Had a wonderful week at the JS Sol Alcúdia. The breakfast and dinner buffet was always very tasty and staff were very accommodating. The hotel pool was enjoyed by our son and he loved saying hello to the lifeguard. The hotel also has an adult spa area my wife and I enjoyed relaxing in. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and main road for buses. It also has nightly live entertainment. We would recommend staying and come back again. A bit of a warmer outdoor pool and slightly earlier evening entertainment would be our only suggestions. Thanks JS Sol.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean room. I found the evening dishes to be too reliant on meat. Most dishes had some sort of meat in or on them and the labelling wasn't clear as to what anything was (or wasn't). So a warning to vegetarians and vegans that the options are (unnecessarily) limited. The worst part was that there was a vegan section with artichokes in a tray that were clearly garnished with bacon bits (I asked to confirm this and the member of staff simply removed the "vegan" label and left them there) 🤦🏻‍♂️

Great hotel, the staff are fabulous and there was always hot water for showers. There's a lovely little Spa on floor 1 which overlooks the child-friendly pool. Hotel rooms were a bit small but that was my only complaint. Rooms cleaned daily, towels also changed daily. Allergy information available from the chefs in the restaurant and they were always happy to advice. Shout out to Daren, made great omelettes every morning. All the restaurant staff deserve a mention, including Antonio with that lovely smile.

Currently staying at this hotel, from check in till today I wouldn't recommend this hotel. We were asked to pay for our stay upfront with we did, we weren't offered any help to bring our bags upstairs or didn't get a welcome drink which other guests are receiving. The rooms are very small, the furniture is all ikea or similar standard. Beds are uncomfortable and we wake up with back pain during the night. The shower fluctuates between hot and cold and could easily cause burns. The hotel is not well maintained, signs are hanging off the walls, tiles are broken and cracked. The pool is so cold even in nice weather it's too cold to use as it's not heated. Food is only served until half 3 and there's very little choice. Service isn't great, left waiting a very long time. Nachos we had were brought out burnt. I think the hotel could be alot nicer if it was done up and revalitilised but in it's current state I'd recommend to go to another hotel. The price is also quiet expensive for the standard of the hotel.

Its a nice hotel, it has a spa, a gym, pools, games, bars and evening shows. The rooms are nice. However plates in the dining area are sometimes dirty, there can be quite a lot of noise in the evening and at night.
