I had an exceptional stay at Mövenpick Sharm El-Sheikh! From the moment I arrived, the reception team provided outstanding service. The front office staff were welcoming, professional, and their attitude was truly remarkable. The check-in process was fast, smooth, and informative, making me feel valued right away.
The food was delicious, with a variety of tasty options that satisfied every craving. My room was spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.
I also want to highlight the amazing recreation services. The swimming pool was always clean, and the sunbeds were incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

From the moment we stepped into Mövenpick hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with amazing views and such a peaceful vibe. Our room was super comfortable and always spotless, thanks to the attentive housekeeping.
The beaches were absolutely stunning with vibrant coral reefs that are perfect for snorkeling and the beach staff were always on hand to make sure we had everything we needed.
The warm pool was a hit with our little one, and it was so nice to have a spot where our kid could enjoy swimming all day long. The kids’ club was another highlight; we could leave our child there to play and join activities, knowing she was well looked after.
A big shoutout to the animation team—they were incredible! The shows they put on were a lot of fun, and our kid especially loved the kids’ disco every evening. They really made the experience extra special for families.
Overall, the hotel had such a great energy, with friendly staff everywhere we went. It’s the perfect place for a family getaway, and we’d 100% recommend it to anyone.

I am spending my vacation at this hotel, and after a week, I can confidently say that the stay has exceeded all expectations.
Location and Rooms: The view of the bay is absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy. It’s always easy to find free sun loungers on the beach, which is especially important for a comfortable stay.
Dining: The food here is exceptional — the variety of dishes will satisfy even the most demanding guests. Fresh vegetables, beef, fish, squid, as well as crabs and tuna, make lunches and dinners a true culinary delight.
Service: Special thanks to Mr. Zakir, the chefs, and the waitstaff for their excellent work. The bartenders at the beach, the pool, and the lobby, especially Nader, are always friendly and professional.
Cleanliness: Cleanliness is maintained at the highest level — from the rooms to the public areas.
The only thing that surprised me a bit was the restriction on alcohol service until 12 PM. However, this didn’t spoil the overall impression at all.
There are many returning guests at the hotel, and now I completely understand why! This is a place you would definitely want to come back to again and again.

Awful experience. The view from the hotel is amazing as it's high over the sea, but everything else is terrible. Food is very limited and quality is poor. My son and I had upset stomach all the time. I think the level of hygiene is very low. Service in the hotel is definitely not 4-5 stars. Most of the staff is rude and not caring. You have to go at 6-7am to the beach to get a sunbed as there is very limited number of them. Same at the pool. There are little shops in the hotel, but the prices are crazy and assortment is limited. Lots of steps to go up and down everywhere in the hotel - definitely not for prams. Kids club is very old and nothing to do. Reception staff is extremely rude. I have no idea why such a good rating on Google maps?!? I was mislead by it unfortunately.

My husband and I came for our honeymoon. And let me tell you, it was the best choice ever. However there is no flawless vacation and there were a couple things that I want to mention:
The cleanliness of the room could be 8/10, the towels sometimes had stains on them.
The heating was kind of a trouble; the AC in the room didn’t work and the reception sent us a portable heater that was 30ish years old and broken.
The food was really good, but it was lacking options and kind of repetitive.
Despite these small inconveniences, my husband and I had the best time here. It’s absolutely gorgeous, the staff is super friendly and there are so many things to do. We went on a boat tour for diving and a safari, they were such amazing experiences. The activities could be booked within the hotel which makes you feel safe.
Lastly, the animation team did an amazing job keeping people entertained. There were dance classes, aerobics and other physical activities throughout the day. Shoutout to Alex, our dear friend from the animation team. We were absolutely blessed with the friendship and joy.
