We have visited the hotel many times as we find the service, location and rooms very good. In our last visit (18/1/25) Rooms were very clean, food was nice and service was excellent. Music at night was also a charming addition in our overall stay.

The hotel is amazing. A lovely location. A beautiful pool area with many sunbeds. All the staff are friendly and very approachable. All the public areas are extremely well maintained . The room we were allocated was very spacious with beautiful decor. We had a lovely pool and sea view. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel, more like 3 star. The staff were kind and pleasant, the drinks were good and so was the food. However the hotel itself is run down and needs updating. Exposed electrics, ceiling falling down in the indoor pool, really strong sewage smells on the gym/indoor pool floor. There is a small mini supermarket in the hotel but be warned the priced are extortionate (€7.90 for one packet of tampons, €2.50 for small Pringles, €20 for one pack of dummies!!!).
It’s really not luxury. The pool towels can only be exchanged every 3 days.
Welcome juice on arrival is nice.

I can honestly say this was the worst ‘5 Star’ rated hotel I have ever stayed in.
I had twice in writing requested a quiet room on a higher floor. I arrived in the early hours of the morning and asked the receptionist to confirm my request had been honored, They confirmed it had.
We were exhausted and about an hour after falling asleep the balcony light started flashing brightly, intermittently, It was impossible to turn off and the blackout curtains were too small for the window. So I decided to take a shower, only to discover the bathroom grout was full of black-mold. When then steam reacted with the mold I had an allergic reaction, and spent till sunrise wrapped in a blanket on the balcony.
Then at 10am music started playing very loudly round the swimming pool in front of our room– which continued in one form or another till 11.30pm, From disco to funk – the sound-quality was terrible, then bingo ‘ then karaoke. The rooms are not soundproofed.
At 10.30pm I called the reception and was told the Bingo would be finishing in 5 minutes, It didn’t, then the music started.
It had been impossible to have an afternoon nap, we were exhausted so went down to reception and told them we were leaving to sleep elsewhere for the night.
The following day we were given a piece of paper and told to write out the complaint and it would be sent to head office.
We were moved to another room – that night at about 3 AM about a dozen people returned to the room next door and partied till the sun rose. We asked them to be quiet but they were drunk and disorderly.
We left the hotel the following morning and 2 weeks have since passed and we’ve had no response to our complaint.

Perfect experience. The staff was charming, there was a big variety of food, and the snacks between the meals were amazing.
I highly recommend the hotel and for sure will come back!
