I must admit i was horrified to read some reviews left about this hotel, im really glad alot are fake or dishonest. I think people get angry/upset about one aspect and go full at it with a negative review. I will start with our arrival- it was a little before midnight and a uninterested receptionist-man allowed me to stand for about 5 mins whilst he was on his phone to me being british i found that rude. We were also dumped with no guide to room location, we again found this very poor. There wasnt any explanation but we woke up to see people being taken to there rooms. But we found ours ok and we didnt let it ruin our trip. The rooms (double standard) were great size etc so im glad we didnt pay exra for something different, it had a double and a single in each room. We were located on floor 2 in the building across from main building. The cleaner was absolutely insane at her job, she was so happy every morning and even with limited english she actually made our holiday because she cared! She always made sure we were ok and had toielt rolls etc i would give cleanliness 10+ The food quality availability and dining area id give a solid 8, we had stayed previously at a resort and all struggled to eat but arabella world did everything from pancakes, fried eggs, chicken wings, even a chicken kebab evening and lamb spit roast like a hog roast in ukthey also serve burger and chips at snack bar 12 til 4pm each day if you dont want the main lunch, fruit had fresh cut apple, melon, orange and grapes. Every single cake was full of flavour- there was definitely something for everyone ans had chef was always present so you could feel desire to serve good food. Some of the bar staff were unfortunately lazy mainly the evening male staff at pool bar......drinks were delivered in multiple different forms for same drink, tinky plastic cup, mid range plastic beaker to a full size glass. It was a lottery and you could ask for vodka coke and receive vodka sprite- doesnt sound close. One sad thing to note it this hotel must of been a resort like others near by, it has multiple stages not in use and also has a cinema and night club thay are discontinued, this could change everything for a lot of guest etc as the entertainera have to take you on bus for 15 euro for disco at alanya if you wont some late night fun. Day entertainment is poor non existant,so good shows in the evening, lion circus etc I truly believe this could be an amazing resort/hotel it feels like the owners are making enough from half a a service rather than offering a whole resort and making more money. Would i stay here again???? I would definitely give it another try if the owners took onboard my comments and made some changes The location is brilliant its a small walk to a private beach and its not all inclusive like other hotel/resorts Beach bar no free alcohol , bars close at multiple times and wine only available at dinner- strict 11pm alcohol cerfew makes its a bit grey etc especailly whwn you can hear a resort next door partying later and having fun. We still had fun tho and had a good time and 50% of staff made alot of effort and some made no effort

I’m unsure why this hotel has such bad reviews? I think it’s personal preference more than the actual hotel. I thought the staff were friendly, we checked in fine. The cleaners came in every do some nice designs on the beds. We were constantly in the pool, it was so clean and refreshing as it was hot outside. Th beach is lovely and only 5 minutes away, the sea is amazing. We went on some lovely walks around the town. I found the hotel to be clean and tidy and the staff would always try and help as best as they could. The staff worked long hours and always had smiles on there faces. I believe the entertainment in the evening could be expanded to have more ideas and the kids entertainment started at 9pm could do with being slightly earlier. I will admit I had slight issue with the food, not that it wasn’t nice as it was lovely and so much of it. However I did feel it was the same every day, which I think is a common theme for all hotels. I think they could expand to offer a few more English dishes to the menu, but overall the food was good. I would book to go again, I nearly changed this hotel after reading the reviews but I am glad I never as we had a great time.

My parents had a wonderful stay at Hotel Arabella —it was their first time there. For the price, the hotel exceeded expectations: clean, well-maintained, and with daily room service. They would absolutely recommend it. The food was fresh, flavorful, and varied. The standout, though, was the animation team, especially Murat, who made sure guests felt welcome and entertained every day. The rest of the staff were also friendly, upbeat, and helpful throughout. It was a truly lovely holiday, and they’re already planning to go back.

We were at the hotel for seven days, the food was the same every day, it was not tasty at all, except for the rice that I had to eat every day. The plates and utensils were dirty. Another minus for a four-star hotel was the animation - there were almost no activities - darts, gymnastics and water polo, the animators were quite lazy, it was clear that they did not want to work here. The evening entertainment was quite boring, they played the same songs every night, and in general they didn't try to entertain the guests at all. Regarding the pool, the sign next to it says that diving and jumping are prohibited, but there is no lifeguard to tell the annoying children to stop jumping or the parents, while the slides were not working there were children climbing on them and going down. Now with the positive part. The location of the hotel is quite good, the beach is 10 minutes away, the markets are also nearby. The room was cleaned absolutely every day and our towels were changed, thanks to the cleaner 🫶🏽. The best thing about the hotel was the service in the restaurant, the guys were constantly smiling, responsive and friendly, special greetings to Alican, who made our vacation better, the guy is smiling, talkative and always helped us if we had any questions, I forgot about the attitude of the bartenders - they were quite unfriendly, they didn't greet us and sometimes didn't even talk to us.Im giving five stars only because of the boys at the restaurant.

Hotel by itself wasn't too bad. Location was good as well. Reception staff, I would say some were very lovely, some awful and rude. I took my clothes for ironing never had them done, left them on the floor like some trash. Unfortunately 3 of us had a food poisoning In different days, we didn't eat anywhere else apart from hotel premises. I would think twice before going there. But like I said, it's not the worst if you avoid reception staff and not to use pool as it has weird smell.
