I stayed at this hotel at the end of May 2024 with my partner for three days. Even before our stay, communication with the hotel via email was a struggle. When we arrived at 9 a.m., no one greeted us at the entrance. The check-in process was long and exhausting, with the reception staff making us stand around for ages. On the bright side, they let us into the room a few hours early, which was appreciated. The breakfast and pool staff were absolutely wonderful, but the same cannot be said about the reception and management, who were completely absent. Our room wasn’t cleaned until after 3 p.m., they gave us the wrong key, and no one took responsibility for anything. Half-board is not worth it—the hotel restaurants are slow, overpriced, and underwhelming. Despite leaving feedback with the hotel, six months later, no one has responded. A real shame!

I was about to leave the perfect review. The hotel, room, location is perfect. And the words in my head were - if you wanted an ice cream from the moon, they go try and get it for you. But here came the issue of coffee. As I am a coffee person I need to have it in the mornings. First, they forget to top it up in the room, tried to address twise - no response. When did, brought me more decaf when I asked for normal. Second, at breakfast time they bring you your drink. As I been at breakfast at different times. It’s not busy, but I had to wait 20 min for my cup of coffee which many times came out cold. One time I had to leave, still not had that coffee, asked staff to cancel that order, the lady became a bit snooty with me. I know it’s a small issue, but just doesn’t have to be an issue. The rest is great 😊

We stayed at this hotel recently and I must say we were absolutely thrilled. Everything was in the most perfect condition, from the comfort of the rooms to the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The staff was extremely helpful and always ready to assist, which truly added to the pleasant stay. The food at the hotel also deserves praise. Every meal was delicious and fresh, with a diverse selection of dishes. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was plentiful and varied. Overall, this hotel experience was outstanding and we would gladly return in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxurious and comfortable accommodation with top-notch service. Thank you for the unforgettable stay!

Extremely recommended! The room is big, very clean, and in a great location (if you're looking for a quiet place). The most important thing is how friendly the hosts were. It's a family business run by the nicest husband and wife, and their children are also helping and very nice. They really go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Definitely, I'm hoping to find the time to go back there

The hotel is right on the coast. Though it’s not very suitable for swimming. Walking distance to the harbor and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The pool in the spa area is very nice and quiet. The rest two pools are filled with family and kids. The rooms are simple and quite regular. The sea view from the room is nice. Good service and ok breakfast.
