It is a nice resort. All staff are very friendly and very accommodating. The food is not everybody’s taste but well prepared and presented. The food hall was often chaotic, and lacked any flavour. You have to cross a busy main road to the sister resort for the beach approx 750m away but the Red Sea was amazing and teaming with sea life.

Really good place to be, right across from the ocean and great service! It was a pleasure to stay here but… General food could be better but the add on restaurants were great! Amazing people working here offering an absolute amazing experience. Definitely worth it and will be coming back!

The hotel is located in Sharm, just 10 km from the airport. It is nicely decorated, and the rooms are quite spacious, featuring a sofa bed for children. The staff are very helpful, and the food is delicious. While there isn’t an extensive choice—as is often the case—everything is so tasty that we were all satisfied with something nearly every day. The grilled food is the best I’ve ever had. There is a large swimming pool, with plenty of lifeguards on duty, and the entertainment staff are both funny and friendly. The kids' club is a fantastic feature, and our children loved spending time with the lovely lady who played with them indoors. Around the pool, the sunbeds are very comfortable, although it’s advisable to wake up early to reserve one. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel prepared food for our outings (be sure to reserve the bags the day before) and even made a few copies of our passports for the various controls outside the hotel. The hotel is clean, although the toilet in our room could use a refresh; that’s the only negative point. Inside the room, we had quite a bit of storage space, a safe, two bottles of water provided every day, a fridge, and a balcony with a table and chairs. The room was cleaned every day, and leaving a little tip is recommended. There is a shopping area close to the hotel, just a 5-10 minute walk away. Great water park ! NOTICE TO ALL TOURISTS: DO NOT TAKE EXCURSIONS WITH THIS AGENCY WITHIN THE RESORT! Let me explain briefly: we agreed on a quad bike trip. The person at the agency, despite the agreed-upon price of 80 euros for a trip with two quad bikes and two dinners in the desert, deliberately wrote that it was for one person. After the excursion, the guy who accompanied us added another 20 euros; otherwise, he wouldn't have taken us back to the resort. I'll leave aside the scare they gave my girlfriend. Personally, I wouldn't have paid the blackmail out of principle, but never put the people you love in danger. We reported the incident to the facility (Ms. Aya), but apparently, this matter isn't really of interest. The person (a short, bald, elderly man) is still unconcerned about ripping off tourists, who then end up paying the blackmail to enjoy the experience. Who among us ruins a vacation for 20 euros after a year of waiting? IMPORTANT CONCLUSIONS FOR YOU, TOURIST FRIEND: Don't buy the quad here; go directly to the reserve and, for just €10 per person, have fun and relax. At the Safari Center entrance, you can speak directly with the operators and agree on the right price. Three days ago, I had left some negative comments here. Yes, at first things started off a bit unpleasant. However, afterwards, the hotel’s service and the staff’s dedication were truly wonderful. Thanks to all the staff, it now fully deserves 5 stars. You can come to this hotel with confidence. I have just one request: try smiling a bit more sincerely. Your hotel and your staff are truly amazing.
