Me and my family had a lovely time at this hotel. The food was so nice and everyone was so friendly. The bar staff were always asking us about drinks and if we needed anything and the animation were incredible. Lily took us to Hard Rock Cafe and it was the best night of the holiday. It made the stay amazing. 100% recommend

The staff here were amazing. The cleaners were brilliant in our rooms. Saedd and George the pool waiter were amazing with their service. Lilys always got us involved from the animation team. She gave us loads of information about the hotel and the locations we can visit.

Me and my family loved this hotel. We would 100% come back here again. The rooms were so clean and the atmosphere here was amazing. The animation were so including. Lily took us to the Hard Rock Cafe and we had the best time, this was our favourite night of our holiday.

Not a 5 star at all. Very bad service, from reception to the housekeeping supervisor. You have to wait more than 1 hour for everything you ask for. Even when you ask for something there is always a "NO SORRY". Also they don't give you the full informations. The last night we knew there was a night club at the hotel. Because no one informed us. The hair at the bedsheets and pillow so disgusting. Black spot on the sheets. Mima the housekeeping and Islam is the best. The housekeeping supervisor must be replaced by someone more professional. All the restaurant staff were so friendly and professional.

lovely hotel, really nice stuff and atmosphere. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the food however it is normal Egypt all-inclusive food. Just could be improved. There’s lots to do in the hotel and it’s a great location and close to everything. I have really enjoyed my holiday.
