The rooms are spacious and clean, the interior boring and plane though.
The breakfast was good with a lot of variety.
The location of the hotel was fantastic and especially the direct hotel surrounding, with the pool and grass overlooking the ocean. Not at all overcrowded as all the other hotels.

Hotel is def too expensive for what it offers. Rooms and facilities not as fancy and new as they look in the pictures. Cleaning service was not efficient. Towels and pillow cases several times dirty. Location by the seaside is definitely a saver, but there was loud music from the bar nearby in the evening until late at night. There were as well boat parties passing by the seaside right at front with annoyingly loud music so forget about restful sleep. Nice promenade for walks but no direct access to the beach from the hotel. Breakfast nothing special, coffee in particular is a disappointment. Stay somewhere else.

My colleaques and i enjoyed our stay a lot. The rooms are clean and spacious, nice area around, dinner well prepared! Zhanna from the receiption was helping us so much, she did a lot to us, very friendly woman. 5 stars!

In my honest opinion, this hotel deserves only 1 star, because the breakfast is quite varied.
Apart from that, we spent more than 250 € per night for:
- a room advertised as a sea view room, which in fact was a pool view room, without any privacy (all guests in the garden or by the pool could see inside)
- dirt in the room (dust on the floors and stains on the toilet, so much so that I had to clean it myself when I arrived)
- little customer care from the staff (the receptionist, when checking out, did not even bother to ask "how was your stay?" - guys, haven't you been taught the ABC's of hospitality?!?
The pool is OK, nothing special. The beach in front is a pile of seaweed and not suitable for swimming. The location of the hotel is inconvenient compared to the attractions Paphos has to offer.
Do me and yourself a favor, spend your money more wisely, because in fact, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

It's a shot show. The rooms are ok. We booked a family suite. The location is great and access to beach. The pool is like swimming in pee - hot and dirty. The food is disgusting. Breakfast area is hot and not clean.
The reception is a disaster.
