I recently stayed at this hotel in Phuket with my family, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is perfect – close to the beach, shops, and local attractions, yet quiet enough to enjoy peaceful evenings. The service was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Special thanks to the chef, Gust – his dishes were a highlight of our trip! Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You can truly taste the passion and skill in his cooking. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket and will definitely be returning on our next trip

I was impressed with my stay this time. The hotel is beautiful clean and fresh . The service from the reception team was outstanding. I know this is a 5-star hotel, but I can give more than that. I came across this hotel by chance and had no expectations, but it turned out to be one that will remain in my memories. The hotel has a fitness center and spa , as well as a very spacious swimming pool. The service from reception staff was impeccable. Lewis, the Manager, was outstanding and managed everything in a short amount of time. The driver was also very friendly!!!!

Fusion Suites Phuket Patong is a true hidden gem! The design is modern and vibrant, giving off a boutique feel with a tropical twist. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the beds are super comfortable. The pool area is peaceful and ideal for relaxing after exploring Patong. Plus, the location is excellent — quiet enough for a restful stay, yet just 5 minutes drive to Patong beach, shops, and nightlife. Staff were kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Highly recommended for both couples and solo travelers looking for comfort, style, and convenience in Phuket.

I really enjoyed my stay at Fusion Suites. The hotel is very comfortable, and the rooms are modern and spacious. There is a free shuttle that takes you to the beach and the shopping mall, which is super helpful because the road to the hotel is busy and there are no sidewalks. Definitely recommend using the shuttle instead of walking. The rooftop is amazing, a great place to relax with a drink and watch the sunset. It was one of my favorite spots at the hotel. A big thank you to Cherry, Tina, Lewis, and Cartoon for being so sweet and professional. They made my stay even better with how friendly and helpful they were. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
