We really liked the hotel! Good location, close to public transport! Good service, very good-natured and friendly staff, you will never be left without attention! All requests were responded to immediately! The food is abundant and varied!

Enjoyed staying at this hotel, we deliberately chose it as it is in the centre of town and wanted some biz in Nov/Dec. The pool area is a bit tired and didn't get much sun at this time if the year. Our room 1020 was nice enough, lots of space. It has a double wardrobe with some shelves however no drawers. The bathroom was good with an excellent shower (bottom of glass door needs a good clean). Nice shampoo, conditioner/shower gel & body lotion. We had a wrap around balcony but only had very basic table and 3 chairs, I think in the summer this would be disappointing, loungers would be good. Unfortunately the air conditioning had been switched off when we were there, the room was warm and we therefore had to keep the balcony door open all night. Our room faced onto the pool and was quite noisy at night, when bins were emptied. If you have paid for the 'My Favourite Club' you will have some wine, beer and juice in your fridge in your room. The best thing about this club is the small room on the ground floor, only for club members, free alcohol all day and some snacks, it's a lovely social space. The restaurant is nice space, very clean. Breakfast is good with ample options. Dinner however is very repetitive, not particularly nice and the food is cold, a microwave is provided!! Really disappointed on 2 nights a group of children and their helpers were staying in the hotel, ADULTS ONLY!!!!!

Lovely hotel, well located with just a little walk from the metro station. Very convenient if you have to catch a train to Málaga airport or to the city. Great selection of food for breakfast and dinner with live cooking. It's buffet service and the dinner menu changes daily with lots of seafood dishes. There are lots of pubs and restaurants nearby if you want a change. Friendly and efficient service staff. I had a few small issues with the room, but I would definitely book this hotel again on my next trip.

I really loved staying here, the rooftop bar was great for cocktails and drinks, breakfast was amazing, we forgot the plug adapter but we got one from reception for a €10 deposit which we got back. The hotel itself is overall very clean and modern, staff are more than welcoming. I would recommend to anyone looking into staying here!

This hotel has a great location. Very handy for the shopping area and only a couple of minutes walk. Ideal for the gay village which again, is 2 mins walk. The beach is around a 10 min walk. The reception is lovely, clean and modern and the staff are great, very helpful including the cleaners. The rooms need upgrading, very tired and used. The bathroom is way too small and in need of an upgrade. Balconies are very small and can only just squeeze 2 people on there. But the views are outstanding, the higher you go. The upgrade/my favourite club is well worth the price. You get a mini bar and access to a small room in the reception which is full alcohol, soft drinks, snacks etc. However, they do give you a wristband for this which is unnecessary. It looks like you are all inclusive which you are not. Why can't they just give you a different coloured key card? Rooftop bar is amazing too, great views and a chilled vibe. All in all a good hotel, just needs some more touches to make it a 4 star.
