We spent a few nights here and were warmly welcomed with a glass of bubbly upon arrival, setting a great tone for our stay.
The weather was fantastic—sunny and comfortably in the mid-to-high twenties, aside from one storm. We stayed in a deluxe room with a lovely view from the balcony overlooking the pools and the sea.
One unique feature was the sunbed allocation system. Sunbeds were assigned for the duration of our stay, you could switch beds anytime as long as other options were available, which worked out really well. However did notice that a lot of the sunbeds reserved around the main pool were booked but not being used.
The food was generally good, but the buffet had a smaller selection compared to other hotels we’ve visited. Since we visited during the off-season, some restaurants and bars had already closed for the year, so our dining options were a bit limited.
The cocktail menu, however, was excellent, and there were plenty of bars around the resort, so we never had trouble getting a drink.
As for the location, it was decent. There’s a small "beach" next to the hotel, though accessing the sea meant navigating some slippery rocks. Fortunately, a proper sandy public beach, called "Sandy Beach," was just a 10-minute walk away. It’s a nice spot with a bar, sunbeds, and even a volleyball net.
The friendly cats around the hotel added a charming touch.
All in all, we had a very pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks due to the season.

Nice hotel with some really lovely features. Sunbed allocation is great. Biggest disappointment was the beach, you have to climb over very sharp and slippery rocks to get in the sea. I'm a confident swimmer but didn't make it further than knee high as I was worried about falling. Worth bearing in mind if sea swimming is really important to you.

Had a decent week-long stay at St George Beach Hotel in late October/early November. The best things were the weather (sunny and mid-to-high twenties despite one big storm), the clean, easy-to-access beach and overall location — a flat boardwalk links you to other parts of the coast. The grounds are also nicely landscaped. However, the resort had an end-of-season vibe, which was slightly disappointing in a four-star hotel. The corridors on our side of the hotel looked a tad tired, and our room was in a similar state, requiring refurbishment. Service was good, especially from Victoria and Rushan. In the final days of our stay, some bars and restaurants shut down for the year as indicated they would. Food in the buffet restaurant was okay for breakfast and lunch, but dinner was a bit underwhelming. Little was cooked fresh and
food left in the hot plates was sometimes overdone and bland. Salads were good, although there could've been more fish and fresh vegetables. Food and service in the à la carte restaurants was much better. The coffee and drinks from all the bars were great.

Stayed here as part of an all-inclusive holiday. The hotels foyer is beautiful. The rest of the hotel needs an upgrade, which was happening when we left. Rooms are basic, but do the job. Staff are great, very friendly and helpful. 5 a la carte restaurants, which you can book during your stay. Other restaurants and dining areas are buffets style, with a good variety of food stuff, not a lot for vegetarians ,as Liz found out. Situated just off the main road, handy for the bus, if you want to explore. Only complaint, sun bed allocation!! Didn't like it,we were put in amongst trees, not a lot of sun, then moved, after asking, after our 4th day to the pool.

Very nice hotel! Staff great, food great. Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. I would have rated 5 stars but our room wasn't ready on arrival (although it was dealt with quickly) and riped my trousers.
