We had a wonderful stay at The Waldorf Hotel. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The interiors are beautiful and everything is pristine and stunning. Our room was lovely, very comfortable, and exceptionally clean. As someone who has high standards, I genuinely couldn’t fault it. Food and service at the restaurants was always 10/10. Indian night is an absolute must, the food was incredible! The only small area for improvement would be the front desk team. A slightly warmer, friendlier welcome and a bit more proactive assistance was missing. Overall, we had a great stay and look forward to returning.

We stayed at the Waldorf Astoria for a week for a relaxing winter escape. That's exactly what we got! The service, the rooms and the overall hotel is amazing. The food in all the restaurants was exceptional, the buffet is great, the Chinese restaurant was really special! We spent a lot of time at the private beach at this hotel and I want to call out Khalid at the beach for excellent service. He looked after us, kept us hydrated and was always smiling. Thank you for an amazing trip! We will be back!

Have to congratulate David Wilson the GM of this fabulous hotel. We are staying for a week and have to say the hotel runs like clockwork - we just can’t fault it. From the facilities, amazingly comfy beds, to the excellent food quality and choice. But what really makes it a great hotel are the staff. Always on hand, never have to wave at a waiter in the restaurants for attention and all the staff throughout the hotel wear a smile, always a nod and a good morning/afternoon. Finally a very special mention to Wasim Rahaman at breakfast incredibly personable and efficient and Samir in housekeeping very friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. We will be back for sure !!
