The manager was very helpful during our stay. After reading reviews last minute, we changed our rooms over the phone thinking the tower section of the resort had major problems being under renovation.. Upon arrival, the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and completely satisfied with our accommodations. After getting an understanding that the tower was not under renovations at this time and completely fine. We preferred to be moved back to the tower, which was the original reservations. The manager and her staff were super sweet and took great care to make sure we were all set. Not just us but other families that were traveling with us. They made sure we all were in close proximity to each other during our stay. The resort is also in a great location. Everything is within walking distance. The price was affordable, so not much to complain about. The rooms in the tower are very spacious for a family of four. The view was great overlooking theme parks. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Don't be fooled by the pictures on the website. This hotel appears gorgeous and clean. It is not. We walked into the lobby to check in and immediately noticed how dirty the floors were. The concierge was quite rude, as was the girl who checked us in at the counter. They had messed up our reservation and told us we didn't have a room (after confirming the night prior on the phone that the reservation was all set) we were told by the employee that we did not have a reservation and she then asked us if we wanted her to go back in time and fix it for us. Instead of having some empathy and maybe trying to help us resolve the issue with some customer service skills, which she very clearly lacked. After arriving at the hotel at 6am we then had to wait in the lobby until 8:30 for a room, but we still were not rude, and did our best to be understanding. We finally got into our room and it was filthy. The floors were dirty, there was mold in the shower, the phone didn't work, the smoke detector was hanging off the wall, one of the lights did not work, the list goes on. We asked if the room could be cleaned, and we were told no. But at least they did bring us clean towels and toilet paper. 2 out of 3 of us ended up with influenza during our stay, and I'm not saying it was due to a lack of cleanliness, but I'm definitely not ruling it out. While the location is great, I would not recommend staying at this "resort" which is really just a motel. Cheaper is not always better.

Wow what an amazing weekend. It was my birthday weekend, a tradition we go to Orlando and have definitely found the place we will stay at every year. Staff fulfilled my request and gave us a great poolside room which was very clean and quiet. Was even able to leave door open and enjoy the live dj from the pool.

This place is an honest joke. This shouldn’t be called a universal resort at all. We stayed for two nights and had the absolute worst stay you can think of. First night the mattress was upside down and we didn’t notice until the next morning. Come to find out there was a massive urine stain and they flipped it upside down to hide it. We requested another room once we found out about it. They gave us the new room and before we even put our stuff down we noticed bugs all over the bed side tables. It was flying ants all over the phone and alarm clock. We once again requested another room. They had a worker go check this room to make sure it was up to par. They claim it was but the keys didn’t work for us so it was a burden since we had all our belongings and had to walk back up to the office. We finally get into to the room and it looks alright at first. There was excessive water damage throughout the room. The tub had a baseball size hole in the floor that they put paint over expecting nobody would notice. The shuttle is also a joke. You pay resorts fees for a shuttle that comes three times a day. We had to drive to universal just to make it worthwhile. Once we get back to our room after spending the entire day at universal our keys are not working AGAIN this was about 11 at night and the frustration was real. We are very certain that the workers on site were going into our room. We are missing many belongings that we know for a fact we brought into the room and are now missing. Overall this place is a 0 star for me and my wife. We will never stay here again if it’s the last vacancy around. Spend the extra 15-20 a night and stay at a partner resort hotel that actually has resort qualities.

Our room was very clean and the pool was fantastic, and the cafe had a pretty decent breakfast and coffee. It’s an older hotel so it can be a bit noisy, the walls are thin but overall it was a great stay! The hotel is walking distance to a bunch of great restaurants and the Orlando Eye, we walked everywhere we went. We’d definitely visit again.

From the moment we arrived we were treated so good. Thank you for making our weekend amazing. The receptionist made us feel welcomed from our first moment. Our room was bottom floor poolside. Room cleaned and beds made everyday. ❤️ We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone including security guards who were always around in case you needed help. Everyone here made this a good weekend.

The room was great, nice and cold. The double beds were comfortable. The decor had nice wood finishes. The shower head had multiple settings and very hot water. The resort is huge but the rooms are easy to get to. The restaurant with the breakfast buffet is delicious with friendly staff. Would stay again.

The room was great, the beds were comfy, the shower was warm and bathrooms were clean. We would come back daily and the room would have been cleaned. The breakfast was amazing I normally don't eat breakfast but I went back for thirds with that. I had stayed for a Universal trip and it isn't far from there so we didn't waste time driving there and back. Overall best hotel I have ever stayed at.

Hotel is pretty decent! We stayed on the 3rd floor. Rooms are outdated and have a dirty sock smell to it but they are physically clean. I DID NOT encounter any bugs in our room like some of the other reviews mentioned! Great customer service and friendly environment. The breakfast buffet was really good. Around $15 per person, kids 4 and under do eat free. I would recommend !!!!

Great hotel, good price, nice quality rooms. Bed were comfortable and AC worked well and was quiet. Shower has multiple setting and had nice hot water. Big property with lots of amenities. Super friendly staff and excellent service. Would come back anytime I'm in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Orlando on International Drive. The location is perfect, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out seamless. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a relaxing retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were a great bonus. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area! Food around this area very expensive. Very limited Halal Food Options.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. All the staff are helpful and very polite. The rooms are spacious, two very comfortable queen beds, complimentary toiletries and an amazing view. Breakfast was better than we expected, given some of the reviews. Bertha, on reception is lovely and very helpful throughout our stay. We will be back. Thank you!

Room was only cleaned once in nine days despite us requesting twice. Key cards worked occasionally on internal lifts and external doors. Don’t think the pool was ever cleaned, downstairs bar was never open and the food serves for breakfast was of a very low standard with broken machines, paper plates and plastic knives and forks. Staff were friendly and the location and the parking were good, but that’s the only positive I can give.

Since we rented a car, we were so glad that they offered free parking. With a car, it was so convenient to drive everywhere. The location is very central. We used the heated pool and hot tub everyday, and it was a game changer with the dropping temperatures. We really appreciated that they offered all these special amenities like the simple but free continental breakfast and the Dove toiletries. The front desk staff were very nice, especially Deborah! Check in and out were easy. We had room 624, with a nice view of the lake. Very spacious and quiet. We could barely hear our neighbours. Would be nice with more vegetables and fruit at breakfast. It’s very carb-heavy. We could smell smoke in our room, so I think the ventilation had some issues.

My stay was horrible this time around with all the construction happening. Two days in a row we were woken up to banging and drills around 8 in the morning, so we couldn’t sleep. The point of coming to this resort was to relax and to rest but we couldn’t do that. I’m not going to lie I was disappointed. Shower water was cold as well.

Great condo hotel, very spacious! We didn't want to be crammed into a small hotel room with no kitchen at a Disney or Universal hotel. We like our own space and Floriday's was great. We had a huge two bedroom with two bathrooms and plenty of room, the washer & dryer was such a great extra. The condo was clean and modern. I just wish we were closer to the pool and restaurant and not so far away from the amenities. My only complaint... I requested additional towels and toilet paper through the link they sent me. It said they were delivered to the room but they were not. The property was clean and maintained nicely, we felt safe there. We were 25 minute ride with traffic from Universal, so fairly close. The property was quiet at night and peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

TK was our front desk attendant and he was incredibly kind, respectful of our privacy, and very thorough. Everywhere you go in the hotel smells and is incredibly clean. I have stayed here many times before and will never stop coming here.

Close to main attractions. Family enjoyed the large swimming area. We didn't get cleaning service during our full week so that was a little disappointing and it took many requests to get clean towels and other items. The grounds were very pretty and kept clean.

Stayed for a week at the beginning of March 2025. Really great location. Close to all the parks and the Highway. Can't really beat the location. Nice amenities. The pools were really nice as were the hot tubs. The room we had was really nice. You could smell everything had been cleaned when we were arrived, nice and comforting. Bathrooms are nice a a geat kitchen space. Our toaster wasn't working and they replaced it right. We requested a few extra blankets and they were delivered to the room quickly with no issues. All the staff I interacted with were great. We'll definitely stay again. Thanks for having us.

Juan and his crew are above and beyond. They're top notch. Huge shout out to them. I highly recommend checking in after 3pm if you can. As far as the resort it's great, awesome staff.Only complaint we have. If you want to stay or go in the hot tub. Be prepared to deal with young children and a bunch of them if there's even room.
