We are currently staying at the hotel and highly recommend it to anyone who hasn’t yet had the chance to visit Pickalbatros Palace in Sharm El Sheikh. The food is absolutely delicious, the grounds are beautiful, and everything is impeccably clean.
The heated pools are fantastic—a paradise for the little ones and a perfect retreat for parents.
However, what truly sets this place apart is the hotel staff. This place is made special by incredible people. From the bartenders to housekeeping and the gardeners, everyone is exceptionally kind and performs their job flawlessly.
A special shoutout to Mostafa from the Concerto Bar and the animator Matheo—they are true professionals!

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in a family room!
The view was breathtaking, and the hotel was impeccably clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and always smiling, making me feel right at home. Plus, the price was fantastic! My only small gripe was the limited selection at meal times. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

Very good location and hotel for families with kids. Animators and personal speak all languages, are nice and kind, don’t disturb while vacation.
Rooms are clean and big enough. Comfortable and big beds.
Very good food in a la cart restaurant and on food courts.
Clean and warm pools. Beautiful beach line, good for swimming and play with kids.

Great place for family holiday. The little one is 2 and he loved the water. For a January holiday it was great, over 23°C up to 27°C. There are heated pools as well, very friendly staff. Lots of activities, lots of water slides. Food from early morning till midnight. Drinks all day and night long. Nice evening shows for the little ones and for adults. Can wait to come back next year.

Resort was spacious and spotless. The groundskeepers deserve a lot of credit for the way the resort is presented.
Perfect location on the beach (again, very clean and well kept area).
15 minutes from the airport.
Salad bar was very good although regular lettuce (the basis for any salad) was non existent in all but one restaurant .
Porterage for bags.
Great room attendant.

Numerous restaurants but the food was almost exactly the same in each one.
Food was mediocre. All just tasted salty regardless of the content.
Shocking lack of cocktails. Some bar staff did attempt a cocktail if you directly asked for it but others wouldn't. No cocktail menu at all.
No sparkling wine.
Plastic furniture on the patio/terrace.
Awful sunbeds around the main pool areas.
Very slippy floors throughout the entire resort.
Cheap toiletries.
Some staff rude beyond measure.
