If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast (8am to 10.30am), lunch (1pm to 3pm) and dinner (7pm to 9.30pm), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served from 11am to 10pm (except during meal times).

Our personal experience of this hotel and staff have been absolutely amazing. We have been so well looked after. As 2 women travelling on our own we have felt so safe. The staff, especially Nagy the security manager has gone above and beyond for us. The life guards, pool manager, reception staff have all been superb. The food is good, the activities are really good. The animation team have been amazing with us too. I really can’t fault this hotel at all and so pleased we chose to stay here. We’ve had a fantastic week and want to thank you all. Hayley & Ruth. Room 2102

I had the best experience in this hotel. It was my first time visiting Sharm el Sheikh and I am glad I chose to stay here. The staff is AMAZING. Very friendly and polite and the service is 10/10. I was amazed. Also I want to thank the animation team who were so fun all the time and so cute. All of you made me feel very comfortable. The food is soooo good. Had a variety to choose from everything and I wish my stomach was big enough to try them all. The rooms were minimalist but cute. I want to thank the cleaning guy for being ready to every request that we had. Thank you Parrotel for your amazing service! 🥰

The Hotel itself is excellent. It had big pools, great entertainment, a nice beach with corals, amazing food, amazing staff. The biggest let down is the rooms. A lot of the rooms look like they have not been updated since the 1970s. Not only this but they're very dirty and the cleaners don't clean whatsoever, despite getting left tips. I would say this is a 5 star resort, I'd give it 4 stars at best.

A lovely hotel, for all ages. Entertainment during the day and evening. Access to the private beach via an hourly shuttle bus, with snacks and drinks included. I cannot fault the service provided throughout the hotel, as long as you treat everyone with courtesy and respect (there were some guests who seemed unable to do this) the staff were polite and helpful to you. Our room was spotless and fully air-conditioned (thankfully) as it reached 40° on our second week! We definitely enjoyed our stay, it was totally relaxing.

All inclusive holiday but honestly the food on offer is shocking, Drinks package is mediocre at best, No wine until 6pm, all fruit juices taste of chemicals. On two occasions I witnessed staff members go to the toilet and go straight back into the canteen without washing their hands, That probably explains my constant stomach cramps and excessive toilet visits. Not what I expected from a holiday that cost £6500 for a family of five. The hotel needs a thorough deep clean, paid extra for a deluxe room with jaccuzzi which we never used as the water runs yellow and the jacuzzi is a bath which is rusty! Its certainly not 5* as advertised by Love holidays! The only plus point is the pool and friendly staff. Avoid at all costs
