Hotel was generally good. Only issues were the quality of the food and the fact that you have to beg reception to give you water on a daily basis… supposed to be included in the room and replenished daily but this is not the case! On a positive note, Youseff was great fun and an asset to the hotel. Malik served our table over the week and is the only person I’ve ever met who refused a tip. Two brilliant members of staff who made our trip an absolute pleasure.

Lovely hotel, staff very helpful, food could be better but always something I liked with large choice of dishes. Decent drinks for an all inclusive. Always found a sunbed as there are numerous pools all with their own bar area

food is amazing, Rofaida has great hospitality! nice to relax and pools are good. If you are young maybe avoid the entertainment team, one of them never leaves you alone. bar staff are great, make very good cocktails!

Rooms very dated, definitely doesn't look like 5* hotel but grounds are beautiful, lots of birds. The best thing about this hotel is the beach which is just across the road. The beach is amazing, lots of space and beautiful reef (you have to find it but it's there) . The food is tasty but there is chaos in the restaurant, always something missing like spoons etc .it lacks of atmosphere. Swimming pools are nice, some heated in winter. Small aquapark is neglected, half of it is closed. Overall it's good hotel (not luxury) and I would return simply for the beach itself.
