Great Stay with a View – Perfect Location!
We had a wonderful stay at Ramada by Wyndham on International Drive in Orlando. The location is unbeatable — just minutes away from Universal Studios and close to many of Orlando’s top attractions. You’re also surrounded by a variety of great restaurants, making dining out super convenient.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning lake view that made our mornings even more special. All amenities were in top-notch condition, and everything from the lobby to the pool area was well-maintained and clean. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations — there were so many options to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Cleanliness and hygiene were clearly a priority, and it showed in every part of the hotel.
The only downside was the air conditioning unit in the room — it was quite loud, especially at night. After a long day at Universal, it was a bit difficult to get restful sleep with the noise.
Other than that, everything was fantastic. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Orlando and looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay!

Absolutely phenomenal experience! Great value for the price & kind staff. Rooms were clean, lobby was clean. We didn't make it down in time for breakfast so I can't comment on that. Only stopped here for 1 night while passing through but will definitely be returning the next time we're in the area!

Please think twice before coming here. So many issues to review. The lobby had a musty old perfume odor that made me nauseous. When we got into our room it looked clean except for some blackness around the bathroom corners. We woke up the next morning to go to Disney and a bed bug was next to my son's arm and 3 on his pillow.I killed the bug and went down to the front desk. She did not seem shocked at all. She asked if I wanted another room. I told her absolutely not and I wanted my money back. She said I would have to talk to the manager. We also left a very nice hoody in the room when we left and called the next day and shocker they did not see it. After 5 x of trying to get our money back they told us no. They absolutely know they have bed bugs but cont to book out these rooms. They should be ashamed of themselves. Run run run do not book with this hotel. One more thing the breakfast looked like it would make you sick to your stomach all day,which would be very bad if you are going to the theme parks.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. All the staff are helpful and very polite. The rooms are spacious, two very comfortable queen beds, complimentary toiletries and an amazing view. Breakfast was better than we expected, given some of the reviews. Bertha, on reception is lovely and very helpful throughout our stay. We will be back. Thank you!

The place has an awesome water park, a pool also an arcade room. I had a great view in front of the water park. So I have to say I enjoyed my 2 days there and the kids had an awesome time. I will definitely be back.

It was a nice place. Rooms we had were recently remodeled. They weren't anything spectacular, just your basic hotel room like at National Chains in the mid price range, but the pools are nice, a kids pool activity area and a bar at the opposite end. I had breakfast there, which was a little lacking, but it tasted good. It's within walking distance of several restaurants and adult activities (bars), and the Trolly Stop is close to take all up and down International Drive for $2 each direction, I'm remembering you can get day/multiple day passes for that but don't hold me to that. It was nice, it was clean, we had fun. Very reasonable price for that area, plenty of parking.

The manager was very helpful during our stay. After reading reviews last minute, we changed our rooms over the phone thinking the tower section of the resort had major problems being under renovation.. Upon arrival, the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and completely satisfied with our accommodations. After getting an understanding that the tower was not under renovations at this time and completely fine. We preferred to be moved back to the tower, which was the original reservations. The manager and her staff were super sweet and took great care to make sure we were all set. Not just us but other families that were traveling with us. They made sure we all were in close proximity to each other during our stay. The resort is also in a great location. Everything is within walking distance. The price was affordable, so not much to complain about. The rooms in the tower are very spacious for a family of four. The view was great overlooking theme parks. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel was affordable and safe. The app to order towels or report any issues was quick and the staff were super friendly. Nights were quiet and the guests were very friendly. The only complaint was that the pool DJ had his music too loud at times, but not during quiet hours.

Filthy room. Long lines. Careless staff.
Worst experience with a resort/hotel.
We had booked their top room, the king with jacuzzi. We had to stand in their check in line 3 times and each time was for 30+ minutes before we could speak with a resort representative.
Our room smelled like someone had smoked in it. Upon a closer look, the room was filthy.
The hotel staff have long lines of unhappy customers and they seem unable to do much about any issue you may have.
The 3rd time we reached the front of their check in line, we just canceled our stay and booked a different hotel nearby.
Avanti Resort simply has incredibly low standards. Most definitely would NOT recommend Avanti Resort.

We had to go get our key cards replaced several times because they’d stop working. Room was run down and unappealing. Bed uncomfortable with thin springy mattress. Some rooms have been updated, you’d think someone booking a 5 night stay would get one of those rooms. 4 days between room service is far too long, we ran out of toilet paper! Asked for a service refresh on day 3 and they didn’t even take the old towels so there was so much everywhere… Bar and grille was extremely slow. Laundry room hard to find, poor signage. Laundry dispenser triple charged us. Don’t stay on “city view” it’s actually noisy highway. Very disappointing stay. Only good thing was pool and front desk staff.

Great customer service, rooms were clean , with comfortable beds. Love the affordable price. The pools were heated and always had clean towels available. They have free transportation to Disney and Universal Studios, which made our universal studio travel trips easier every morning. My family enjoyed the stay. We will be staying here again.

This hotel is at the perfect location. Walking distance for restaurants and activities for kids. The bed and pillows was amazingly comfortable and clean. The housekeepers was very sweet as well. The AC, it actually felt like an Igloo, which is 5 stars in my book with the Florida heat. The security is amazing as well, your car will be safe at night, they have constant patrolling around the property. The only CON about the room is that the water pressure in the shower wasn’t as strong as I prefer however it still felt good. And the light fixture by the bed, wouldn’t stay on, it must be a shortage in that lamp. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights and we highly recommended! We got the room for a pretty decent price for the area it’s in. The bed was very comfortable! They had a microwave and mini fridge in the room. A full length mirror and place to hang some clothes. The bathroom set up was nice, with the option to close pocket doors if people are still sleeping while you’re getting ready. Everything was clean, from the room itself to the bedsheets, the bathroom, the microwave, the mini fridge. It was a little noisy outside of our room with what we assume were children running along the balcony and screaming around 9:30pm. Also, there is plenty of parking usually but this time when we visited there were around 30-40 buses taking up most of the parking spaces so we had to keep circling the lot to find a place to park and several people just ended up parking all around/in-between them because there was no where else to go! The room is within walking distance of plenty of restaurants which is very nice.
I eat Kids
The room was great, the beds were comfy, the shower was warm and bathrooms were clean. We would come back daily and the room would have been cleaned. The breakfast was amazing I normally don't eat breakfast but I went back for thirds with that. I had stayed for a Universal trip and it isn't far from there so we didn't waste time driving there and back. Overall best hotel I have ever stayed at.

From the moment we arrived we were treated so good. Thank you for making our weekend amazing. The receptionist made us feel welcomed from our first moment. Our room was bottom floor poolside. Room cleaned and beds made everyday. ❤️
We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone including security guards who were always around in case you needed help. Everyone here made this a good weekend.

Stayed for a week and very happy with the overall experience. If I were to list everything we loved about it this will LENGTHY! Staff went above and beyond to resolve an issue with our room. 10/10 for cleanliness- in the room and common areas/ grounds. Close to all the amenities. Very well built- kids can run around the room without feeling like we're being a nuisance to other guests. Kids loved the pool area so much we spent the end of every day having a great time.

Great condo hotel, very spacious! We didn't want to be crammed into a small hotel room with no kitchen at a Disney or Universal hotel. We like our own space and Floriday's was great. We had a huge two bedroom with two bathrooms and plenty of room, the washer & dryer was such a great extra. The condo was clean and modern. I just wish we were closer to the pool and restaurant and not so far away from the amenities. My only complaint... I requested additional towels and toilet paper through the link they sent me. It said they were delivered to the room but they were not. The property was clean and maintained nicely, we felt safe there. We were 25 minute ride with traffic from Universal, so fairly close. The property was quiet at night and peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Floridays Resort was disappointing. Upon arrival, we discovered that the toilet in the master bedroom was leaking and wouldn’t flush. Despite multiple visits to the front desk and repeated assurances that it would be fixed, it wasn’t repaired until the evening of 3/29—nearly the end of our stay.
The room itself had several other issues: the closet doors were broken, the jacuzzi bathtub jets didn’t work, and the second bathroom’s toilet was dirty. The closet door in the first bedroom was also loose and nonfunctional. While the pool was fine and the staff was polite, there was a serious lack of communication between them. I had to request towels multiple times before finally receiving them, and when they did arrive, I was given far more than needed—another sign of poor coordination.
The room had the potential to be amazing, but instead, it was just mediocre. The location is great, but that’s about the only highlight. Even the accent blankets and the bedding for the couch bed were dirty. This was my first stay at Floridays Resort, and unfortunately, it will likely be my last. After 20 years in operation, I expected better.

Floridays Resort offers great value for the price! The amenities are top-notch, and the rooms were spotless. The showers were amazing, and the Jacuzzi was the perfect way to relax after a long day. Customer service at the front desk was outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting Orlando!
