Our stay at this hotel in St. Lucia was simply fantastic! We booked a king suite with a pool view, complete with a kitchen and living room, making it feel like a cozy home away from home. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always friendly and attentive. The location is great—just a short walk to the hotel’s private beach area, where chairs and umbrellas are set up and ready for guests. Room cleaning and fresh towels are provided daily, keeping everything fresh. They also have a waterpark that kids, and adults, can enjoy! Plus, there are several nearby restaurants to indulge in, and it’s less than 10 minutes from a grocery store and other amenities, which was super convenient. Don’t miss the bar’s twice-a-day happy hour (buy 1, get 1 free). Though this hotel is about a 1.5-hour drive from Hewanorra International Airport, the comfort and amenities made it well worth it. Highly recommend!

This location does not have elevators. So, if you have any issues walking upstairs or have heavy luggage hope you get a ground floor room. Also, the hallway floors are tiles so slippery when wet. It rained while we were there and the entrance to our building had so much water, we had to use a different entrance, so we don't walk through the dirty water or fall. We did not have a good experience at this hotel. We choose not to do anything at the hotel due to the bad experience. For the eight nights we stayed, there was only two nights of entertainment. They had a limbo dance group and a DJ and the other night karaoke. Also, depend on the room you are in your level of cable is different. Our first room we got about 20 channels the second room had over 100 channels. I am guessing the extra channels are part of where you're all-inclusive or not.

Nice place, decent rooms though not special, food is good, drinks are decent enough. They do male good use of tourist pricing. Service is a little erratic, slow at times, some staff don't look hard for work, but all very polite.
Good that it is in partnership with the 3 hotels;we were in the Inn. Fine quieter but with less facilities. Useful bus link from the hotel to the beach.
Would not like to see what happens in peak season. We were in low.
I should point out that Helena was a fantastic example of how hotels should be staffed.

Seems like a great resort but they market it falsely for the summer of 2024. If you are on the right side of the resort for the garden rooms, you are looking at a concrete jungle. No one on the staff informed my family when we called to plan our stay, acting as if the gardens were still there. There is an active construction site ~20 ft away from the balcony that ruins the trip with their gas saws and other equipment blasting away. I am hoping they can accommodate us better and will provide an update at a later date.

The hotel is on a great beach with beautiful water. Location to nearby restaurants are walkable. Rooms and resort are clean. Housekeeping staff, front desk, restaurant and bar are friendly and accommodating. The one downside is the food. Many buffets, lunch menu never changes neither does breakfast. Unfortunately the food quality is not good. Would definitely eat elsewhere. This is our second visit and food was a little better 6 years ago. We travel extensively for over 25 years and love St Lucia. Would not pay for the meal plan again. Enjoyed all the nearby restaurants. This was our 9th visit to St. Lucia.
