Upon arriving at the hotel, everything was perfect. I was greeted by the staff and promptly shown to my room. Special mention goes to Abdul Hamid, the cleaning staff who was on stand by and made us feel comfortable at all times. Any requests we had was fulfilled without any issues by Abdul. Really warm and kind and went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Would book again.

1st trip to Egypt, lovely hotel, although dated in places, could do with a freshen up. The staff in the Massage & Spa are brilliant. 3 treatments and I'm feeling on top form. Thank you. Shout out to the member of staff who looked after our room( 1212) WONDERFUL Spotlessly clean every day. Thanks so much to reception staff that organised Flowers And birthday celebrations for my wife. She loved them Thank you for a wonderful fantastic holiday,

We had been in this hotel from 22 dicembre to 28.booked as 5 stars but in reality, it's not . -The hotel is too far from the beach. Is using a transfer, but the time is not suitable for everyone. -Rooms are not very clean .many times, there are no towels in the bathroom. -Food the same every day with recycling dishes and everyday seing the queue . - Stuff are very kind and helpful . The hotel should be advertised as 3 stars, not 5 .

Do not stay in this hotel. The rooms are disgusting. Dead mosquitos everywhere and other insects in room after housekeeping. Old outdated rooms and very smelly. The hotel itself needs an upgrade and a proper clean. Management are rude and the manager prefers to deal with female complaints and requests. A bit suspicious some would say. Staff are confused and seem they all just follow orders rather than help on their own accord . Food is not edible if you have stayed at resorts before with fresh food. My advice is to stay away from this hotel. Wrong rating and area around hotel is just terrible.

This is a fantastic hotel . Staff are very lovely kind and friendly we had an Incident and they were marvellous at helping us out when unfortunately we needed hospital treatment. The hotel manager and the hospital relations manager visited us and provided complete support and help during this difficult time ( sent us a beautiful flower bouquet and a basket of fruit) provided full taxi service to and from hotel at no charge to us. Very genuine honest friendly staff throughout the hotel.
