I had high expectations for this renowned hotel, but my stay was quite disappointing. The breakfast was of poor quality with minimal choices and tasteless food. The kids’ club, although spacious, requires an additional fee to use each activity or machine, which feels excessive given the room rates.
The location is quite remote, making it difficult to access any nearby attractions or restaurants. The food at the hotel was the worst I’ve experienced, like really really bad, with extremely high prices that don’t match the quality. Additionally, there is no beach access, which was a major disappointment for a coastal property.
To make matters worse, the outdoor parking garage has no shade, leaving the car exposed to the elements all day. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially considering the price.

The Radisson brand is not doing itself any favours with this propoerty. The rooms are old and urgently need a renovation (for example the A/C control unit is about 30 years old). We had to get rid of a cockroach in the morning. As we arrived, there were 7 staff at the reception but nobody was there to take our luggage. We used the pool in the morning only to find out that there are several tiles missing and you could hurt your feet if you are not careful. As for the location, it is quite isolated and the road to get there is full of holes - we almost wished we had an offroad car to get there.
There are few positive aspects to mention: We ate a delicious burger in the evening at the beach restaurant and the lobby area is very spacious and inviting. You can find a few good picture spots on the lawn going to the beach.
They try to attract families with bikes for rent, slides and games area. They also had ice-cream on offer who has seen better days. We did not dare to try some. They had an open-air cinema in the evening - too bad the speaker was not working... To be fair, we stayed there during low season, so the hotel was pretty much empty except for a local company holding some kind of meeting on the day we stayed there.

We booked the family room with a bunk bed.
My son is 9 years old with 28kg. He was on the top of bunk bed. After he claimed a leader. The bed collapsed and he fell down. It was at 11.30pm
He got bruised on his face and a long scratched bleeding on his back with a huge bruise on his leg.
I walked down and looked for a manager name TON.
I spoke with him over on the phone. His response was so unprofessional and disrespectful. He said “ If you don’t like the service please get out from the hotel!!
He didn’t help anything at all!!!
His attitude was unacceptable! Minus service mind.
It was late, me and my children were exhausted!
They didn’t come to fixed it. We have had a very bad night at this property!
I have spoke to the VP of the hotel Mr. Stacey.
He doesn’t feels the empathy just only apologizing.
This is definitely concerned of my son safety! I wrote email. He didn’t reply. This is so unprofessional.
However, I am NOT recommended of this hotel.
The service was horrible, below standard. The head of team or even Mr. Stacey didn’t take actions or even follow up about my son. They didn’t training the staff about respect and manner.
I am so disappointed,,, and wasted of my time for a holiday with my children.

The Bad:
Rooms quite old but spacious.
Food is very average and the Seafood weren't fresh.
Hard to get any service, trying to get a room service to order some food for my kid and aftet 15 minutes no one picked up the phone.
The Good:
Very good for family with lots of kids' activities.
No need to go anywhere and spend most time at the hotel and its own beachfront (depending on the tides)

My child and I both like this hotel very much. The staff saw that I brought my child and upgraded us to a family room. My child was very happy because he had never slept on a bunk bed. Thank you very much! The view of the room is very good, facing the sea, without any obstruction, and the sunrise is beautiful. The bed is very comfortable. Although it is by the sea, the bedding does not feel damp at all, and we slept very well. Although the decoration style and details are a little old, there is no problem with the use of facilities. Although the hotel is a little far from the city, we felt that there was no need to go to the city during the few days we stayed there. There is a 7-11 on the street at the entrance of the hotel, there are several good and not expensive restaurants, and there is a massage shop. If there is a little regret, it is that there is no beach, which is limited by the geographical location, and it doesn’t matter to me. I think the air conditioning is still needed in Kid’s world, after all, March and April are the hottest time. In general, we are very satisfied with this hotel, the cost performance is super high, and we will definitely go there again in the future.
