The hotel is amazing. A lovely location. A beautiful pool area with many sunbeds. All the staff are friendly and very approachable. All the public areas are extremely well maintained . The room we were allocated was very spacious with beautiful decor. We had a lovely pool and sea view. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I can honestly say this was the worst ‘5 Star’ rated hotel I have ever stayed in.
I had twice in writing requested a quiet room on a higher floor. I arrived in the early hours of the morning and asked the receptionist to confirm my request had been honored, They confirmed it had.
We were exhausted and about an hour after falling asleep the balcony light started flashing brightly, intermittently, It was impossible to turn off and the blackout curtains were too small for the window. So I decided to take a shower, only to discover the bathroom grout was full of black-mold. When then steam reacted with the mold I had an allergic reaction, and spent till sunrise wrapped in a blanket on the balcony.
Then at 10am music started playing very loudly round the swimming pool in front of our room– which continued in one form or another till 11.30pm, From disco to funk – the sound-quality was terrible, then bingo ‘ then karaoke. The rooms are not soundproofed.
At 10.30pm I called the reception and was told the Bingo would be finishing in 5 minutes, It didn’t, then the music started.
It had been impossible to have an afternoon nap, we were exhausted so went down to reception and told them we were leaving to sleep elsewhere for the night.
The following day we were given a piece of paper and told to write out the complaint and it would be sent to head office.
We were moved to another room – that night at about 3 AM about a dozen people returned to the room next door and partied till the sun rose. We asked them to be quiet but they were drunk and disorderly.
We left the hotel the following morning and 2 weeks have since passed and we’ve had no response to our complaint.

I took my two daughters to this hotel in Mid July. Weather was amazing.
Transfer to the hotel was quick and stress free.
Check in at 2am was smooth. Room was clean and had everything we needed minus an iron but I knew that in advance.
Got used to where everything was pretty early. The food was good, always a different meat and fish dish everyday. Nice pasta, nice salads and a good selection of breakfast, cakes and deserts. I am a bit of a foodie so didn't know what to expect but the week we were there i couldn't fault it...oh...hash browns are like cardboard . Drinks were all good and no major queues for anything.
Beach isn't great so we got a taxi to Venus beach just down the road which was stunning for what we wanted. A nice swim!
Pools are huge and the water park is great and so much to do the kids will love it.
We took a taxi into Pathos on one day to get the girls hair braided and the hotel arranged the taxi and it was pretty straight forward.
Probably one of the better hotels I'd seen and looking to go back to Cyprus there aren't really any other hotels that look better

Rooms were okay, just needed to be touched up a bit more and the cleaners need to actually clean, because they don’t hover/sweet before they mop the room floors, they just mop up the hairs already on the floor and then because the mop is so dirty we had loads of hairs of other peoples hairs in our rooms too. Service was also good, entertainment is good. Drinks are very strong. Food also was good. They could do with maybe enforcing a rule where towels cannot be put down by the beds from the day before as people were reserving their beds by the pool from the day before as there is no rules on when you can put your pool towels out at

I visited this hotel for the first time and my experience was really good, the staff is very good and helping, room are well developed, nice pool, nice view, food is very tasty there but I want to have more option in Cyprus food. I celebrated my birthday there and we had party with owner and managers. Everything was very nice. I want to suggest everyone to visit this hotel when you go to Cyprus. Thanks🤗
