Excellent service with friendly and accommodating staff who are always eager to assist, answer questions, and offer suggestions. Raoul and Jeffrey have been outstanding, making the team fantastic overall. The room is very spacious, featuring stunning views, a huge bed, and pleasant decor. The bathrooms are impressive with a large walk-in shower and a spacious bathtub. Lovely treats left on the table to welcome us were a nice surprise. Breakfast is delicious and varied, offering plenty of choices to suit any taste. Finally, the hotel smells wonderful with a custom scent created specifically for Anantara. An overall great experience!

Amazing hotel. Very nice and stylish. Staff are supportive. The rooms started to age and probably will require renovation soon. I requested connected rooms in my booking but unfortunately did not get it. The breakfast buffet is nice and full of options. Special thanks to Ashiq from Housekeeping. He is so kind, friendly and keen to provide any help with a smile on the face.

Nights in Courtyard truly exceeded my expectations! The buffet was a feast, offering a diverse range of dishes that were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. There was something for everyone, and each bite was delicious. The service was top-notch; the staff were attentive, warm, and made us feel so welcome. The live singer added a lovely vibe to the evening, enhancing the already beautiful atmosphere and making the experience even more special. I really enjoyed my time at the pool at Anantara Downtown! The atmosphere was wonderful – cool and relaxing, perfect for lounging. The staff were very attentive and the veggie sandwich I ordered was fresh, flavorful and filling. It’s a great place to enjoy a pool break with great food and a relaxed atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone!
