Excellent hotel.Great service. Resort location is perfect. The room was very spacious and clean, had everything in it, and they even make figures out of the towels and blankets to decor the bed Wich is very funny and cute. The food was very good especially the service , they had a great service and the people that worked there were very friendly and welcoming. I can recommend this resort not only for families with kids but for the adults too because adults and kids can have fun there on slides and even with the programs and animation . Even though it's not located directly on the beach, they take you in a special bus for the resort so you don't have to walk there. Great service and thank you for everything

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family for our vacation. It was my second visit to this property, and I have also stayed at their sister hotel, Jungle Aqua Park in Hurghada. While this hotel offers a pleasant experience, it falls short in comparison to Jungle Aqua Park in some key areas. For instance, Jungle Aqua Park provides a wider variety of halal drinks and boasts five restaurants to choose from, whereas this hotel only has two restaurants. Additionally, the night entertainment here is quite disappointing and could use significant improvement. Would I return? Unfortunately, no. I would prefer to stay at Jungle Aqua Park instead. That said, I would like to express my gratitude to some exceptional staff members who made our stay more enjoyable. A special thanks to Chef Surya for preparing some delicious Indian dishes that made me feel truly special. Also, a big thank you to Ahmed Omer for the lovely coffee and Ibrahim in the bakery for his outstanding service.

Best place for family vaccination. Some pools are heated in the winter periode. Good variation in the buffet. Big thanks to some good and friendly service personal on the resort. Zain Youssef cleaning room 5228. Making his incredible animals and creations of the towels 🌟 Ahmed Salah, restaurant service. Mahmoud in bar. Norris selling tours and trips. Mohammed at Kids Disco, with his Sprite cocktails for kids, and gin/tonic for adults. Lady with white cap, selling massage.

It was a nice experience in this hotel. The rooms were nice and the staff were so friendly and kind The food was varied, but not all of it tasted much good, but overall it was acceptable My biggest issue is that there weren't any deep swimming pools not one among more than 15 pools in the hotel The deepest one is 150 cm which is for me not deep at all I wished there was at least one that is 200 cm or more The beach was pretty average but its ok as you can spend most of your time in the aqua park which is amazing! It has large and different types of games

Great resort for families. Lots of pools & slides & activities throughout the day & in the evening. Beach is fab - a must for snorkelling. Good range of food & drinks. Rooms cleaned & made up daily. Staff friendly & helpful. Lots of opportunities to do extra trips & activities.
