Wide selection of food, 6 meals a day. Excellent pool, gym, and sauna. Very satisfied, highly recommended. The room is clean, they clean and change towels every day. A luxurious spa center with excellent wellness massages. A huge thank you to therapist Giannis for his professional approach.

Just back from our holiday. We stayed in a sea front room 239 direct Seaview. The hotel was spotless throughout. Our room was beautiful and very spacious. Sadly only 6 coat hangers for 2 people so need another 6. ? Food was a fabulous choice for everyone. It was hot and full of flavour. . Breakfast was just as good and delicious omelettes made for you. And the little lady who made them was just lovely to us. A Big thank you to Natalia in Housekeeping for sorting out our bed issue. You are a STAR. Judita at the pool bar next to Greg restaurant was fantastic always so happy thank you to you ! The Greek restaurant was fantastic. The Mexican was not good at all. No flavour No spices. Bland and cold. Italian always full . Our only let down was the evening entertainment. It was really bad. So this needs a big change. The hotel reception staff and guest relations manager Georgina were all fantastic and so helpful. We got invited to the general managers cocktail party. That was brilliant outstanding canopies served. And such a wonderful GM . We had a very quiet week away . Coral beach is only 20 mins by bus. And you can walk along the seafront to the amazing marina . .

We arrived at the hotel, and on our first evening there was no hot water in the room, the Wi‑Fi wasn’t working, and the air conditioning barely cooled. It was not a great start to the holiday. The following morning, we asked the staff to address the Wi‑Fi issue. The hot water was restored, but the air conditioning remained only moderately effective — it cooled a bit at night but during the day the room was uncomfortably warm. A router was installed in the room, though it seemed no one had checked if it was functioning properly. We contacted reception again, and they returned to fix the problem. By the end of our second day, the Wi‑Fi issue was finally resolved. The food was plentiful and average overall, some dishes were quite good, while most were simply acceptable. A few notable points: - The alcohol bar was excellent, offering great cocktails and quality liquor. - The staff in the dining areas were friendly and attentive. at reception, service was mixed some staff were welcoming, others less so. - Housekeeping in the room was decent, but the corridors were dated, dirty, and stained. Overall maintenance was below average. - The hotel is visually impressive, with many pools and numerous bars available. - Free parking was available and convenient.

It's not 5 star. The public areas are nice and there is lots of space. The pool area sunbeds are comfortable if you can get one. Unfortunately early risers claim the beds by laying towels on them and then disappear for most of the day it's rare to find a spare bed around the pool after 10am. There are other less popular areas to choose from I should add. We arrived at 11.30pm and the gentleman behind the desk was charming and very helpful. The bar staff were less so they obviously wanted to go home. The bedrooms are OK but everything needs decorating and new bedding etc. The hotel is close to the coastline a rocky descent takes you close to the water. It's not easy to get to for the less nimble footed person. The main reason for coming was a family wedding. The hotel catered well for it and it was a joyous occasion. It was the biggest wedding party they'd had there but the staff worked well to make it a success. I visited the spa and had a full body massage with physiotherapist Giannis. It was absolutely fantastic he worked wonders with knots and tension spots. Would I go again? Probably not because of the location and lack of beach and sea paddling/swimming.

We arrived on Friday evening to a light spacious reception area, the whole hotel is light and spacious spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The food is buffet style which seems the norm in cyprus with plenty of variety. We had a very good experience staying at the king evection and would recommend it to anyone
