Lovely mid-size hotel with great staff (Nino in particular). Food good standard with a good range and varied across the week (we were half board).Setting for meals under the trees was lovely. Daily activities in the pool and evening entertainment.
Only points to note:
1. the adult pool is often in the shade
2. Only one water refill station so lots of single use plastic
3. Shower heads need upgrading albeit work fine

We’ve enjoyed your hospitality and can’t fault our stay at all. We stayed all-inclusive and the endless supply of food and drink buffets, pool service was exceptional. Lots of choice for all the family to eat like kings and queens. 😁

Just finishing up our stay here at Azia and it’s been lovely.
The first thing to mention is the hospitality from the staff here. Everyone is so nice and accommodating and really try to do the best for you. Special mention to Charlie on reception. Give them a raise immediately! So warm and so welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. A genuinely lovely soul and someone I would recommend for guest relations - they have the knack for it!
The hotel has everything you need. We had a lovely spa day on day one to get us holiday ready. The food is good and the buffet has a wide selection.
Small hiccup at the start as our room was opposite the evening entertainment. We’re boring bums who are in bed by 9pm, but my husband spoke with reception and we were showed a couple of alternative rooms, settling on one on a higher floor with beautiful sea views. Again, the help here was great.

Lovely hotel, ended up here as British Airways cancelled our flight so not in the best moods when we arrived. The staff are so lovely we instantly relaxed.
Great bar, great breakfast and lovely rooms. There was a hot tub on the balcony. The pool was epic and the beach is nice too.

This is at its best at three star hotel but 5star price, it’s full of tourist from the UK, which are probably very happy about seeing the sun. The personell who works here special reception is not very friendly and not very helpful. Food is very good. Rooms smell of oily ropes and dated and a very noisy and poor AC.
Also, the hotel has no refund policy so even if you have checked in, they will not refund you if you want to check out days early. . We would never come back
