I recently stayed at Al Bandar Rotana with my family for 6 nights in a Classic Suite, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Being in an unfamiliar country, I felt completely safe and at ease thanks to the exceptional hospitality and service provided by their staff. Each member of the team was extremely professional, attentive, and committed to delivering top-notch service, which truly made a lasting impression.
The hotel went above and beyond by providing complimentary breakfast and high tea throughout our stay, which added so much value to our experience. The food was delicious, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the service.
This is, without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in so far. My little girl and my pregnant wife were both incredibly comfortable and happy throughout our stay. The spacious and well-appointed Classic Suite provided all the comfort and luxury we could have hoped for, ensuring that our family’s needs were fully taken care of.
If you're looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, and warmth, I wholeheartedly recommend Al Bandar Rotana. It’s a perfect choice for families, and we will definitely be returning in the future!

The cultural experience left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly specially Mr Sajjad at the reception who help me a lot. My family and I truly grateful for his support. When I lost my wallet in the taxi, he went above and beyond by following up with the taxi company, and thanks his persistence, we were able to get the wallet within just 30 minutes. His kindness and dedication made a big difference, and I can’t thank you enough for that.

Fabulous hotel. Service was fantastic, they couldnt do enough. Food especially seafood night and Valentines was fantastic. Morgans needs a daily visit. Hotel was super clean. Pool area folk were very helpful and hardworking. The pool was nice and warm, with cold showers available. The salt and pepper restaurant theme nights were a good variation of some excellent dishes from across yhe world.
