventured out for more of a variety. Always felt safe. Its also very expensive to travel in St. Lucia via taxi. Thank you landings for the stay!

I will first start out with I am particular, but also just go ahead and book the trip because you won’t regret it. I researched this trip thoroughly as I do all of our trips, especially as a family of five. I picked The Landings because it seemed like the most luxury resort for families with an all-inclusive plan, the perfect room for us and trust me when I say they did not disappoint. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and incredibly kind. We’ve gone to several islands and I will say the St. Lucian people are the nicest (besides the employees/manager at the Cap 5 min away.) We did the three bedroom marina view Villa and I was hesitant. I love to have an ocean view/Beach view, but that was all they had available. Honestly, I would do the room again. The view was still so gorgeous and we had the hot tub on the deck that was utilized every single day. Also, we had three bedrooms and four bathrooms, along with the kitchen, living room, laundry and two dining areas- what more do you need? The drinks were also very good which that can be a problem at some resorts, also the coffee, so good!!! (Stellar I miss you) I’m trying to re-create my iced lattes and they’re just not the same!!! I also still crave the breakfast! My kids loved the pasta bar, and the fresh fish and rice and veggies fresh and yummy! Another important factor, the beach! You never have to wake up early to get beach chairs! How incredible is that? The beach is so nice, the water is so gorgeous and calm and clear. It is absolutely perfect for kids of all ages which is a huge deal! They also offer water toys and even tubing which I thought was really cool because I felt comfortable with my kids going tubing in the ocean which normally I’m not. If you’re on the fence about booking, just go ahead and do it you will not regret it! Even the head supervisors and managers would come in and check in on us and chat with us, it was truly just a wonderful experience and we all didn’t want to leave! The only thing to consider is how far you are from the airport, but you can arrange transportation and I highly suggest doing the VIP fast track and also the departure lounge so you can skip all the lines. A boat day is also a must! Feel free to email the resort with any questions before your arrival, there are also super quick to respond, which was really nice!

From the moment we arrived, our stay at The Landings Resort and Spa in St. Lucia was nothing short of perfection. This is truly a five-star experience in every sense of the word, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff are absolutely incredible – genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready with a smile. From the front desk to the beach attendants, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. A special shout-out to the manager and director; their leadership clearly fosters an environment of excellence and professionalism that permeates the entire resort. Any request, no matter how small, was handled with efficiency and grace, making us feel truly valued guests. And the food! Oh, the food! Each meal was a culinary delight. The variety of options, the freshness of the ingredients, and the expert preparation meant that every dish was a memorable experience. Whether it was a casual lunch by the pool or a romantic dinner overlooking the ocean, the quality and presentation were consistently outstanding. The atmosphere of the resort is simply breathtaking. The lush, manicured grounds, the pristine private beach, and the elegant, spacious accommodations create an immediate sense of tranquility and luxury. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our morning coffee on our private balcony. Every detail, from the decor to the lighting, contributes to an ambiance of sophisticated relaxation. Beyond the key highlights, the "etc." truly adds to the charm of The Landings. The spa services were heavenly, the activities offered were engaging, and the attention to detail throughout the property was impeccable. If you're dreaming of a luxurious, rejuvenating, and absolutely flawless getaway, look no further than The Landings Resort and Spa. It's a slice of paradise with a team that makes it shine even brighter. We're already planning our return!

We just got back from our vacation to lovely St. LUCIA. We will never forget this vacation. First, the accommodations were exactly as seen in pictures. The rooms are spacious, the plunge pool is a wonderful addition and we were able to have plenty of room to relax and unpack for our weeks stay. The beaches on site were amazing, clean and breathtaking. I will never forget those views!! We never had a problem with being able to get towels or chairs and the water activities they have for people of all ages are easily assessable. Shane was the most helpful to our entire family, even teaching my husband to sail. He made the days at the beach so fun filled for my children and always did it with a smile on his face! The water....simple the best. Cool, beautiful, clear, refreshing and with snorkeling gear readily available, it was fun exploring the ocean. My son found 2 real conch shells. We did go during the rainy season, however the rain typically would come and then pass by very quickly. We took adventures to the Rain Forrest, did the zip lining and tram ride though the Rain Forrest which was amazing and very knowledgeable. We also took a day and did a boat ride on the Knotty Girl and let me tell you, those guys know how to have fun and still get you to see all the sights, take all your pictures for you, and move you around to make sure you see all the sights. The snorkeling at Sugar Beach was awesome the mud baths were relaxing and such a fun experience for us all. The waterfall and volcano were definitely sites to seen but the very best is that these guys knew how to make it all run so smoothly and the show us all the best views up close on the ride down to Soufriere and back to our resort. We are so thankful we took this tour. Lastly, what we will be taking away from our vacation more than anything, is how very welcomed we felt from the moment we got to the resort. EVERYONE was so hospitable, kind, helpful, friendly and were always willing to offer advice on anything we had questions about. Miguel, Keeldani, and Nicholas (aka Big Daddy) were the best of the best bartenders. Not only did they make amazing drinks, but they talked with us, wanted to get to know us as much as we wanted to know them. They told us stories about this beautiful island and shared tips on what we should definitely try to see and do. We looked forward to happy hour just to be able to chat with these guys! We walked away with friends from this trip. The staff at the restaurants were always smiling and helpful. They wanted to make sure you had everything you needed. While all staff were amazing Flavia, Alica, Arlene and Chevelle really stood out and always greated us warmly and by name. We got to know Chevelle the best and I will tell you, she is like family now. She always spoke to my children was genuinely interested in what they did and explored each day. She made sure to find us at meals, even if we were not in her section just to check in and see how everything was going. This young lady has the warmest smile with an even kinder heart and we will never forget her. You helpful, professional and fun loving staff made our trip better than we could have hoped for!
