We stayed at Palladium Ibiza from October 13 to 16. On October 12 I tried to contact the hotel after hearing about severe weather, but didn’t get a reply. On the day of departure I finally got confirmation by phone that “everything is operational.” When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly and professional receptionist who helped us settle in. One of the pool areas was still closed after the floods earlier in the month, but the hotel was clearly doing its best. The room was beautiful and the location of the resort was perfect, with a hillside on one side and the beach on the other. It’s a great place for walks with a baby and generally very peaceful. Most guests were British and Dutch families with kids. This is not a party hotel and that was perfect for us. Everyone was friendly, but many reserved sunbeds all day despite the rules. When I asked staff for help because none were free, the answer I got was “It’s not my problem.” The restaurants were good overall, especially Portofino, but we mostly drink water and found it hard to get water that tasted right. Sometimes it was fine, other times it tasted chemical or like detergent. I think that’s where our problems started. On October 15 I developed stomach cramps, and by night my wife, who is breastfeeding, had the same but worse. The staff arranged for a doctor to come, which we appreciated, but after the visit we were asked to pay 300+ euros. Considering we got sick during our stay and couldn’t enjoy the hotel anymore, this felt unfair. The next day, when I tried to discuss the situation, a senior manager at reception spoke to me very disrespectfully and even threatened to call the police. It was shocking and unnecessary. Luckily, a younger receptionist helped me contact the clinic directly and they agreed to settle for 220 euros, which I paid. The clinic itself was polite and professional, which made the behavior of the hotel manager even more disappointing. Overall, the place is beautiful and many of the staff were kind and helpful, but the way the situation was handled at the end strongly hurt the experience. I really wanted to give this hotel five stars, but after how things ended, I just can’t.

🌟 An Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Entertainment! 🌟 I must begin this review with a big thank you to Dani Santana from the entertainment team! Dani is truly an asset to this hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed the activities ran by him, which added a special level of fun and engagement to my entire holiday. He is incredibly friendly and talented, making every session a pleasure. Beyond the activities, Dani's dedication to service was remarkable. If he didn't immediately have the answer to one of my questions, he would always follow up, find the information, and get back to me promptly—a sign of genuine care. He even took the time to personally assist me with the activity schedule when I was having problems downloading the App. His help was invaluable! Overall, I've had a truly wonderful time. I am leaving with an appreciation of the nice hotel and the excellent services provided by the entire staff. Thank you for a memorable visit!

We just got back and we’re still talking about how great our stay was. The hotel itself is really nice – comfy rooms and plenty of food options (sometimes a bit of a line at the buffet, but nothing too bad). What we loved most was that there were activities for everyone, both adults and kids. And speaking of kids… the Kids Club was amazing. Our little ones were so happy there, they didn’t even want to leave, which for parents is the best feeling. Huge thanks to Samuel, Carla, Laura, Guada, Rocío and Paula – they are an incredible team: patient, friendly, and always smiling. Because of them we were able to truly relax and enjoy some time together knowing the kids were in the best hands. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Hello dear Management and especially Human Resources team, I really hope that this letter will be forwarded to the respective employees and departments. I travel a lot, and whenever I came to Ibiza, I was usually a guest at Ushuaia. However, this year, the price and value simply no longer match. As a result, I chose the Palladium Select. Many people always think that the hotel’s facilities, etc., form the basis of a good hotel experience. But that’s not true. It’s the friendly, helpful, and dedicated staff that make the difference. As a guest, one can overlook various shortcomings (for example, water splashing outside the shower) if the staff is excellent. I would like to particularly highlight three employees here: Ashley (from Netherlands) at the reception is an outstanding, friendly, and very personable woman. She is always ready to help and fulfills every request immediately. I hope, dear Management, you are aware of what a valuable employee you have. Mike, or Miguel, at the Sports Bar, is an incredibly friendly guy. He remembered my name immediately, which impressed me even more two days later. He is an exceptionally kind staff member. Guest Service, unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but she is dark-skinned, very helpful, and friendly. I wanted a table at the Italian restaurant on the same day. She couldn’t reach anyone by phone, so she went personally to the restaurant to reserve a table. A few minutes later, she called me in my room to confirm that the table was reserved for 8:15 PM. I am naming only three employees here, but there are many more, especially in the restaurant area. As I mentioned, I travel a lot and know countless hotels. So please trust me — I think you, dear Management, have every reason to be proud of such employees. And as a side note, I am still at your hotel, so I will notice whether you forward my feedback or not. I sincerely hope you do, because your staff truly deserve it.
