Special Thanks To Irfan Aftab, Rojh Santos Fahad, and Salman for the amazing service of in room dining. My wife is a vegan who rarely takes menu items as they are, they worked patiently with her till she found exactly what she wanted. The food was amazing, the service was superb, and we had no choice but to come on and give great reviews. This was our first day in Dubai after traveling for 16 hours from NJ, to NY, To Bahrain, & Finally To Dubai. The Dinner was so well prepared and they literally brought a romantic dinner table for two with every furnishing and utensil into our hotel room. The best of the best and the Chef was amazing. Every thing we tasted was amazing, healthy, and fresh!!! This Hotel is worth EVERY PENNY. #Unforgettable

I am late giving my review but this is by far one of the best properties in Dubai. The customer service, amenities, and cleanliness the stay was peaceful and full of relaxation. MERCY NYORO ensured prior to my arrival that I was fully accommodated and that transportation was handled prior to my arrival. The food was exceptional and truly made it difficult to want to eat and explore outside the hotel offerings. The fitness center was also wonderfully equipped for a full body workout. As well as plenty of bottled water and clean towels. ADRIAN DMELLO made sure my room was decorated romantically and set the tone for my anniversary trip. I can’t wait to stay here again.

We had the most amazing stay at the Waldorf! The pictures don’t do it justice as it looks so grand when you arrive. The rooms are spectacular and have so much space. The staff were very welcoming upon arrival and during our stay. The catering team cooked the most amazing food every night also, we had different theme nights for dinner and the food was spot on. One chef even cooked up fresh food for my son as he was a bit picky. We also got to attend the brunch night which was so lovely, the staff are very kind and tentative and very sweet with the children. This hotel has a mix of both family friendly feel and modern adult areas also. Lovely private beach as well where you get given unlimited water to cool down from the heat. The housekeeping staff were also very lovely and provided some teddy's and toys for my son. I cannot fault this place at all! The staff truly make this place amazing. They make this hotel the best. I would like to shout out these lovely staff members Salmon, Shoaib, Asita, Ankur, Wasim, Raui, Parmila and Edith. Unfortunately I couldn’t get everyone’s names but the whole staff from kids club, concierge, housekeeping, doormen, kitchen staff, beach staff, truly made the place great. We will definitely recommend the Waldorf to stay and hope to stay again in the future!

We had a gorgeous day at the beach and pool, such a luxurious and chilled resort with the best service from Aziz, Taimur, Vamshi and Samar. The whole team looked after us so well making sure we had plenty of cold water and bringing inflatables and beach ball for the kids to have fun. Great value for money. Food and drinks were delicious too. We will definitely be back.

We had a truly wonderful stay here! The service was absolutely outstanding. A special thanks to Paul and Sujan, the lifeguards, Aziz from the pool team, Nadeem and Hamid from reception and Santhul from the breakfast team — they took such great care of our son and really made us feel at ease. I also have specific dietary needs (no seed oils), and the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate me. They even purchased beef tallow just for my meals, which was incredible attention to detail. The location on the Palm is a little farther from Downtown Dubai, but the complimentary shuttle to Dubai Mall makes it very convenient and helps save on taxi costs. Overall, the service completely won us over, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. We left truly happy with our experience!
