It has been amazing stay at this hotel. Very helpful staff. Super clean and chic. Very good breakfast. Lunch meals and the steak that they serve in the evening at the restaurant by the pool is amazing. Cleaning team has been wonderful and cleaned our room sometimes twice a day. Service by the beach has been wonderful. Mr Laurence and Khalid have been wonderful, helping us to find the best spot and provided cold water and ice every hour. They offered help and are genuinely very kind and helpful people. Thanks Laurence and Khalid.

This rating is about the brunch „Once upon a brunch“ every Saturday.
The food and drinks were great, even though the vegetarian options were quite limited. If you are vegetarian, I would not recommend this brunch at all.
The service was super, great staff. Everyone was very kind.
The music was way too loud. It was overwhelming for our 11 month old boy. He enjoyed the kids area though where you can find kids toys for every age.

The hotel is in a wonderfully quiet location. The rooms are very large and modern. The particularly good service on the beach is worth mentioning. Towels and free water are provided. Khalid and Taimur greeted us every day on the beach and always had a smile on his face. He fulfilled our every wish and made our vacation unforgettable. We thank Khalid for his helpfulness and his friendliness! It was a perfect vacation!!!

The rooms are lovely and the service is excellent. The gym is outstanding for a hotel gym.
However, it's very far away from everything (perfect if you like resort holidays).
I just found it to be lacking any real culture - I feel like hotels like this are a dime a dozen across the world.
I think it just comes down to personal opinion.
If I were a 'sit a round a pool for a week straight' person, I think it would be perfect.
Regardless, the staff are doing a great job and I appreciate the experience.

What can I say? Spectacular. Excellent. Words do no justice. Beach was awesome. Some of the clearest water ever. Service was amazing, and the food was incredible. The venue itself is beautiful. View from our room left us breathless.
There is a shuttle available to the Malls in Dubai. Use them. Get familiar with the Monorail and Metro as well. You are on the Palm itself so it does take some effort to get downtown. But all in all. Worth it!
