Do not go to this hotel! It is terrible in every way possible is definitely not catered for english people only seems to be germans and russians that they like and care for.
Food is honestly disgusting and never been to a hotel where they serve the same food from the day before it’s just stale and watery slop honestly and the drinks are watered down and just terrible you have to pay for most good food/beverages like ice creams and iced coffees and all that other stuff.
Rooms are apparently ‘cleaned’ every day they are definitely not and the woman that works on the first floor in the new build across the bridge stole out of are room and was pouring herself drinks from the stuff we had left out from duty free and stealing jewellery from bags.
Entertainment is good but there’s one team member that is extremely rude and touches you without consent where you honestly have to get into a argument with him because he won’t stop unless you tell him in a serious way. The only polite person here is the DJ and he’s really accommodating with us english and completely understands what we mean by the bad things that happen at this hotel. I would not waste my money or even my time looking at staying in here it is miles away from the airport and as we booked with love holidays before they went corrupt we didn’t know where to go when we arrived in Antalya as we got no warning that they had gone bust we had to speak to a person who was just stood outside the airport as the other holiday companies just refused to talk to us.
Another thing about this hotel you have to pay for wi-fi for your room as you only get free wi-fi in reception and even that is absolutely terrible reception people are no help and just want your money.
The chubby guy on reception who has hair like Elvis is a complete utter disgrace and just mutters in Turkish every time you have something to say that’s happened on the day because let me tell you there is basically a incident happening everyday even with the staff members as they are just weird.
Stay far away from this hotel

We paid for 2 double rooms, but on arrival given 1 "family room" for 2 adults and 2 17 year olds for 2 nights. This "family room was basically a double room with an extra put you up bed. We were eventually given a second room next door which was exactly the same size.
Where is the air con in this place? 1 in reception and in your room is not enough. Hall ways, lift, dining, bar nothing! Incident today 26/08/24 between guest & cleaner by the pool, where cleaner pulled a knife and tried to stab guest. Cleaner was arrested but will probably be back there once that particular guest leaves. With reports from people we met while there, that are still there, of arguments & physical fights between staff & guests. I guess in Turkey the customer isn't always right and complaints are dismissed.
There is a picture of the lifeguard near the bar, this is the only time you will see him, his physical presence at the pool was none existent in the 10 days we were there, so keep an eye on your kids.
Do not buy excursions from the reps at the hotel, you will get ripped off big time. One of them got aggressive with a family due to his own card machine not working. Then he bombarded them with texts threatening to meet them at the airport to fight it out! The pirate boat is in need of a major update, swimming with dolphins is good, but €30 for each photo is a total rip off when there are 12 photos and more than 1 of you.
There is a guy on antalya & alanya facebook pages what has great deals. You book online with him, pay on the day, so at least you can see what you're getting. You can see all the excursion online as well as customer reviews, which there is a lot of both.
All inclusive is a joke, you are served with the smallest of glasses so you are up and down to the bar where only 1 person works (who doesn't understand even the basic english!) so have to que. Food leaves alot to be desired, I'm sure prisons serve better food! If you don't have the runs when you get there, you will surely have them by the time you leave!
Free wifi in the lobby only, which is of no use. It says its 65mps but a simple speed test says different! You have to pay to have wifi in your room, you also have to pay to use the safe in your room.
Reception, bar, entertainment staff are ignorant and rude, 1 of the entertainment staff thinks he is gods gift to women and gives a creepy vibe, grabbing my 17 year old daughter in the pool, and gives most of his attention to the young ladies!
Daytime & evening entertainment leave a lot to be desired too!!
There arent enough sunbeds to go around, with many people leaving towels to secure their place for the next day, then would not turn up until 3pm, so anyone that wants a day at the pool, play them at their own game and leave your towel!
English people, leave this hotel to the germans, they seem to be more catered for, and taken care of.
Go more towards alanya.
I'll never stay at this hotel again

I do not know what kind of people write negative reviews about the hotel.
In my opinion, the hotel of a good standard, professional, smiling and helpful staff. If someone comes to relax and does not make a Hollywood star out of himself with this money will certainly be satisfied.
The only thing that can be improved is the signs on how to get to the hotel beach, they are not very visible.

Would not recommend if your only language is English, mostly German hotel guests and the food is also catered for that region along with the entertainment being mostly in Turkish and German. Beach is definitely further than I imagined it would be and the loud music played by the hotel and the hotel behind is extremely loud till very late at night so wouldn’t suit light sleepers. There is virtually no kids club and even though all “ “inclusive” the bar closes at 11.30pm and nobody really knows how to make a cocktail unless it’s in a pre-made bottle and they add sprite to further water them down . Food is not available 4pm-7pm and then again after 9pm-7am unless you count midnight soup? WiFi is also 4euros a day for a single device and have to pay extra for any other device.
Taxis around this area are also very pricey the nearest pharmacy is around 12min walk and a 3min drive this would cost around 20euro but that’s not the hotels fault.
I do have to say the entertainment staff even though mostly spoke in just Turkish are very enjoyable and did a great job with the mini kids dances and making it fun at the swimming pool and if it wasn’t for them the hotel would be getting a much lower rating. The older gentlemen at reception is very unhelpful however and kind of brushes any pleas for advice or help with any situation

The hotel is not bad, it is cleaned every day, the rooms are ok, the air conditioning works but it is only in the rooms, everywhere else and in the restaurant you sweat.
Good food and lots of choice. great massages. The beach is nice and sandy, but don't go through the tunnel near the hotel (too far), just go behind the second round hotel, under the highway bridge there is a quick, direct passage to the beach.
The location is not interesting, everywhere is far, Alanya-20 minutes by bus. The airport is 111 km away, remember that from the airport they take people to other hotels, so the route takes about 2.5 hours. It's hard to communicate in English, practically no one speaks 🤦♂️. Free WiFi practically doesn't work. You have a great signal, but the data is so slow (is it on purpose?) that you have to buy internet at the reception. 3€/day
The elevator is the nightmare of this hotel, too small for so many people in the season. During lunch, you can take the stairs to the 5th floor faster, but it's difficult because it's terribly stuffy in the hotel.
We were 6 people in this hotel, 4 of us were sick, diarrhea and vomiting, we only ate in the hotel, so I don't know if it was due to the quality of the food? Washed vegetables in tap water?
The children's play area is a disaster, dirty, old, damaged toys, and the room smells of mold 🤮 We didn't let our youngest daughter play there.
The swimming pool is actually smaller than in the photos, but nice and clean.
The family was in another hotel at the same time and they came to visit us, but they were kicked out by the hotel staff when they were sitting with us in the garden in front of the hotel. Not nice.
Would I recommend? I don't think so. If the price offer is attractive, you can go there. But don't overpay for this hotel because you will be disappointed, nothing special to see in this place, so your holiday will be swimming pool and beach. Everywhere else you need transport. Shopping about 10min walk from hotel.
