Issue with bedroom at first when we were placed in a room with a totally see through bathroom door, tatty and outdated and we had an 8 year child with us which personally I don't think is appropriate but we complained and we're moved i to a muchmore suitable room, door was good location was nice but I wouldn't say there was a beach as such ... it was nicely set out and the surroundings were beautiful .. great snorkeling just off the jetty and bar staff, reception staff, cleaners, life gaurds and waiters were lovely ... in particular rahman who was amazing and always went above and beyond. Bit of a walk down to the sea if you struggle with mobility but there is a lift we went out of of season so there was a few bits shut... spa staff very persistent trying to get you to have massage etc..dive centre staff sell a trip to a dolphin show and if you have kids this is highly recommend it was amazing ... all in all great holiday

Really good drinks. Really good staff especially with the kids. And the AC was good. They have a great water park. Especially with the VIP bands it was great really recommend and we got great pictures of the sun and other. Want to go there another time.

Abanov Dawod was our cleaner boy for a week. He was very helpfull and supriesd us many times something special beautifull decoration of beds. The room was every day perfect.

I recommend you to avoid this hotel! The main issue is staff. Most of them don’t want to help you, you need to ask several times before they do their job and you need to waste your time. Sometimes they pretend they don’t understand you so they won’t have to give you what you paid for. There is no system, they are always redirecting you to someone else. Second issue - the rooms are very old, some days we didn’t have hot water in our room or the water was yellow. The cleaning is also not good. Avoid diving company Padi on the territory of the hotel (owner Anar) at all costs. The staff lied to us and didn’t return our money. The hotel manager couldn’t help with this issue. This was an awful experience and we were surprised by the way they would lie to our faces and then disappear and not take our calls. To sum up, it’s not 5 stars at all and the service is worse than in a normal 3 star hotel.

We came here as a family of 6. 4 children ranged from teen to age 2, we had a fantastic time kids enjoyed themself kids disco was good, food was good apart from the deserts and no icecreams included in all inclusive u pay extra $2 each. Slides opened up the day we left which was gutting for the kids but not a major inconvenience. Lovely private beach and great access to the red sea where you can see some lovely fish between your toes. Amazing snorkeling location. Lots to do on the resort, be sure to haggle in some shops as they will over charge you. I would come again!
