This hotel is not even 3 star. I 'd have given 0 star as comment if it was possible. We did not eat and drink in the hotel either they have no idea about cleaning or they don't clean food court on purpose. Thank god rooms are not so bad. Other customers are so loudy and no one in the hotel interfere that. They played music in the room until 4 AM - 5AM in the morning for 3 nights (three night!!!! all night!!! like there is a disco in the room!!!!!)... but no body gave a warning or try to stop the music. (not sure if this comment relevant to hotel but you decide. For me, this is something that they need to interfere.) No one knows english 'enough' in the hotel. No one needs to speak fluently, that is totaly ok. But this is a touristic hotel and the level is elementary almost. Location is not bad but find another hotel.

The hotel is well maintained and the public areas are spotlessly clean. The flower beds and gardens are immaculate, with well appointed illuminations at night. The pools are lovely and also the man made beach area. The best feature of this hotel are the attentive staff, who will go over and above their call of duty to make your stay memorable. The food is tasty, but like many all inclusives, quite repetitive, the drink though is limited and local spirits can be an acquired taste. Overall I would deffinately visit this hotel again in the future.

Issue with bedroom at first when we were placed in a room with a totally see through bathroom door, tatty and outdated and we had an 8 year child with us which personally I don't think is appropriate but we complained and we're moved i to a muchmore suitable room, door was good location was nice but I wouldn't say there was a beach as such ... it was nicely set out and the surroundings were beautiful .. great snorkeling just off the jetty and bar staff, reception staff, cleaners, life gaurds and waiters were lovely ... in particular rahman who was amazing and always went above and beyond. Bit of a walk down to the sea if you struggle with mobility but there is a lift we went out of of season so there was a few bits shut... spa staff very persistent trying to get you to have massage etc..dive centre staff sell a trip to a dolphin show and if you have kids this is highly recommend it was amazing ... all in all great holiday

Really good drinks. Really good staff especially with the kids. And the AC was good. They have a great water park. Especially with the VIP bands it was great really recommend and we got great pictures of the sun and other. Want to go there another time.

I recommend you to avoid this hotel! The main issue is staff. Most of them don’t want to help you, you need to ask several times before they do their job and you need to waste your time. Sometimes they pretend they don’t understand you so they won’t have to give you what you paid for. There is no system, they are always redirecting you to someone else. Second issue - the rooms are very old, some days we didn’t have hot water in our room or the water was yellow. The cleaning is also not good. Avoid diving company Padi on the territory of the hotel (owner Anar) at all costs. The staff lied to us and didn’t return our money. The hotel manager couldn’t help with this issue. This was an awful experience and we were surprised by the way they would lie to our faces and then disappear and not take our calls. To sum up, it’s not 5 stars at all and the service is worse than in a normal 3 star hotel.
