What a fantastic stay! We were thoroughly impressed by the hotel’s service, amenities, and cleanliness. Our room was very spacious, with plenty of bottled water, and we even received a fruit platter upon arrival. The Courtyard is a lovely spot to dine, enjoy a drink, and relax. We were especially impressed by Tayyab, who was always incredibly helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay at Anantara Downtown Dubai again!

My preferred place to stay when in Dubai. I have regularly stayed here since 2017 and the standards are maintained, particularly when it comes to staff. The general hospitality is exceptional. While I missed Joseph this time around (the warmest of welcomes always), I must express gratitude to Kenneth, Nicholas and Antony who all delivered the highest level of service. No hesitation staying here again!

A true 5 star hotel. Fantastic service, great staff and exceptionally big rooms and bathrooms. I really mean it was a big hotel room and equally big bathroom. I had breakfast included in my stay and it was great. Location of the hotel was good as well. Middle of the town and close to Dubai Mall.

Had the best massage and facial with therapist Thertne! Her technique is incredible—melting away tension and leaving me deeply relaxed. The facial left my skin glowing and refreshed. She’s professional, skilled, and truly exceptional. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!
