This place is supposed to be a four star hotel. Alas this is not the case. The bathroom is filthy. The smell coming out of the drains is appalling. They don't clear rooms daily and I have not yet worked out when they will come back.
The all inclusive package in the restaurant is the same every day. You have to walk outside to the hot food counter to pick up a dish of the day. They have been cooked but there is no secondary heat on the serving counter so the food is always cold. No international food here such as croissants or bacon and egg. Not even a burger for the kids.

We had a two-night stay booked at this hotel in June 2024. The first day, we arrived around 23:00 and were given a ground floor room (Burdur room). When I stepped out of the bathroom, I saw a cockroach on the floor, screamed and jumped! We immediately called the reception to change the room, they did not! They just came in the room to take the cockroach out. We also found lots of rubbish left under the bed, which is probably why there was a cockroach. The next day, we saw another cockroach in the room and we left the hotel immediately. They refused to refund our money. It’s a disastrous place, no hygiene, and bad customer service. Please do not ever book this hotel!

Internet is Charged at a fee.
No Parking in hotel, very hard finding space's outside.
Food & Drinks que's very long as only one station each.
No Whiskey, only beer, gin, vodka & wine. No Diet drinks.
Staff kind but you can't communicate.
Location great as shops outside.
Stay away from Abdullah the Events Manager, he will take money from you for things which are free.
Yasmin at the front office was helpful & kind.
Overall this hotel rated 4 Star is in Amenities but NOT up to standards.

Does not match the descriptionThe four-star hotel turned out to be a boarding house. The view from the window was horrible, there was an unbearable stench in the bathroom, a lot of mold, and cockroaches running around. And this was a "Standard" room, not an "Economy" room. There were also dirty plates, forks, knives, and towels. Everything was very neglected. The biggest problem with this "four-star hotel" is cleanliness: people clean, but it doesn’t get any cleaner. The advertisement stated that there was free Wi-Fi in the hotel lobby, but in reality, it cost $10. The sauna and bath were supposed to be free according to the advertisement, but they cost $15.
