The hotel is in a beautiful location. The hotel is in a beautiful location. Viešbutis yra gražioje vietoje. The hotel is in a location of great beauty. Viešbutis yra nuostabioje vietoje. Everywhere you go, the view is like a picture. Pleasant staff, varied and delicious food. We got room 255 which had a fabulous view and had a private pool. Thanks to the hotel for a unique time!

Beautiful complex, food varied and large quantity. A large range of services, but unfortunately mostly in French. The beach is small but nice. Ideal for snorkeling. Beautiful view on all sides. We definitely recommend it.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Went with this one instead of Turkey. Paid 2x £1000 each for a week, all inclusive. Absolutely disgusting and rip off! No fresh food, going as far as spoiled vegetables, and it's the same every day! You end up having to eat chips and pasta every day cause the rest is just inedible and tasteless! No entertainment and even if there is an attempt, everything is in french, no english speaking at all!! I mean I understand that your client base are french but it's a bare minimum that you also explain things in english also!! My sister went to Turkey, paid £700 x2 (each), which is almost half of what I've paid, and the two cannot even compare! Absolutely 5☆ service and food! Sorry, but no more of this rip off place !! BE AWARE PEOPLE, RIP OFF!!!!!!

Horrible experience, Sold as 5 star hotel. Wouldn't give it 2. Rooms are great, beach amazing. None of the food was even remotely close to good. Nothing. Half cooked, dirty dishes and standing in the 30 degrees sun. Snack bars offers snacks that are either dry, uncooked or plain flavorless. This hotel is run by French groups that take over the 30 sunbeds. After staying in the Stella Palace before. This is not 5 star. Not even 1. Take your money to some place else!!!!!

Horrible hotel, it doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Poor customer service, no attention to details. The rooms look different than on pictures. We complained about the sofa bed (which was very small and uncomfortable) as we booked a room for 3 adults with 3 beds. All we got was a horrible sofa bed, and according to the housekeeping manager which had a very passive aggressive attitude “that is their design philosophy”. We immediately cancelled our booking and went to another hotel. Very unpleasant, dirty rooms, AC doesn’t work well, when you shower all the water comes out. Horrible quality of shampoo and bathroom products. Disgusting toilet brush. The bus that takes guests to/from the beach is always full and dirty. Never coming back again and encouraging people not to make the mistake to book at this hotel.
