It wasn’t perfect BUT still the best holiday we had so far with kids and all inclusive. Not quite 5 stars, but all in all it was worth every penny, a few small things could be improved. Most of the vibe also comes from the amazing entertainment team (especially for the kids) and some of the people supporting our stay, from waiters to the bar. Cleaning was good, but maybe some days a bit later during the day. Very good food with a variety of dishes, only thing you had to wait for was the gyros. There was always something for everyone and very good quality for all inclusive buffet. Nice and clean beach and sea, with a few other things to do around.

Absolutely great place for a family vacation. The food is very tasty. The sea is wonderful. The beach is right next to the hotel. Christina took care of our room's cleanliness and was very nice. The people here are very kind and accommodating. We can warmly recommend it as a family, whether for a stay with children or without.

Amazing Hotel: The service was above any expectation. The dining room offers fresh and delicious food. The kids loved the activities and the evening shows. The atmosphere is so calm and lovely. On top of this, we had an issue with our flight back, and the hotel helped us. They were involved and careful.

Nice place, comfortable rooms but I still have some remarks. The sun beds are with tax even though they have their private beach. Wine is served from plastic cups, this is not normal for a 5 stars hotel. Inside the rooms there were a few ants around the bathroom. The beach is not clean as should be for a 5 stars hotel. The Animation team is great and they are doing a great job, the housekeeping and hotel staff are friendly and they are eager to help.

This is not real 5* standard. Rooms were not cleaned carefully (very dusty) -door to the bathroom were covered with finger prints after previous guests and were not cleaned during our stay, our baby cot was so dirty so I needed to ask for new one. Cleaning lady did not refill soap under shower unless specifically asked. Food generally was good but on breakfast all pastries were low quality, fruits (i.e. oranges) were not peeled and cut into slices, jams and sometimes deserts were not signed (you need to guess what flavour is this). There were no water bottles in the room, you get 2 at the beginning and than you need to do refill (next to the swimming pool) so everyone was buying water in the shop and carrying to their rooms, which is ridiculous. Kids club was a disaster, very untidy, the only attraction was crayons and paper. Ladies at mini club were not involved. The guy responsible for the luggage starts work at 7 AM so if your flight is early in the morning nobody from the hotel will help you with the luggage. Only lobby bar, pool bar and restaurant stuff (at least some of them) were at good level. The hotel has a huge problem with insects, probably they do not perform spraying in the garden and it is impossible to stay outside after 8 PM. This hotel should be rated max 3,5*/4*. Definitely we will not visit again this place.
