The rooms and bathrooms are very outdated, and there's a persistent bad smell from the bathrooms, even after cleaning. The hotel's best feature is its location, but the food is subpar. The pools are small and often crowded, making it difficult to swim. Additionally, there are no activities at night, so I ended up spending most of my time outside the hotel for entertainment.

Overall it is okay BUT Room and furniture are accepted The cleaning for the room and the pool was very good The meal are good but no varieties One big drawback they don't tell you about your rights and available facilities included in your package All staff treated us in a good way. The worst thing is the beach very very small. You can't find a place to swim.

We have been to sharm on plenty of occasions and fancied a change from our normal hotel. The rooms were a good size but very run down. The pools were good as were the staff. I am not a fussy eater but for a 5 star hotel this food / food choice was shocking to the point we actually got dinner out. I ended up checking out of the hotel into a different hotel in the end

Hotel is a little tired looking, though the staff, gardens, pools and restaurants are great. Plenty of busy and quiet areas depending on what you prefer and only a short walk or free shuttle to the nearby beach where you can still get your all inclusive drinks (and snacks at certain times).

the best hotel for staying in naama bay. staff is really nice and helpful ,starting from receptation,restautrant, room service and bar. Mr-osama is really friendly and helpful once you can ask for help ,he do his best to do it . very recommended
