We had a wonderful stay at your hotel, which is in a great location. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the housekeeping was top-notch. The staff at the beach were absolutely fantastic and very service-minded. They were always ready to help, especially with carrying our stroller back and forth on the sand. A special thanks to Bhanu, Chanaka, and Shehan for their kindness and assistance. Additionally, Abu was always smiling and extremely helpful with arranging taxis. Regarding breakfast, we have a few points of feedback. We always arrived early when the restaurant opened, but it was never fully ready by 7:00 AM. Sometimes, there were no knives available to cut the bread, or the chef preparing eggs had not yet set everything up. Also, despite coming for breakfast for 11 days in a row, we always had to ask for a high chair for our little boy—it was never automatically brought out when the staff saw us entering. However, we want to give a big compliment to Nang, who was the sweetest and most cheerful waiter. She always greeted us with a smile and provided excellent service. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel!

I was absolutely delighted with my stay at Adagio Premium The Palm! The location is perfect — everything is nearby: a beautiful seaside promenade, a large mall, and plenty of great restaurants. The hotel itself is modern, cozy, and very comfortable. Special thanks to Elmo, New, and ABU for their kindness, support, and outstanding service. You truly made my stay even more enjoyable. They were so friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any inquiries. Special thanks to Nizar-abu, Elmo, Aung, Nataha, and others whose names I cannot recall. The restaurant staff, including Abdullah, Mamun, Zin, Anu, and every other member, were equally impressive. They provided excellent service, ensuring that our dining experience was enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the staff were attentive to our needs, making sure we had everything we required. The rooms and facilities at Adagio Premium were outstanding. Everything was in perfect working order, and we had no complaints whatsoever. The rooms were clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The cleaning staff did an excellent job, ensuring that our room was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. The beach area was another highlight of our stay. The staff there were friendly and helpful, always ensuring that hotel guests had a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the sea. Their dedication to maintaining a clean and pleasant environment was evident. Overall, our stay at Adagio Premium was exceptional, thanks to the wonderful staff who went above and beyond to make our visit special. The hotel is perfectly located right next to the West Beach: 2 min walk to the private beach which is very nice! The only thing is that it is the place that might be a bit loud during weekend nights because of the many beach clubs around. That said, with ear plugs this is comfortably and easily manageable! The room was very good, clean and with a small kitchen incl. clean water (important) and the breakfast buffet was excellent!
