4 Star Hua Hin and Cha Am Holidays

Nice hotel located conveniently right next to the beach in Cha-Am. Might not be the newest or flashiest hotel, but still had a pleasant stay. My wife booked a ground floor room with private pool access which was perfect for our needs. Room has cozy decor with comfortable bed and large television. Hotel has car parking, restaurant/breakfast facilities, as well as sauna room and children's play room.

Fantastic hotel with a great staff and facilities! This hotel might appear a little dated and run down, but everything works great, the staff are friendly, fun, and efficient, and it is quiet. I liked staying here and I would stay there again! And: there are rooms that connect directly to the pool!

Stayed at this lovely hotel for 1 week everything about this place was wonderful, rooms large and spacious with a large balcony where we could eat and relax. The bathroom and shower was spacious and powerful shower. The cleaner was wonderful and kept our room always beautiful. The restaurant staff were so nice and provided us with a good buffet breakfast every morning with traditional Thai food and western breakfast or both! The pool was long great for swimming laps and often not busy so lots of morning swims in an empty pool. The sea is literally across the road so swimming there is also an option. There was nothing we could fault about this hotel, the staff were wonderful, the hotel was very peaceful and all the lovely details of plants and decorations made it a perfect place to stay, unwind and relax, we did not want to leave!

Stay at this property from 11/11 to 19/11/2023. Room is large and clean, A/C + shower are good, wifi is strong. Gardening and all its features are bright, beautiful and look so attractive to guests, swimming pool is large with crystal clear water, hard to find a dirty spot around. Breakfast is no fancy, Thai's foods is the main stream + a small section of western's foods, more varieties provided from Thursday to Sunday. Good enough to keep energetic till lunch. This property was managed by a General manger, mangers and supervisor in all areas, with the outstanding skill in maintaining the high standard of Furama Sandara Cha Am. We enjoyed the hospitality provided from all staffs in all departments, especially thanks to Khun Noi, Khun Nina and Front desk team. We hope we will revisit Furama Sandara Cha Am in the near future.

Visited this hotel recently for an overnight stay. It’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but it’s anything but. Parking is a very big problem here. The staff who assist you to park are not pleasant. I went to the reception to check in. I do not understand Thai, but enough to know that the staff were not professional and were talking about me. The room was old and tired. The furniture damaged with scrapes and chips. Breakfast was a terrible experience and very stressful. You are given a choice of the times you can eat. On arriving at the time I requested, there was no tables available. So it meant standing around waiting on others to finish. Eventually a table became available. Then it was self service breakfast and a fight with other residents to get food. It was horrible and the food was not much better. I paid good money for this hotel and cannot possibly recommend as it’s a basic 2 star hotel. I would not pay over 1000 thb for a room again.

I was truly impressed by the exceptional service at this hotel. The staff were not only attentive and caring but also genuinely warm and welcoming, with smiles all around—even from the parking attendants. We made a few requests during our stay, and the hotel handled everything seamlessly, ensuring we were well taken care of. Although the property isn’t directly on the beach, it’s only a short walk away, making it easily accessible. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the room itself was spacious, spotless, and wonderfully quiet. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to the day. An absolute beautiful resort. Came here for a 10 day vacation with my friend and we were welcomed like family. Every single staff member was friendly and helpful. Always accommodating to guest and going out of their way to make you feel relaxed. The room was beautiful and clean. Market food areas near by and always greeted by the locals. Spa services was amazing again friendly therapist and always taking care of you. Will defiantly be coming back to this resort in the future.

Very good placement of the resort, 70m from the beach and near local shops and massage parlors. Service gets 4 starts only because of some forgetfulness of breakfast orders and because of some miscommunication between different receptionists. Other than that, it’s was a nice and friendly atmosphere where you feel accommodated and welcome everywhere and with really nice staff. The room as well was nice and the air conditioner was perfect. You have clean towels as often as you’d like and a nice mini bar with unlimited water. Would definitely record Loligo for your stay in Hua Hin!

Great hotel. Very small and friendly. There is about a 10minute walk from the hotel to a shop, down a very dark road. Nightlife is non existent around by the hotel, by 6pm, the hotel bar closes and there is no form of entertainment, unless you get a taxi to somewhere lively, or make your own entertainment. Staff are very friendly and helpful, such is the way in thailand. I will visit again!

My 1st time stay this hotel and I really fell in love with here! The room is clean and big! All staff are really friendly. They provide great service with big smile! The breakfast is not much choice but the food is nice and fresh!

Had a splendid time here. One thing to note is that the hotel is not next to the beach. The service was good. The room was clean and comfy. The air conditioning here was quite cold but I like it. The atmosphere here is very good. They might not have as much activity as other hotels but there are table tennis and volleyball net.

Kids friendly hotel. My 5 years-old son loved going to the kids club in the morning and enjoying the swimming pool in the afternoon. Breakfast buffet has variety of food choices, egg station, bakery, salads, asian food and more. Loved the Thai noodle soup station. We stayed here 2 times in a Deluxe mountain view room and it was perfect for a family of three. Bed is comfortable. The swimming pool is large and has enough sun-chairs. There is a pool bar with happy hours during 2-4 p.m. The hotel is conveniently located. 3 minutes walk to the Tamarind market and Cicada market. There are several massages, restaurants, salon and wash & dry shop opposite to the hotel.

Amari Hua Hin is truly a fantastic choice for families! From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the staff made us feel at home right away. They were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to ensuring everything was perfect for our little one. The family room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxed stay. It was a cozy, peaceful retreat after a day full of activities. The room itself was spotlessly clean, with a soft, inviting bed and thoughtful details like plenty of space for the kids to play. Our toddler had a great time exploring the room! The calm, neutral tones of the decor made the atmosphere feel soothing—perfect for winding down after a day of fun. Plus, the amenities were top-notch, and we appreciated the attention to detail, such as the well-thought-out family-friendly layout. One of the highlights for us was the pool area. It was simply beautiful, with plenty of sun loungers and shady spots for relaxing, but most importantly, the pool was very child-friendly. Our little one absolutely loved swimming with his floaties while we enjoyed the sunny weather. The pool staff were attentive, making sure everyone was safe and having a good time. The ambiance was lively yet calm, making it the ideal place for families to unwind. What also made our stay special was the overall vibe of the resort. It’s clear that the staff take great care in making families feel welcome. They were always smiling, ready to assist, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality truly added to the experience. All in all, Amari Hua Hin is an excellent choice for families looking for a mix of relaxation and fun. We had such a memorable stay and can’t wait to come back for another family getaway. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the hotel for two nights over the weekend, of course we have stayed at this hotel several times before when it was a new hotel, but this time due to the fact that the Radisson hotel had changed, they were much different than before. The names of Mrs. Beverley and Sophia and they treated us very friendly and warm. And this was very pleasant for me because they cooperated with us in choosing the room and reception in the utmost calm and patience and very friendly. I wanted to thank the new management here and let you know that everything was great.

I had high expectations for this renowned hotel, but my stay was quite disappointing. The breakfast was of poor quality with minimal choices and tasteless food. The kids’ club, although spacious, requires an additional fee to use each activity or machine, which feels excessive given the room rates. The location is quite remote, making it difficult to access any nearby attractions or restaurants. The food at the hotel was the worst I’ve experienced, like really really bad, with extremely high prices that don’t match the quality. Additionally, there is no beach access, which was a major disappointment for a coastal property. To make matters worse, the outdoor parking garage has no shade, leaving the car exposed to the elements all day. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially considering the price.

was at the radisson resort here 7-8 years ago. Back then it was luxury. This hotel is completely different hotel, in different locstion, much older and outdated. The room was not clean upon arrival. Had to change so that the stay was only one night. BEVERLY should be praised for doing her very best to make you happy! She is incredibly service-minded and friendly and deserves all the praise

One of the best resorts to visit with small kids. Has multiple engagement areas including a full fledged play zone for both toddlers and young kids, movie hall, gaming zones, ice cream parlor and more. Only challenge is that vegetarian options are very very limited. Also the place is about 25 mins away from the main city limiting the accessibility to Cafés and market.

The Radisson brand is not doing itself any favours with this propoerty. The rooms are old and urgently need a renovation (for example the A/C control unit is about 30 years old). We had to get rid of a cockroach in the morning. As we arrived, there were 7 staff at the reception but nobody was there to take our luggage. We used the pool in the morning only to find out that there are several tiles missing and you could hurt your feet if you are not careful. As for the location, it is quite isolated and the road to get there is full of holes - we almost wished we had an offroad car to get there. There are few positive aspects to mention: We ate a delicious burger in the evening at the beach restaurant and the lobby area is very spacious and inviting. You can find a few good picture spots on the lawn going to the beach. They try to attract families with bikes for rent, slides and games area. They also had ice-cream on offer who has seen better days. We did not dare to try some. They had an open-air cinema in the evening - too bad the speaker was not working... To be fair, we stayed there during low season, so the hotel was pretty much empty except for a local company holding some kind of meeting on the day we stayed there.

I feel regret my decision, the price is not worth the room like 9,000 THB per room for the sea side however the view still not worth it. The location is close to the sea but the wind and facilities look old. The cleanliness is good. I think the overall design is old and very small resort. The price is too high

We had a wonderful week at Putahracsa Hua Hin with my family. The service was friendly and attentive, and the staff made us feel truly welcome. The breakfast was delicious, the room was beautiful, and everything ran perfectly. The hotel is ideal for relaxing by the pools and exploring the city. While the hotel’s beach is not very large, it still offers the option to swim in the sea. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday!

I had a nice seven-day stay here at the sand side. The room was spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. They gave me plenty of water and some stuff in the mini fridge were free. the cleaning crew seemed busy and understaffed. The pool looked nice. It was great for most of the stay until some loud family came to stay and there was a lot of shouting. The breakfast daily was really great. A lot of variety of Thai and western food, including an egg bar and a noodle station. The spa prices were a little high for my taste, so I didn't try onsite services. I would definitely stay again.

My wife and I had the credit card points to use for a few nights of luxury while backpacking Thailand, and we ended up deciding on the Hilton Hua Hin. This was an amazing decision! It was both of our favorite hotel stay of our life. We stayed in a premium room, and it was super spacious and comfortable. When we mentioned being warm, the staff assisted us by adjusting the AC settings and we were a prefect temperature the rest of our stay. The shower was spacious and cozy, it was really hard to get out. Our balcony room was beautiful, it was really hard to not be out there all the time. We really enjoyed the pool and the hotel grounds. We appreciate that it was not a very large area as it was easy to find everything we needed and there wasn’t any unnecessary space. This isn’t a huge resort and we really like that. There also is a beach access right past the pool. The location was great. We ate at the resort for some of our meals (and everywhere was delicious), but if you want cheaper food off the resort there are many restaurants within a 10 minute walk in all directions. Last but not least, the thing that most made our stay was the hospitality of the staff. From reception to housekeeping to restaurant employees to pool staff to security to concierge, everyone was so lovely and always has a big smile on their face. We felt very welcome throughout our entire stay. We will be back one day.

It is certainly a big business and occasionally a few things fall through the cracks. As a businessman I understand running a company of this size and staffing has many issues and staff training is paramount. Location is great and its a sunrise view hotel. There are bars and restaurants throughout and across the road from the hotel. Its central and so go for a walk and have a look. The rooms are spacious and have everything including a balcony. The beds are amazing with top covers that make for a very soft laying experience, amazingly big soft pillows too. There is parking available and room service. I had a steak to room service and it was very good. The M floor Executive floor has happy hour for several things like breakfast afternoon tea and limited cocktails later in the day. In the lobby there is breakfast buffet. This was good and many varied styles to choose from. Thai, USA, Chinese, breads pastries, drinks and loads of coffee styles. All round a good nice relaxing few days. Unfortunately as I was working for Thai888 Foundation I did not get a chance to enjoy any amenities, perhaps next time. Thank you.

I don't often write reviews, but when something is exceptional, it becomes important to let the world know. This was the case at the Hilton Hua Hin Resort and Spa. Even before our arrival, the exceptional service began. I received an email of welcome asking if we had any requests. I mentioned an early check-in, a high floor, and an upgrade if possible. I received an immediate response indicating my request would be met if at all possible. We didn't need the early check in, but were surprised with a beautiful upgraded room on the 14th floor. I was traveling with my brother, and the new room had a king bed instead of two twins. The hotel staff immediately understood and had a second bed brought to the room. We were thrilled with the room, the hotel service, the executive lounge, and delicious breakfast. We had two days of bliss and on the third day, an incident occurred that could have ruined our stay. I had a mishap on the pool slide and was clearly injured. My brother and hotel staff immediately began caring for me. Hotel staff made a sling and encouraged me to go to the hospital. Once I agreed, they arranged for immediate transport to the local hospital. Turns out I broke my clavicle. Upon return to the hotel, I was welcomed with genuine concern and sincere care. They next three days were filled with many kindnesses. EVERYONE at the hotel was amazing. When I called for ice to be delivered, a bucket was immediately brought up, including a fruit plate and a get well card. Every employee, from reception, to executive lounge, to security, to restaurant, to pool....everyone was helpful, kind and caring. This treatment made the injury tolerable and kept my spirits high. I cannot say enough about the lovely stay we had at this property. I left feeling as if I had family/ friends at the Hilton. I look forward to coming back some day. Beautiful hotel! Rooms are spacious and neat, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. All the people around are super friendly and ready to help. Pool bar when you can order without leaving the pool is just what you need at the resort. Direct access to the Gulf of Thailand and plenty of cute little restaurants around. Paradise on earth!

Noisy renovations still ongoing, pool area sounds like a building site, especially with the view of the closed off rooms and restaurant. They were originally scheduled to end sometime November. When we booked 2 weeks ago, we were assured they’d be completed by December 20th, now they’re aiming for January 15th. Two lower floors are still being renovated, plus the main restaurant. The drilling is currently incredibly noisy at the pool - even on a very windy day. It’ll be nice once completed. We cancelled our stay after 1 night with a refund for the remaining nights as with the extended renovations this wasn’t relaxing nor as advertised, and moved hotels. The renovated rooms themselves also aren’t to a particularly high standard imo - quite bland compared to other similar hotels. Also a very weird choice to have a wheeled office chair at a table - odd mix of a casual table with an office chair. No coffee machine. The service was good, the lobby and pool itself looks nice, and the location is very good. There didn’t seem to be any pool-side service, but I might be mistaken as we weren’t there long before deciding to leave. Breakfast was ok, seems to still be in a temporary area. Rooms are a bit meh although they do get a nice view. Personally I’d recommend one of the other resorts a bit further down the strip where the rooms are nicer.

Beautiful hotel and grounds with pools, 3 different restaurants and amazing staff everywhere .We were a bit disappointed with the rooms as they were a bit run down. Broken lamps and shower fixture, hanging downlight and air-conditioning vent, just simple fixes would have made it better. Very few guests for the busy season so we could have received a room with a seaview, instead our view was a rooftop and parking lot. Hotel is between Cha Am and Hua Hin so not walking distance of either. A shuttle into Hua Hin every hour would have been an attractive amenity.

Location is peaceful and can spend 2 days easily for weekend. So best place to stay in peaceful & calm place to enjoy with family and kids can have lot of fun here. It is on the hua-him side beach 🏖️

Rooms are clean and nice only there is a mosquito net but no anti mosquito plug in the room to kill them. Also, before our leave and 2 days before there was a lot of noise from the Casa Mare and their were 7 Thai people on a balcony drinking plenty of alcohol and making a karaoke party and the hotel didn’t complain. The service was very nice the staff would be sure you were that you were ok. The location is 2 hours outside Bangkok and it has a nice beach, but isn’t as walkable. So you might as well rent a car. The food is too expensive probably because it’s a tourist place and normally the food wasn’t that great . The breakfast is the most terrible and it was 500Bhat which is very expensive for what it is. Would recommend if you need a place with a pool to stay, but not for food or how old it is
