We had a truly amazing stay at this hotel. Nothing was too much for the staff and their attention to detail of every member was impeccable. We booked a very comfortable King Deluxe room and it was more than adequate in size and very clean with the room being serviced twice a day. Plenty of space around the pools with a relaxing atmosphere. We chose half board which was a great decision, the food in all restaurants was delicious. It is truly a jewel of a hotel amongst the high rise and we would not hesitate in coming back for a 3rd time or recommending to anyone.

Honestly, it’s the first time I feel truly inspired to write about such a wonderful evening. I spent an unforgettable night at Sorso, The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, and it was simply magical. The place is stunning cozy, beautifully decorated, and with impeccable service. A special mention to the talented singers from the U.S. what an incredible show! The music, the energy, the atmosphere… everything was pure perfection. And of course, the dinner and cocktails were absolutely delicious. A 10 out of 10 experience in every way elegance, warmth, and unforgettable vibes.

They truly went above and beyond in making our stay unforgettable. Beyond their excellent work, both were incredibly kind, warm, and always greeted us with the most genuine smiles whenever we met them in the hallway. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional — truly what you'd expect from The Ritz-Carlton name. I especially want to highlight Shijin, who went above and beyond to make my experience smooth and stress-free. He handled my luggage with such care and professionalism, and his warm, welcoming attitude made me feel right at home. It’s rare to come across someone so attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful. Shijin is a true asset to the hotel and made a great first impression that set the tone for my entire stay. The property itself is stunning — immaculate rooms, beautiful beach access, and amazing dining options. But it’s the people like Shijin who make this hotel truly five-star. Can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Every single member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. A special mention to Mariam, who ensured everything ran smoothly throughout our stay, and to Suman at the front desk for his warm welcome and professionalism. The staff serving Kava each day were incredibly friendly and attentive — a small but beautiful tradition that made us feel genuinely immersed in the culture and hospitality of the hotel. Breakfast each morning was another highlight. Our heartfelt thanks to Javeed and Maria, who not only remembered our names but also our preferred drinks from the very first day — such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly at home. We’d also like to thank Edwin at the door, who greeted us every day with a bright smile and genuine warmth — the perfect start to each morning. Housekeeping was exceptional. The room was always immaculate, and the thoughtful touches left for us, especially on our final night, were so special. A big thank you to Behera, Kesab, Vinod, and Sundeep for their kindness and attention to detail.
