Great location and the layout of the suite and the space was great. However, this place really needs to be updated. I was in building F. Both elevators smelled like urine, likely from pets. Not a great start. The suite itself looked OK but we continued to discover things that just made the overall place feel cheap. Specifically, the microwave display was broken, dead light bulbs, the bed in the primary bedroom was sagging in the middle, the bathroom sink drained very slowly, the water was not hot, and the bathtub in the second room had several spots on the tub floor and my kids would not shower in there. None of these things were bad enough for us to leave but I paid a pretty penny for what is supposed to be 4 star hotel and it is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Lastly, I received several emails from them before my trip to upgrade my experience. I chose an upgrade but never got confirmation of it nor did I receive it upon arrival. Definitely not the level of service or attention to detail that one would expect from a 4 star resort. Set your expectations accordingly.

My family and I evacuated from Tampa to this wonderful Resort for Hurricane Milton. We knew that Milton was going to pay Orlando a visit but much milder than he did to Tampa. The nightly rates were extremely affordable, the resort was beautiful and the staff extremely accommodating. The fact that we could bring our cat was a HUGE BONUS!!!! Our two-bedroom two-bathroom suite was massive and clean, and had everything we needed. The little bar and restaurant by the pool had really good drinks and great food. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and pool the day before Milton visited. We did lose power in our building after the storm and decided to check out. The resort was very accommodating and refunded our night stay without us having to ask. We booked through hotels.com and were given a free bottle of wine upon check-in which was absolutely lovely. We cannot wait to return for an actual vacation

We had a fantastic last-minute stay at Floridays Resort! Booking online was smooth, and check-in was a breeze. The resort itself is beautiful, with a wonderful atmosphere, and we loved the food and drinks from the bar. My daughter especially enjoyed the pool and the game room. The staff at reception went above and beyond, upgrading us to a better room than we originally booked and even gave my daughter tokens for the game room. Although we only stayed one night, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Floridays for a relaxing getaway!

Love floridays!! This amazing location Has become our family destination when we come into town to visit the parks. We were there October of 2023 and will be back for Christmas here in a month or so! We had a great experience! from a smooth check in, to a clean and comfortable 3 bedroom suit room. It Came with everything my family of 8 needed to make our trip enjoyable. We enjoyed the pool and spa every evening after our return from the parks. The restaurant and poolside bar were great also! Still the world's best cheese pizza!! We rant and rave to all our friends about it and can't wait to eat it again when we come back. Look forward to seeing y'all again soon!
