Lovely new luxury hotel in Creek Harbour. Beautiful and spacious rooms with upscale fixtures and amenities. However, lighting arrangements should improve to enable guests to turn on night stands lights only (currently, one can only turn on all lights or ceiling dim lights). Restaurant has extensive and tasty breakfast menu with efficient and friendly service. The infinity pool is heated and has a beautiful view of downtown Dubai. However, service at the pool restaurant could improve as the waiter has to be called repeatedly to take the order. Reception staff are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Special thanks to Ms. Malak for the upgrade. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and it was an amazing experience! The location is just what I wanted, right next to the creek with lots of spaces to relax and have a nice stroll. I wanted to mention Ibrahim who assisted us in the Club Lounge and while we checking in, he was a breath of fresh air! Amazing experience overall and would definitely come back next time!

It was very amazing and pleasant visit at the address… which is an iconic identity for creek harbour. Christmas decoration was spectacular. My visit of celebrating birthday was memorable. Staff are so amazing and welcoming. Definitely come back.

Disappointing experience with theft at the hotel I stayed at this hotel from January 31st to February 7th with my partner, while my friend Julia was in a separate room. We chose this hotel because of its reputation and the comfort it promised. Unfortunately, our experience was tainted by a troubling incident. My partner and I took extra precautions and locked all our valuables, including money and jewelry, in the hotel safe. However, my friend did not use the safe and kept $6,000 in cash in a folder in her bag. On February 4th or 5th, we discovered that $2,200 of the $6,000 had been stolen from her room. We were extremely upset and disappointed by this. We expected a higher level of security from such a well-regarded hotel, especially considering the high standards they claim to maintain. The theft occurred in a secure hotel, and the fact that such an incident was possible is deeply concerning. My friend immediately reported the incident, but we did not feel that the hotel handled the situation appropriately or offered adequate support. Given the lack of resolution and the unsettling feeling this caused during our stay, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values the safety and security of their belongings. The hotel staff should take immediate action to improve security measures and address such incidents more seriously.

The pool area is elegantly designed, featuring an infinity pool that seamlessly blends with the calm waters of Dubai Creek. As the sun began to set, the sky was painted in stunning shades of orange and pink, creating a magical and serene atmosphere. Relaxing by the pool with this view was incredibly peaceful and rejuvenating. The staff was exceptionally polite and attentive, ensuring that every detail of my visit was perfect. The overall ambiance of the pool area is both luxurious and tranquil, making it an ideal spot to unwind and take in Dubai’s natural beauty. If you’re looking for a serene escape and a chance to enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets in Dubai, I highly recommend visiting the pool at Address Grand Creek Harbour!
