The hotel has already seen its best days but it makes up for it with very good food and good service. A big plus is that the beach restaurant is of a high standard. The dishes are served from the menu. The hotel is very family-friendly. There are many attractions. I highly recommend it for a family vacation with children.

Good points: Toilets very clean throughout the public areas. It was uncommon to not see a cleaner working on them whenever you went which is really good to see. Especially by the pool area. Rooms perfect size for a family of 4 (2 small kids) Master Bed was very comfy huge superking. Service very good everywhere. Staff seem happy to be working there which is good and it shows in their service. Rooms cleaned very well and housekeeping staff were great with requests. Pool staff actually Enforced the “no reservation of sunbeds”. This is something we seen first hand, staff removing towels that had been put out to reserve beds. And it worked well. There were Plenty of sunbeds by the pool. Pools are clean and kids pool was great. It is cold though, so I’d recommend a wet suit for little ones. Grounds well maintained - gardeners were continually hard at work. Fresh Towels by the pool everyday - no need to pack a towel in your case. Bus stops nearby to Alcúdia €9 for one way for a family of 2adults and 2kids. Bad points: Kids pizza at the pool area bar was poor. Literally a flat bread type of pre-made base. Could be better if proper dough used fresh dough. Smaller portion but better quality. Hotel Charges extra €4 per night for travel cot! Not really a free child place as jet2 state. When obviously for a baby you will need a cot. This is annoying when you’re not expecting this bill. We stayed for 10days so it was another €40 gone, along with the tourist tax that still gets paid. Another annoying thing about Spain that I can’t understand. Why isn’t this just included in the origional price? Gym - dangerously humid. There is no ventilation or air conditioning. The floors are tiles and attract condensation making it dangerous. The rowing machine literally slides along the floor as you try to row. The machines are rusting prematurely. It is a functional space with adequate equipment, but let down by the humidity levels. Imrpovements- Self catering - no scissors, sponge, kitchen tiny no bench drying board and hob. No childsafe deadlock on the bedroom door to stop toddlers wandering out. Self catering kids wristband - not for payments but for identification purposes (name, room number, emergency contact). Can Picafort: Paths very small for buggy (especially a double) or wheelchairs. Making it rather dangerous at times. Quiet place with a Small strip, but adequate sized and still a fair amount of places to choose to eat and shop. Several good restaurants - Monaco, ciao ciao, Royal Indian Tandoori & Vinicius. The seafront ones were ok. But very much the same and I felt you were paying more for the views than the food quality.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel at the end of June/beginning of July. We had an amazing first two nights but unfortunately my partner took a nasty fall which ended in him being in hospital for most of our holiday. The staff were amazing! I was going back and forth between the hotel and hospital for 5 days and they always asked how things were going and constantly checking in. The reception team were so great and I couldn’t thank them enough. We ended up having to stay an extra night due to the insurance. And the staff accommodated us perfectly. They were kind enough to let us stay in the room we were already in. I really hope I can come back next year for a redo on our holiday and enjoy the hotel even more ❤️ thank you so much honestly!!!

I recommend this beautiful place. The pools are great, the hotel buildings are so nice. The food is absolutely the best, a lot of different things to choose every day. The people working there are so polite and nice. Together with my family we would like to thank Kasia (the Manager of the restaurant)- she is great and we really appreciate the fact that she let us come into the restaurant in the evening, after we arrived late, due to the flight delay and she let us eat the dinner. We wish you all the best!

We've just got back from a 10 day stay with our baby in September at the Zafiro Mallorca and it was really great all round. All of the staff, from the reception to the restaurants to the cleaners to the lifeguards, were so friendly and helpful to us all week. Particular shout outs to Aina Vives and Veronica Mendez in the restaurant who were lovely to us and our little one. The food the whole stay was top notch and the hotel was always so clean. There's lots to do for young children and it's in a great location, with free parking. As we stayed for more than a week, we could use the a la carte restaurant twice and the food and service there was also excellent. We stayed in a studio with a private pool, which was great, our baby loved sitting on the artificial lawn watching all the goings on. We'd love to come back.
