I was very impressed with the amazing scenery from the minute I stepped in this magnificent hotel.The staff were all friendly, helpful & cheerful. However, with my extensive travel experience, I believe the breakfast manu could use some overall review. I expected a better quality & variety befitting of a 5 star establishment. Last but not least, had a complementary transport been offered to me at the time of my departure to my local destination, it would have been the icing on the cake to a great experience. I'll definitely be back

The hotel is at a nice location, you can walk to the town and snorkel at the beach food was good, the only thing the hotel should focus on is finishing the renovation of the rooms. There are some new rooms which look nice but the old ones are in a very bad condition .

The worst Hotel I have ever seen. It is not even up to be 2 stars hotel. It has only 1 lift, and mostly it is broken. The room has no amenities. The bathroom was flooded with water after having a shower. The quality of the food is beyond the expectations. The staff are zero friendly. My parents are a bit old and they had to go 3 floors upstairs because the lift was broken. I raised my concerns to the staff, and they just kept silent with cold hearts. I really regret being there and not recommended to anyone. They just care about taking your money, and value is ZERO in return.
