We really enjoyed our stay at the Al Bandar Rotana Hotel. It’s a great hotel with amazing customer service. Very modern, with lots of amenities: a big gym, kids’ club, workspace, and three restaurants. The staff are very friendly. We had to extend our stay at the last minute, and a supervisor did his best to find us the best option. We also got a very good package that included buffet dinner and breakfast — the food was excellent. The hotel is very clean and has a beautiful view with an infinity swimming pool. It’s a little bit small, but it offers a great view and plenty of seating space, with the option to order drinks and food. The valet service is very efficient, and they also offer apartment-style options, which are perfect for families.

I had a wonderful 8-night stay at Al Bandar Rotana, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. A special mention goes to Amit from the concierge/bell desk, who was incredibly helpful and professional. He assisted me with my luggage during both check-in and check-out, making the process smooth and stress-free. The hotel itself is spotless, with modern rooms, a great location, and a peaceful atmosphere that made my long stay truly relaxing. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall quality of the experience. My recent stay at Al Bandar Rotana – Creek was made truly exceptional thanks to Marilyn, the Front Desk Manager, whose warm professionalism and genuine hospitality left a lasting impression. From the moment we arrived, Marilyn welcomed us with a sincere smile, managed every request with impressive efficiency, and consistently turned even minor inconveniences into opportunities to deliver outstanding service. One of the most notable aspects of our stay was her dedication to meeting our request for six adjacent rooms on a high floor—something that is often challenging to arrange, especially with this number of rooms. Yet Marilyn went above and beyond to ensure not only that the rooms were next to each other, but also that they were among the finest available, adding an extra layer of comfort and luxury to our experience. Her calm demeanor, personal attention, and strong leadership clearly inspire her team, as every member of the front desk reflected the same attentive, grounded, and professional approach with highest standards of hospitality, transforming what could have been just another hotel stay into a genuinely memorable experience.

The hotel is nice and the staff were generally accommodating, they let us check in early and housekeeping were amazing. What lets it down is the staff are very pushy about giving them positive reviews, standing over you watching while you put on a review and even touching your phone to tap on 5 stars for you. If they weren’t so pushy I would be more inclined to give a positive review so it doesn’t work in their favour. The pool area is also very small so we were only able to get a sunbed on one day. I’m aware we could be added to a list so the staff could call us and let us know there was a sunbed free when one became available but it doesn’t seem logical when on holiday to sit in the room for hours waiting for a sunbed to become available so we ended up getting a taxi to the beach every day.

Spending our holiday here today is amazing... I find this hotel very satisfactory. The staffs are very friendly with a very good service. Today, I forgot my mobile from the lobby area and I was thinking I lost it, but immediately I contacted my number and recovered it from the management. Really, such good service and security is a thumbs up. As for the room, wow we have the creek view, I love it. Thank you Al Bandar Rotana Hotel, hope to enjoy the rest of our stay.
