Spent a week here in November 2024, and what a lovely hotel. NOT 5* IMO, but with some upgrades and refurbishment in places, it definitely could be. Staff were amazing and worked such long hours but always had smiles on their faces, and nothing was too much trouble. The food was superb. The staff in the kitchen are a credit to this hotel. There was so much variety, and they were cooking for different themed nights every day. Always something for everyone, regardless of your pallet, allergies, or intolerances. And drinks were constantly flowing. Set in a beautiful location, with a private beach and overlooking a lovely little harbour, it's perfect for watching the sunset too. It's got a decent sized pool. The pool bar food was amazing. Can't really fault the place, it just needs some work doing to make it 5* rather than the 4* that it should be rated at at the moment. But the fact there are a lot of repeat returning holidaymakers tells you there is something special about this hotel.

The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exquisite dining, all thanks to Chef Antonio. His dishes were nothing short of extraordinary—perfectly crafted with the freshest ingredients and a deep attention to detail. Every meal was a delight, showcasing his exceptional culinary talent.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, offering stunning views and excellent amenities. The staff were attentive and courteous, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway.

Wonderful stay. Staff were always smiling, friendly and helpful. We went all inclusive as our kids are fussy eaters and graze during the day and it was great. Could always get food, they enjoyed their pasta, burgers etc while my wife and I were able to enjoy a more varied diet. The selection was great and always something different to try. Enough things to do and plenty of day trips if you wanted. There’s a bus stop right outside as well if you wanted to take a trip on your own somewhere. The only two things to note, people try to reserve sun beds before 8.30am, don’t because your towels will be taken away, or stay with your towel past 8.30 and it’s fine if you then want to pop to breakfast. Not an issue, just a reality when it’s busy. Having said that, the pool attendants will always help you find a bed should you not be able to get one. Service is great and very quick, especially when there’s a bit of a queue for drinks by the pool - always moved very quickly. Kids loved the kids club (6 years old) and they would take them to the arts and craft places sometimes to do something different. Rooms were great and clean. Only gripe I could think of is the gym only opens at 8am, about the same time my kids woke up, so could never go. Would have been nice if it was open from 6am.

for a bathrobe and a towel, allow 48 hours of waiting... the floor of the room, the bathroom, the balcony, never cleaned with a mop...
the bathroom ventilation didn't work...
noises from the fridge motor in the room...
Very average food for the all inclusive...
1500 hotel guests for less than half the number of deckchairs, it's not possible to get a place near the swimming pool...
activity equipment in poor condition...
Pay attention to the prices of the hotel taxi service, very expensive, and not sure of the return...
it took 10 days of daily complaints to finally be considered by the hotel manager...
as best they can, the staff strives to help customers, but we are far from a 5-star hotel.

The Coral Beach Hotel is a 5 star hotel and for a good reason. The location, the rooms, the food, the service, and the pool are simply amazing. The staff will go to any length to please the visitors and do it with a smile. I experienced my first earthquake while visiting, a 4.9, at 12:30 in the morning. Both the rumble as well as the shaking did not have any effects on the hotel, but it was a scary thing nonetheless. I would highly recommend booking at the hotel for a pleasant stay.
