Our stay in the hotel was in general very good, the food was nice, with plenty of options and our room was comfortable and clean for me and my family. We would like to highlight the night shows, they were all incredible. We specially liked the bingo show. The kids absolutely loved the Mini club program and we were able to relax knowing they were well taken care of and having fun. Big thanks to Laura, Andrea, Paula and Guadalupe.

We had a wonderful stay and our two children absolutely loved the Kids Club. Every day they came back full of joy, excited to tell us about all the games and activities they had enjoyed. The staff were outstanding — always welcoming, caring, and professional. A heartfelt thank you to Samu, Carla, Andrea, and Laura, who went above and beyond to make sure the kids were happy and well looked after. Thanks to them, we were able to truly relax and enjoy our holiday knowing our little ones were in such good hands. It was an unforgettable experience that we would love to repeat

Had a very good stay. The room was comfortable. The food was excellent, and Pedro made the restaurant experience unforgettable. He was incredibly kind and fun – what a sweetheart! Service at the other bars was good, but the cocktails were overly sweet and lacked alcohol. The bartenders could benefit from proper cocktail training to improve the quality. The hotel should also address the issue of guests reserving sunbeds by the pool with towels without actually using them. It’s a problem, as everything gets taken quickly.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Staff were so attentive and polite. Special shout out to housekeeping. Every morning after we had gone for a quick breakfast, we found our rooms spotless clean, fresh smelling and tided up. They were also so kind every time we passed by them on the corridor they wished us a nice day. All waiting staff were amazing, they approached us straight away and offered refreshments. High level evening entertainment , we felt like we were in an actual theatre .(The Lion King was phenomenal) The only slightly negative thing was we wished it had a private beach with free sun-beds, (it had a beach just no free sun beds) but it wasn’t a big deal, the beach is very close to the hotel so we could go back anytime. Anna at reception was very helpful and Nicolette , the hostess at the restaurant was super nice. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, great value for the money ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went to the children's area so that my daughters could be entertained, and honestly, they couldn't have been better looked after. Andrea, Paula, Laura, and Samuel were lovely. They spent the whole morning playing with the children at the hotel. My daughters were delighted, so much so that in the afternoon they wanted to go back to the mini club. You do an incredible job, best regards.
