This is a superb hotel. Completely renovated (except the lifts😄) The decor was modern, the staff extremely friendly and the view from the smart new roof top bar was spectacular. We were staying bed and breakfast. The power shower was great and the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a wide choice and a few things were different each day. The coffee was delicious! Location spot on, a 5 minute walk into the old town with loads of bars, restaurants and shops. The bus stopped outside the hotel and the train station was 5 minute walk. This hotel was as good as it gets 10/10

Great location with nice resturants bars and clubs. Highly recommend we shall return.
The staff from reception breakfast and housekeeping as all welcoming and friendly. In our room we left some money for housekeeping staff, as they were fantastic. Everyday when we came back to our room it was cleaned to a high standard.

Excellent location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had an issue with my first room and they were proactive to switch me to another room. The hotel is a little older and needs a good refresh. The shower towels were needing replacement. The room bathrooms were very small in size. I could hear people in the neighboring rooms. The pool area had a lot of chairs which was nice as it was a busy area.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location!
The staff are all lovely, the hotel is clean and very modern, the rooms are well equipped although our shower door didn't close properly so we has to angle the shower towards the wall so we didn't flood the floor.
The pool area is really nice directly around the pool but the overflow areas need attention, these areas aren't paved and the area at the top up the stairs has a lot of cat excrement so smells dreadful.the large canopied beds were free to use when we first arrived but then were chargeable at the weekend so remained empty although there was a shortage of beds at the weekend which was a shame. Great entertainment every day pool side, the singers were fab ad was the violinist
All in all we had a fantastic stay, the location of the hotel couldn't be better.

Great location, staff really friendly and helpful. Public areas are nice,I would say the corridors to the rooms need updating and the lifts. Rooms are nice and spacious, comfortable, soundproof could do with some improvements.
The pool area at the back and on the other level really needs looked at, if your not quick enough to get at the pool then your subbed is in the earth as the grass is all gone.
