We spent 2 days at the hotel with family and friends. It was fantastic! We had such a lovely time!
We stayed in the family room and it was very spacious for our family of 5.
The premises are very good and lots of to do, we came at the end of the season but I suppose it’s busier and with more activities during summer, but even though the kids enjoyed the pool and games they have around.
We, adults, also used the spa. We had massage and it was lovely! The masseuses (sorry can’t remember their name) were fantastic! The only thing I would say that the spa should be warm and inviting, we found the jacuzzi quite cold, the changing rooms were quite small and not enough space to get dressed.
We had our meals in the main restaurant and the food was really good with a great variety to choose from. The waiters were very friendly and helpful, but 2 of them exceed our expectations. Cristina Martinez and Begona Martinez were amazing! They were very friendly and went beyond to make us feel very comfortable and relaxed. Thanks a lot! We’d definitely come back again.

Great value for money
Rooms not luxury but fairly big and comfortable, except the bathroom was a bit too small for me. However they have bigger rooms available
Food is amazing, considering it’s all inclusive I give it good 5 stars. 9 out of 10 I had a great dining experience. All buffets are never too busy, and there 24/7 bar open as well.
Location is great, by all main clubs(was my main reason to choose this place) and close beach access
Service was good by the most part. Initially I had few issues however after talking to customer service representative Aldo everything was resolved and since then Aldo was always there for me. This 5 stars review is definitely because of him.
I’d definitely come back.

We have been returning to the Grand Palladium Palace year after year, and for good reason! The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we have the best holiday experience possible. Special thanks to Dani Parra from reception, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that all our requests were accommodated. Dani's lovely smile and warm hospitality truly stood out, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
The hotel itself offers a pampering, fun experience that keeps us coming back annually. The entire team works tirelessly to create a welcoming atmosphere, and we appreciate their hard work in making every stay memorable. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

I have no idea where hotels like this get their 5 star ratings from. I’m assuming that they are able to assign the rating themselves. I would say that this hotel is a 4 star at the very most. We stayed for 1 week with our 2 month old baby and we had a nice holiday overall although this isn’t somewhere we would return to.
The quiet pool is nice enough to sit around. The food and cocktails are average and there is nowhere decent to go outside of the hotel. The a la carte restaurants are basic and there isn’t anywhere nice to sit and have a drink at night.

This is absolutely not a 5 star hotel so it does not deserve a 5 star review. The rooms have the bare minimum, room service can rarely accept orders and the food they offer is below average. The only redeeming item was the pizza. I even ordered a wagyu burger from the “ gourmet” menu and it was absolutely not worth it. There is an additional $15 for delivery of room service too, which is absurd. You also cannot order drinks or food on the beach. This simply is NOT a luxury hotel so it couldn’t meet my standards. My family is part of a travel club and even with the additional “perks” you couldn’t pay us to stay here again. I also have to beg the front desk to stock the mini bar with water. Again, I spent 20% of my vacation on the phone with front desk and they just hang up.
That being said, beach and pool access is nice. The views are pretty and the rooms are really clean. Staff is also okay. Spa was also cute
