The most disappointing aspect for us was the Spa as this hotel supposed to have 1 of the best Spas on the island but on our first visit the Roman Spa, which is the biggest asset of their Spa, was closed down due to renovation. 3 months later on another quick stay that Roman part was still completely closed down .
Also they close down the Spa for the winter months so that's how it is here.

Amazing location, breakfast good and nice hotel. Spent 5 days here on our honeymoon and just expected better service. Our friends had paid for a bottle of fizz for us on the first night and we didn’t get it in our room till the last (despite chasing, which we shouldn’t have to do!). Just expected more sparkle for such a special occasion.

I got an amazing end-of-season deal for bed & breakfast last October direct from the hotel website.
The swankiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Beautiful room, Molton Brown in the bathroom, curtains open & close automatically with the key card, great views of Santa Eulalia. Only 15 minutes’ walk along the promenade into town.
Superb breakfast that I ate on the terrace because the weather was good enough. Restaurants were fully booked while I was there. A good sign, but meant I couldn’t eat there.
Clarins Spa that I didn’t try and an amazing rooftop bar complete with sun loungers and plunge pool.

Our experience was probably tainted by the worst check in ever with a teenager spitting on us from a balcony above the reception desk. Staff were apologetic but could of been more proactive. I pointed out the likely culprit when he blatantly walked through reception staring at us but nothing was done.
Overall and trying to put that experience to one side, this hotel is looking very tired and some areas even looking a little shabby, particularly the rooftop adults only area.
Even though the rooftop pool is supposed to be adults only there were several occasions of children coming to the facility with parents and none of the staff seemed to challenge.
Much of the spa facilities were not operational during our visits which was disappointing as it’s a very nice spa.
Value for money in poolside restaurant very low. You would expect a 5 star hotel in Ibiza to be expensive. However, 25 Euros for a brioche roll with no salad or any dressing is just extortionate.
If your looking for a top class 5 star hotel in Ibiza this is not it. Nice hotel in good location with hard working staff - that’s the best I could say.

Just back from a long weekend stay for my wife’s birthday break.
Disappointing parts, not being able to accommodate our 16 & 13 year old girls in same room, when on our stay this could easily have been accommodated on the sofas in there corner suite which we wanted. But told we had to book 2 rooms. Also I mentioned twice that it was my wife’s birthday and nothing extra, stayed at many hotels every birthday and they all at least leave a bottle of wine. Showers in both rooms were cold three days out of the 4. Also they charged us 300 euros per room so 600 euros block on a card which I thought was over the top and the most I have ever been charged at any 5 star hotel.
While the hotel location and amenities were nice, it wouldn’t take too much to make it a bit special.
