Great hotel. Fantastic service from all the staff. The pool and beach area is very safe clean and great for the whole family, not too busy. There is also another pool on the third floor that is great for a cocktail and sunbathing! We spent one week here and can't wait to come back!

I wanted to share my amazing short stat at Hotel, every time we are visiting the Hotel it’s considered a new experience, this time we had the best experience ever for me and my family. As always, the food at Chamas was excellent! The variety of meats and flavors were top-notch, and the service from the entire staff was outstanding. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had a great dining experience.
However, one major drawback was the air conditioning. It wasn’t working, and in this hot weather, it made it quite uncomfortable to enjoy the meal, especially when you’re eating mostly meat. We asked the manager about it, and while he politely explained the situation, it’s hard to fully enjoy a nice evening in such conditions. Ideally, the AC should be at its best, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
Great food, fantastic service, but the lack of proper cooling really took away from the overall experience.
