We had an amazing stay at Atlantis The Royal for my wife’s birthday. Everything was better than we expected, from the beautiful room to the wonderful atmosphere. A big thank you to Sabina from Royal Services, who did an amazing job with the room decoration and setup. She also arranged personalized gift wrapping and beautiful flowers, which made everything even more special. My wife was so surprised and happy with all the thoughtful touches. Sabina's care and attention made this birthday very special and unforgettable. Thank you, Atlantis The Royal, and especially Sabina, for making this day so memorable!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 An unforgettable stay at Atlantis The Royal! Everything about our experience was exceptional — luxury, elegance, and top-level service. We stayed in suite 11730, and it was truly unforgettable! The view of the fountain and the sea was absolutely breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with warmth and professionalism. Special thanks to the butler team for their constant support and kindness. Every detail was handled with care, and our family felt completely pampered throughout the stay. High tea experience- not worth it. We were looking forward to the high tea experience at this hotel. Everything was going well until they informed us the day before that they are doing some building work and there may be noise. This didn’t give us much of a chance to cancel or look elsewhere. We were only in Dubai for a few days and this was meant to be special with family. When we arrived we found the front area of the hotel more like a museum. Not warm or welcoming at all. The noise from building work - was LOUD ( cutting tiles and drilling) we were moved 3 times. My sister sitting next to me could not hear me talk. What was meant to be a relaxing afternoon turned out to be very unpleasant. The actual high tea was lovely and so was the South African lady serving us. I just felt we didn’t get our monies worth and wouldn’t waste my time here again. The lounge is very open and people watch you whilst eating - not nice at all.

I want to provide an updated review of my experience at The Royal Atlantis, moving my rating from 1 to 4 stars. This change is primarily thanks to AYSHA TABUSUM, an exceptionally polite team member who took the time to address my concerns and make amends. Her outstanding customer service truly turned my experience around. While the hotel is quite bustling, almost like being in a mall, it may not suit those looking for a quieter and more exclusive atmosphere. I provided some constructive feedback in my initial review, posted on August 20, 2025. Although many people have positive opinions about the hotel, I felt that my stay didn’t quite meet the value expected at this price point. On arrival, I found the check-in process to be a bit lengthy. A more streamlined and personalised service would significantly enhance the experience; having staff manage passport and detail collection directly could make a big difference. I also noticed that the staff's demeanour felt more like that of an average hotel rather than what one would expect from a luxury establishment. I have high expectations for my stay, and I appreciate the opportunity to share feedback for improvement. I look forward to further enhancements in the future! Back for improvement. I'm looking forward to seeing further enhancements in the future!
