Great hotel with outstanding staff:
We have had the pleasure to stay for a week at the hotel and have had an incredible experience. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in front of the door. Apart from the luxurious and well maintained interior it is the quality of the staff that really makes the hotel stand out. The facilities like sauna, gym and pool are amazing and the view from the rooftops is stunning. The hotel is a little far from the center of the city but the complimentary shuttle service takes great care of that. Total recommendation!

We have spent a very good time in this hotel. The room is not very large but it remains luxurious. We had no chance to enjoy the swimming pool which is quite small. Many thanks to Yin from the Club Lounge. She is super professional. We also suggest to enjoy the very good Italian cuisine of chef Francesco in the restaurant Gusto.

Too many things to say about the hotel.
Staff greet you on the door and will take luggage to your room for you. Reception staff are very friendly.
We had a minor issue in our room with the bathtub plug and this was sorted with in minutes of notifying staff. Brilliant service.
Rooms are clean and of a high standard.
The staff at the restaurant are as friendly as can be! They will seat you and greet you with menus. One member in particular is Garry. He goes out of his way for us by regularly checking if we are okay and needed anything. He also came round with the lighter on request for the cigar.
Another member is Shahnoza. She is super kind and walks around with a smile. She likes to check if we are okay and has a lovely conversation with us.
Thank you to everyone. Will definitely be coming back!!

The Morgans bar is great for the night out, really liked the place and atmosphere especially outdoor sitting, billiard pool. The service is excellent, feels like you are here very well welcomed. Shahnoza had been good host, with great hospitality. Really recommended!!

The hotel is really beautiful. very nice rooms, super clean and near by the city. You can go with the taxi or the metro. price-quality ratio is very good. Furthermore, there is always enough space at the pool. the service is very good. The life guard always keeps the swimming pool clean.
The restaurants offer very tasty food and there is plenty of choice if you opt for all-inclusive. Furthermore, the service is super friendly, especially Shakhnoza, Tapas and Garry. Great service, they are very service-oriented and have a nice chat with you!😊
