Amazing experience at this hotel in Egypt! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the facilities were top-notch. The animation team was fantastic — always full of energy, hosting fun activities and exciting evening shows. They made sure everyone, from kids to adults, had an unforgettable time. Highly recommend for a lively and relaxing vacation!

The animation team was truly the highlight — full of energy, creativity, and always engaging with guests in fun activities. The hotel is very nice and the food and drinks was available at all times. For the Italian food here, it is so delicious, we ordered pizza margaritas and salad, it was too good. The spaghetti not that much i rate it 6/10. But the rest was really good. Also the staff was so friendly. I like it here❤️🌟❤️🌟

Might not be the newest resort in Naama bay but It is extremely comfortable. Location Is good and close to the center for nice walking After dinner. Restaurant/food is various and very high in quality. The beach Is Wide enough for the many customers and kept really clean. What impressed me the most Is the staff. Each and every one of them extremely kind and delicious. A special thank to Mr. Rami Who made our staying a Dream. For sure the place to get back in future. STAFF TOP!

Fabulous staff, very helpful regardless of how many times called or asked. My son had an allergic reaction and was confined to his bedroom, as he could not walk and go down to the restaurant to eat and drink. The staff specially asked the chef to make his soup as he was unwell. The porter drops it off to the room which was appreciated as that was the only food he had that day. The porters, cleaners, cooks helped with a smile even tough there was a language barrier and we're able to help and refer to others that could assist. Beautiful hotel, service and people, enjoyed our stay!
