I stayed at this five-star hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, offering a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere.
The hotel’s facilities were also top-notch. The gym was well-equipped and had almost everything I needed for a good workout. The pool area was great, with a bar conveniently located nearby.
The location was convenient, within walking distance of all the major malls, and the view from the room was stunning.

Additionally, the location was perfect—close to major shopping malls and just a short walk from a variety of local restaurants. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient and enjoyable. We have stayed in this hotel four times and it never fails to disappoint.
Service and staff are 5 star.
A special mention to our regular door man/receptionist Golf in who was absolutely incredible and helped to make our trip the best ever. My husband was dealing with an injury and he treated us like family, with so much care and kindness. A great example of the Thai hospitality.
The food was always good, particularly the buffet breakfast.
As always, we will be back again to experience this five star service.

The hotel is very clean and have a nice scent. The house keeping team is doing a great job in keeping the room clean and tidy, thank you tong, nao, bang for your service . The ambience of the hotel is good and location is great too as it is easy accessible. The service staff at the lobby and reception area are polite and helpful . Their smile create positive vibes. Should we back in Bangkok again , we will want to stay in Amari as it is indeed a happy stay.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel!! The staff were incredibly friendly .especially cream and July who went above and beyond to help us. The convenience of the location made shopping breeze. I highly recommend this place for anyone. Oh ya, also have little special in our room like local desserts for us to try.
