I am having a wonderful experience at Seaview Hotel. I stayed here 2 years ago and this time around my experience is even better than before. The staff is very friendly and always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome, making our stay at the hotel even more pleasant. The food is absolutely delicious, especially the breakfast buffet in particular. A big thank you to Pai Pai for making my second experience at the hotel even better than the first and for being so hospitable. Along with the rest of the staff Ben, Si Tha, Narda, Moon, Ko Khart, Leo and Myo thank you for your great service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a home away from home.

The food came out quickly, and they went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Truly professional and welcoming — highly recommend! Absolutely Incredible Experience & Highly Recommended! We’re currently staying at Seaview Patong Hotel for two weeks, and everything has been absolutely amazing. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff , Pai Pai, in particular, has gone above and beyond to ensure we’re having the best experience possible. Her service has been outstanding. Special mention also goes to Ben, Si Tha, and Narda , they’re all incredibly efficient, friendly, and consistently deliver top-tier service. The trainees (Moon, Ko Khart, Leo, and Myo) have also been exceptional, showing the same level of dedication and hospitality. Coming from South Africa, we honestly don’t want to leave this place truly feels like home. Thank you for making our stay so special. Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Seaview Patong! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The food was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were extremely well-behaved and helpful throughout my stay. The friendly atmosphere made it feel like home, and considering the location and service, it’s definitely great value for money. What more do you want from a property? We had a great view of the sea from our room. Decent place. The breakfast is lavish and wholesome. Something that offended me was the 3000 THB they took at the reception when my entire trip was paid for in advance. The manager at the reception Dadagn was rude and not too friendly (perhaps a wrong position in a 4 star hotel) when I suggested that the deposit was a sign of mistrust and demoralising from a guest’s point of view. He just said that’s how it is here…😟

I’m staying at Mercure Patong for three nights and will have my last breakfast before checkout today. During my stay, I had breakfast twice so far, and each time Tan (Ar, Nan) provided such warm, attentive, and thoughtful service. He noticed every little detail — moving the parasol so we could stay in the shade, and kindly checking if we needed anything else. His genuine care and friendly attitude made every morning so pleasant. I’m sure today’s last breakfast will be another lovely experience thanks to him. Because of his kindness, I now have a very good impression of the Mercure Patong Hotel. 💛 Thank you, Tan (Ar, Nan), for your excellent hospitality!

The staff are amazing, the cleanliness is good, and the facilities are fantastic. I visited for 2 days with my wife for her bday and was surprised to see the bed decoration for her bday without asking them which was very good of them loved it, they also provide bday cake. The central location is perfect as you can walk to everything,the hotel itself is very peaceful with lush gardens and clean pools. The breakfast buffet was good would have loved more indian options in it. Thank you to all the staff for taking such great care of us and making our first ever visit to Phuket an absolute stand out holiday.

The staff are amazing, the cleanliness is second to none, and the facilities are fantastic. I visited for a week with my partner and friends and everyone was so impressed with the Mercure. We visited the gym, day spa, swim up bar, regular bar and the club lounge and all were faultless. The central location is perfect as you can walk to everything, but the hotel itself is very peaceful with lush gardens and clean pools. The breakfast buffet was too good- probably the freshest breakfast buffet I’ve experienced. If you are tempted to treat yourself book a private pool villa; you will not be disappointed. Thank you to all the staff for taking such great care of us and making my first ever visit to Thailand an absolute stand out holiday.

We originally booked to stay in a Deluxe Pool room but got upgraded to a one bedroom suite. If you get the chance to book one of these rooms they are fantastic and so spacious with a separate living area and a beautiful free standing bath in the bathroom area. Breakfast had a great selection although the restaurant itself gets pretty crowded and loud at peak times. The main pool is lovely to swim in but quite small.

Grand Mercure Phuket Patong. One of the wonderful hotels I have been to. Nice and quiet but convenient location. The service is top-notch, and the food in the buffet was amazing! I stayed at the pool access room for a week. It's overlooking the pool bar! Bar food and drink were amazing, and the room service was great! Everyone from the front desk was so helpful, and the dining and housekeeping teams were just wonderful. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you so much. Definitely see you again if I visit Phuket next time.

My staycation for 5 days was superb. All the staffs are so nice and accommodating. When we had concerns they immediately acted and assist us. Shout out to front desk staffs; Rose, Abner, Joe and along the other receptionist. And also to Ms.Doonang of Malika terrace restaurant.. and also to the room attendant.. such a nice experience and I would definitely get back again.. Keep up the wonderful job..

This is my second time visiting Phuket, and I can confidently say that Kalima Resort is the best resort on the island! During my first trip, I visited more than six resorts and stayed in three of them, but this time I booked my entire stay at Kalima — and it truly exceeded my expectations. The staff are super friendly, the rooms are clean and well-organized, the food is delicious, and everything about the resort is just perfect. Special shout-out to Bon, Bang, and M at the pool bar — you guys made the experience unforgettable! If I ever come back to Phuket, I’ll definitely stay at Kalima again. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay at Kalima Resort! We had an amazing experience at the Kalima Resort. The service was truly outstanding — every staff member was kind and attentive, especially Baw, the bellboy, who was incredibly polite and always eager to help with a smile. The hotel’s location is perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to all main attractions. The breakfast buffet was rich and varied, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The most amazing getaway. My partner and I stayed in a delux villa with a private pool. The view was beautiful. Staff were incredible and always very attentive. A particular staff member Deedee was there to greet us every morning at breakfast. She was very welcoming and made sure we were having a great holiday. We will be back and couldn’t recommend it enough.

This is honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The staff are so helpful and understanding. This was our first trip with our 9-month-old baby, and they really made things so much easier for us. Huge thanks to the reception staff, Luwis and Cartoon, for all the help. Every single staff member we met was super friendly. The room was also big enough for our baby to crawl around, which we really appreciated. The only small thing is it would be nice to have a covered walkway between the lobby and the rooms—since it was rainy season, we sometimes got wet. But honestly, that’s just a tiny detail compared to how great everything else was. It’s also a great place if you’re looking for peace and quiet. The location isn’t far from the beach, but it’s much calmer compared to the busy hotels right on the beachfront. Really recommended if you value privacy. Overall, I’d give this stay 150% out of 100%. We loved it and would definitely come back!

A fantastic experience from start to finish! The staff at Fusion Suites are incredibly welcoming, always smiling and attentive. Our Grand Deluxe room was perfect: spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were so touched by the honeymoon decorations waiting for us—a lovely surprise that shows their attention to detail. One of the best hotels we have stayed in! The view was beautiful and the atmosphere was quiet and very family friendly. All of the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We stayed in one of the suites , it was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from. Overall, it was absolutely worth the money and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

From the moment I arrived, the first impression was amazing; the reception was excellent, the lobby was spacious and welcoming, and the warm greeting set a wonderful tone from the start. The room was an exceptional experience, especially since I was on my honeymoon. I expected the usual towel decorations, but instead, the hotel surprised me with flowers and special touches that made the stay feel unique and personal. The cleanliness, comfort, and view were all perfect and truly impressive. The service overall was outstanding, with staff across the hotel being extremely helpful and attentive. I would especially like to highlight Kam, who went above and beyond every single day. She always greeted us with a smile, checked if we needed anything, and even suggested places to visit and activities to do. Her kindness, positive energy, and genuine willingness to help made our stay unforgettable. I would also like to mention Miki at the front desk, who was very supportive and helpful as well. The facilities were elegant and relaxing, and the hotel as a whole is definitely a place I plan to return to. Breakfast was very diverse, and the staff everywhere in the hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. In short, it was a perfect experience in every way, and I look forward to visiting again.

We checked in at 4 PM. Our booking was pool two rooms from me, My husband and our two teens. rooms were nicely decorated and well Kept. the only issue was that the air conditioning was not fully operating because of the humidity coming from the pool side. the pool side during the day is Noisy. very nice breakfast it was awesome. location is brilliant. unfortunately rarely you can make use of the chocolate hour due to the limitation of the offering. unfortunately, some guests are rude enough to fight to finish everything before you can indulge. Hotel is really nice but overpriced to similar hotels. we might come back.

Miki – Truly Exceptional Service at Mövenpick Myth Hotel Patong I cannot thank Miki enough for the incredible service she provided during my stay at Mövenpick Myth Hotel Patong Phuket. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel incredibly welcome, and her professionalism and kindness stood out. She greeted me with a warm smile and immediately made me feel at home. When I asked for a dinner recommendation, she suggested a quiet, clean restaurant within walking distance — it was exactly what I wanted and absolutely perfect. On the following day, I asked her about acupuncture centers, and she not only provided a recommendation but also called ahead to make an appointment for me and ensured everything was in order. She truly went above and beyond. Miki also helped me with installing a local transportation app, and when I was running a bit late after my appointment, she kindly messaged me on WhatsApp to check if everything was okay. This extra care and attention meant so much to me, and I was deeply touched. Her level of service truly exceeded all my expectations, and I am so grateful to have had her help. The management is super lucky to have such a hospitality role model in the front line. I highly recommend a promotion for her for such outstanding service — she makes you feel truly different in the best possible way. Miki, you are a true asset to the hotel, and I’m so lucky to have met you. You made my stay in Phuket extra special.

Hello, you should not trust all those fancy comments. Reality is a bit different. Hotel is not new but kept well. However, service there is awful. I was unlucky to book half board there. Today we first time visited restaurant. It took 10 minutes for a personal inside to understand that we are half board customers - from the beginning we were requested to provide certificates etc. It looks like staff is not trained or having half board is extremely rare. In addition responsible person English was so bad so it was not really possible to communicate. When booking half board no single drink is included. So when we asked for a water we were offered tap water and that is not a joke. It is well known that drinking tap water in Thailand is not safe and dangerous. So we was offered to be "poisoned" including children 11 and 5 years old. I left to my room to bring bottled water. When I returned order was taken for my wife and children. Over 20 minutes I had been sitting and NOBODY (no single person) offered me to take my order. Waiters were extremely busy talking to each other those 20 or 30 minutes - see photo. Dishes ordered by the rest of my family members were partially delivered. My family members left for 20 minutes to our room - and there were flies and insects in the restaurant so I was forced to cover food with napkins - see photo. When finally leaving we were offered few chocolates as a compensation for the inconvenience caused - despite the fact I was not offered and had no food at all - nonsense. When talking to Movenpick Customer Manager she showed zero interest in resolving this situation despite I am Accor Platinum member and pointed out that Movenpick is separate from restaurant and really doesn't control it. No single audible sorry. The whole story and situation are nonsense and miserable.
